This is a newer restaurant and it a convenient and central area of Capitol Hill. My friend and I walked over from their place a few blocks over and was seated as soon as we walked through the door. We already knew what to order since my friend had visited a few times before. We ordered the Bo-Ssam (braised pork belly and shoulder; tender, slow-cooked pork belly and pork shoulder served with fresh radish kimchi and salted shrimp sauce) and Seafood Pa-Jeon (seafood green-onion pancake; savor light batter pancake pan-filled with squid and scallion) to share between the two of us. We also received two bowls of rice to eat with the entrees. The service was great and the food arrived not too long after ordering. It may seem like not that much food, but it was definitely more than enough for two people. Might be best to feed three people without being too stuffed. The ambiance of the place is quite intimate and a little fancy with the modern-minimalist dark aesthetic. The windows open wide open and you can become immersed with the outside once again. Great setting for a nice summer day. We had a great time and would come back again to try more items off the menu!

Came here with a couple of friends and overall, we enjoyed our dinner here a lot and shout out to Allan for his phenomenal service! :) He took great care of us and was super friendly and attentive to our needs. Interior of this place was fancy and the low / dim lighting made it feel like a nice lounge vibe. Onto the good stuff ~ ordered quite a bit and portions were big enough to do family style. Dishes we enjoyed were: 1. Rose Jjim Dak (Rose Boneless Chicken) + Wide Noodles: Overall, very yummy dish! The rose was strong and flavorful and probably one of the best rose Korean dishes I had to date. Did have a hint of spice and despite the look, this dish was very filling. Tried it with the wide noodles but it was a tad bit toooo chewy. Next time, going to try the instant/ramen noodles instead for the quick satisfying slurp the noodle and sauce feel. 2. Crispy Avocado: My friends and I were surprised at how good this appetizer was! Perfectly crispy tempura texture on the outside and fresh avocado on the inside. Highly recommend if you want something light and healthy. 3. Kimchi Squid Pancakes: Instead of the traditional big Korean pancake style, this was mini sized pancakes. Overall, this was good with the squid taste. However, didn't taste too much of the kimchi. 4. Corn Cheese: I'm a sucker for corn cheese and this place did it well. Highly recommend as a side dish. 5. Steamed Egg: Solid side dish and it definitely had a more sesame taste than the average steam egg. Still, it was tasty and generous portion too! Other Notes: ~ As for drinks, we drank away 2 bottles of the calamansi soju like it was water. Very tasty, fresh, and yes, there is soju in there since we left dinner with a nice buzz :) Highly recommend trying this out! ~ No free traditional ban chan /side dishes here. However, the food portions and quality make up for it.

One of my favorite wing joints in the Seattle area. Have to go back and try more! - Came here after a Sunday workout for pick up. The chicken is FLAVORFUL and delicious. Snow cheese is a bit on the sweeter side so I wasn't really expecting that, but the lemon pepper is DIVINE. I would go again to try more flavors because I didn't order the fish sauce wings the first time. It's pretty easy to make an order and wasn't too busy. Love their chicken!

Even the plain one was seasoned well. The gal that was working said each skewer is four pieces, and I thought it wouldn't be enough, but I was wrong. I would describe each piece as comparable to 1.5 chicken nuggets? Haha. Anyway, these two skewers kept me full for the entire afternoon. The interior feels like it was made for pick up or fast food, and the one staff I interacted with was really friendly and helpful. I would def come back again.

I ordered their spicy chicken skewers, unsure of the spice level. Found it to be perfectly balanced - sweet, lusher spice, deeply flavorful. The chicken itself had a great breading and was fried really well. Good value for the price - it didn't seem like it would be sufficient when looking at the skewer, but it was a lot of chicken. Delicious treat!

The food was good, and the Vietnamese iced coffee will absolutely keep you up and running for the rest of the day. For me, this lands at a 3.5/5 mostly because I'm very experience-driven when I dine out, and this location is much more casual and streamlined. You order from an iPad and seating is primarily at long shared tables, so it's less of a sit-down dining experience and more of an easy, convenient stop. That said, it's a great setup for watching live sports or gathering for events, especially with a group. Street parking is usually free if you can find a spot, and there's a paid garage nearby as well. Great pho, dangerously effective coffee, and an easy SODO stop!
