So when I walked in, I had previously called . They then seated my friend that I was with and began doing her pedicure. Now they seated me as well but I sat in the chair longer than 45 minutes before they even started on me. The lady who did it just wasn't accommodating at all! I asked several times could she take it off and start over she CONTINUOUSLY IGNORED me ! Then I was going to pay $40 plus for the deluxe pedicure but the job was so sloppy & messy I just told her to quit and got up. I didn't get hot wax or any of the extras because I was over it. When I stated I wasn't paying 70$ they locked me and my friend in. Money was never the issue it was the QUALITY & customer service!!! So the owner thought charging my card 57$ was a deal. Like the review above the only reason to come to this shop is to see Lisa. She does great eyebrows and wonderful eyelashes. The rest of the shop needs to be avoided at all cost. The customer service is horrible and the lack of communication is ridiculous. They had me sit and wait for a pedicure for over 30 Minutes. They allowed 2 people to jump in front of me when i said something about it they had nothing to say because they knew they were wrong. The technician even argued with me it was not her fault the other technician left. That's not my problem as a customer. Beware of this shop!!! Don;'t let anyone there touch your eyebrows except Lisa. This place was a hot mess. Upon walking into the establishment it smelled of urine, and had flies everywhere. First red .. I proceeded to enter although I was a little leery from what I was observing(flies) and smelling (urine) upon entry. As I made it halfway inside I was greeted by a lady asking "what was I there for today? " I told her my eyesbrows, and she gestured me to have a seat in her chair. When I sat down I noticed she didn't have anything set up as if she was prepared to do eyebrows. I was right. She then began scurry from drawer to drawer m table to table asking co workers for supplies. Double red ... I then began to get up to exit because I didn't want any part in that. She then begged for me to stay saying someone had borrowed her things when closing last night. I sat down and noticed she tried to work on my brows with brushing combing or anything. I then told her I would like my brows brushed. She said okay and still put wax without brushing or cutting. No preparation at all is if I don't wear makeup ... When she ripped it off I told her can I see them because she was already starting wrong, she told me to get up and leave she didn't want to work on me. So what it boils down to is, if you like shit, they will proudly feed it to you. If you like sugar, take your ass somewhere else. read more
