I can't say enough good things about these guys! I made an appointment to get my car detailed, because I will probably be selling it in the near future (it's a 2008, but it has just 60,000 miles on it). The day of the appointment rolled around, and my daughter's preschool had to close unexpectedly. When I called them to reschedule and explained the situation, they offered to drive out to me and pick the car up! I was blown away by the customer service. They even offered to also drive it back to me, but I insisted on doing that much myself, since my husband would be off of work then. Still, talk about going above and beyond. The car itself was pristine when I went to pick it up. They, unlike some other detailing places, had actually removed my daughter's carseat. They buffed several dings out of the doors. They even put all of my stuff in a neatly organized box and threw in a complimentary air freshener. Their customer service is among some of the best I have ever experienced for anything, ever. This was about six months ago, but I definitely think I'm due for another go and I'll be calling JD for sure. Oh, and the price was about $200 less than I paid elsewhere, despite being a superior job. Don't let the look of the building (which really does resemble an abattoir) deter you. The entire right side of my car was flooded due to extreme rain and water levels rising above my tires. After getting our trailer detailed, I wanted to go back to JD to have my Corolla done. He did not disappoint!!! After nearly 10 faithful years of having this little car, I've had the normal wear and tear as well as more apparent scratches and dings and JD used some sort of magical shiny waxy stuff to take every little blemish out. I had the unfortunate experience of losing my diamond wedding ring inside of my car. After an hour of taking all the floor mats out and moving the seats around to look in every accessible nook and cranny of the vehicle, I was at the point where I was considering ripping up the carpet. I took my SUV in to have the interior detailed after discovering a rat had decided to move in from the winter cold. I've had my vehicle for ten years and have never done any kind of deep cleaning, so my expectations were medium. I just wanted anything the rat may have left behind cleaned out so that come summer it didn't smell. When I picked up my car later that day, I must say I was shocked. My car looked brand new inside!
