Every shops she's been to has never exceeded $25, since it's only color. Once she's about to pay, the lady tells her $38. Their regular pedicure is $40, but she wants to tell my daughter $38 for color. That is ridiculous, she should have paid an extra $2 and got a full on pedicure. I then proceed to ask for the menu because at this point I feel she's just overcharging my kid to makeup for the no traffic at their shop. That service was not even on the menu, so I'm sure she just charged her whatever she felt like charging. Pleaseeeeee don't get me wrong, in no type or form am I being cheap, I just feel like she purposely overcharged her because she was a kid. If the color change was $50, by all means, I'll pay the $50 and tip her .. but in this case I feel that she took advantage of the fact that she didn't ask and was a kid.

So cute. The set could have lasted me another week or two as there was no lifting. But, my nail cracked from the side. So I went a second time. This time I got builder gel. I could feel the difference in hardness. I have found that all the techs at NailEnvy are very meticulous and detailed with their work. The massages they give with their services is the perfect strength to relax your muscles. The designs they create on your nails are commensurate with the price you pay. Because they are creative and detailed, the designs are unique and awesome. They are so legit! The cost is comparable to other salons, not overpriced and competitive. As for cleanliness, their utensils and nail stations are clean. Making an appointment is super easy as they have a website where you can schedule at your convenience. If you want a specific nail tech, you need to call and make an appointment over the phone. But all of them are exceptional. The major distinction of this nail salon is the techs themselves. It was just a weird and uncomfortable first impression. I pay good money for my nails and have NO problem paying good money. Now as we were getting our feet done Andy came and started my nails i brought my own acrylic and he was slightly shocked and hesitant but he did so after speaking to us i guess they realized we wasnt ghetto and engaged in convo more. Which is offensive. My nails turned out GREAT he did a LOVELY job, and for that ONLY will i be returning. My feet was nice as well, my husbands feet came out nice i just wish i could have recieved a little more scrubbing but other than the horrible customer service the nails was great my feet were great as well. Also the lady was laying on the couch lazy, on the phone, another was on the phone with her shoes off neither of them budged when we came in. It was like pulling teeth on who was going to do our feet. Smh If they took a quality customer service training course i believe they'd get a hell of alot more traffic coming in.

I came in on Saturday, February 14th for a pedicure and manicure. While my pedicure was being done, another technician started my manicure and "finished" the prep in about 5 minutes. She repeatedly pressured me to get gel polish after I declined twice. When she started painting my nails, my cuticles had not been properly cleaned. Before she placed my hand under the UV light, I politely asked if she could clean my cuticles better first. She responded with an attitude, said she "can't do too much cuticle," and began rushing through my service in a careless and aggressive manner. She cut my pinky finger and applied a product that caused an immediate burning and stinging sensation. Then, while working on my middle finger, she cut a chunk into my skin and completely missed the cuticle area. This was not a minor nick -- it was a significant and painful injury caused by improper and negligent handling. It has now been 8 days, and my finger is still throbbing, painful, and extremely tender to touch. No client should ever leave a nail salon with an open wound and ongoing pain like this. I felt dismissed, rushed, and unsafe. This experience was unprofessional, unacceptable, and concerning in terms of basic safety and sanitation practices. I am sharing this so others are aware and can make informed decisions. I am going to the emergency room before it's been throbbing . I know she gave my ginger an infection . Oh no no I have more clients. OK is someone else available? No, we're full, then why did you ask me what I needed? So to give them benefit of the doubt and called them this morning at 9:30 to make an appointment with the girl that had done my nails previously and specifically asked for her at 11:45. When I came in. She was just starting on someone's toes and I looked at her and I said hi, I have an appointment with you at 11:45, to which she looked bewildered. And the manager said oh well, you can go with the other girl. I told them this was not the point. If I made an appt with one person at a certain time why is it not honored. I will not be returning. Customer service is not longer a thing I guess
