My nail tech today also did a lovely job with the nail design. She was very skilled and meticulous with her work (grooming, polish and design) so I expect this set will last longer than my last. If you're getting a Russian mani, take note that you can expect it to take nearly 2 hours, so feed the parking meter accordingly. Overall, I am happy with my experience and will be back. :)

I would prefer to talk with her about it rather than leave a review but after the way I was treated, no thanks. First, I was grateful to get in last minute. I have a bad habit of nail biting and my nails were not in good shape. Still, that doesn't mean I don't know what a quality manicure should be like. She told me on the phone it would be $60 then when I got there she said oh it's $10 extra for French tip. I mentioned French on the phone... Then I wanted round or natural shape and she rudely told me it won't look good because my nail bed is too short. I trusted her because she is the expert but she literally sighed and nearly slammed her hands on the table out of annoyance and said "I'll do it if you want." I took her advice and went with square. Throughout our appointment, basically all she said to me was repeatedly telling me don't bite my nails. Yes, I got it, thanks. She was yelling at her employee throughout and at one point knocked liquid all over my arm and hands from waving her hands around at her. Didn't say sorry or excuse me, nothing. Loved having that liquid burning my hand I did notice that there was a lot of dried stuff all over at the end so I had to ask for lotion because a hand massage is the last thing you'll be getting here. I shouldn't have tipped but did so I spent $84 for a bad attitude, judgment, and a chunky, uneven, bad manicure. Should have just kept my bad nails to begin with. Leann's might have been a nice place at one point in time and it's too bad this is what it's become. My pictures don't even fully show how bad it is. This is no way to treat your customers, especially with the product you are delivering.

After mentioning that to my friend she told me to go to Vena and see Amy. Making my appointment online was super easy and check in when I got there was the same way. I got to sit and pick my color while I waited for a chair to open up and was then offered water or tea while I got my nails done. Amy did my fingers while another one of her coworkers did my toes but both of them were super sweet and good at what they do. I chose a blue/grey cateye color and love how it turned out! Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Been coming here forever. Staff makes you feel at home. Latest set was perfect. If you're thinking of trying them, go--they're worth it.

I broke one nail the night before and asked for a gel x one to replace the broken nail. My hope was to maintain the length that I worked hard to grow. The technician chose a nail that didn't fit my finger at all. Proceeded to awkwardly place the nail and glued/cured it down. Not only is it lifted and separated, it's misaligned. I can literally fit a metal file between the real nail and the pressed on one. When I brought this up, she proceeded to tell me that my nail is crooked and that's the reason for the gap.. *cue angelah Johnson's skit* I asked her to take it off and to try an acrylic nail instead since she didn't seem to keen on gel x. She refused and instead filed the sides more to 'fix it'. Bottom line is this, there's really only one token person who does all the different services well. Everyone else either seems to be fillers for simple manicure and pedicures. I'm tired of spending my hard earned money on techs that don't know how to do something you ask but attempts anyway and will not take accountability for when they mess up. This is not a nail school and the prices don't reflect it either. I now have to pay someone else, somewhere else to fix the one nail after spending $90 here. Let this be a PSA: We work too hard to earn our money for these life luxuries. Don't let shops like this make you feel like you're the problem when you bring up their wrong doing. You deserve to get what you pay for. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

She always takes the extra time to remove my stubborn calluses and cuts my nails exactly how I like them--nice and short, without me having to ask repeatedly. I've been going to Envy Nails for a while now, and I can honestly say that Linh is the best! She's so talented and really pays attention to every little detail. My nails always turn out perfect -- the shape, color, and design are always exactly how I want them. What I really love is how long my nails last! They stay strong and beautiful for weeks without chipping or lifting. Linh is also super accommodating with appointments -- she always works with my schedule and makes sure I can get in when I need to. On top of that, she's so kind and friendly, which makes every visit relaxing and enjoyable. The shop itself is clean, organized, and has a welcoming vibe.
