I really love this place. I'm visiting from Flagstaff for the summer and have been searching for a good place to get a gel mani and pedicure. Finally found a place I like! The customer service is awesome. They're so friendly and engage in conversation with you. I brought my 7 month old daughter in once and they oooed and ahhed over her and asked me all about her. Diva Nail Spa is my absolute favorite place to get a main/pedi in Tucson. All the nail techs are so friendly and make you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door. They keep everything clean and nice, and the pedi massage chairs are are newer and so comfortable. Diva Nail offers massage, eyelash extensions, permanent makeup and, of course, manis and pedis. Meagan and Cindy are my favorite nail techs there. Even though I moved and it's now a 25 minute drive, I still go to Diva because it's 100% worth the drive. read more

I was all prepared to give a 5 star review...very friendly. I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. Great job on both. This was my first time in this shop and I've been to many nail salons over the years for acrylics and fills. When I got to the register to pay, I was informed my set of acrylics was $45 because I got white acrylic tips-not tips painted on. That would have been much more acceptable if I'd been asked before he started. I asked for a full set of acrylics when I walked in and assumed I'd pay the average price of approximately $25. read more

I went in to get a mani and pedi with my mom on my birthday after seeing all the great reviews. There was a smaller selection of regular nail polish colors than I'm used to. It was very difficult to communicate with my technician, I couldn't understand her and she couldn't understand me and I almost got a gel manicure that I really didn't want because of it. Both of out technicians started to rush through our services to get the next walk in client. My technician "won" and they had words in their own language in front of us. My nails look great, from a distance. They are all different shapes and lengths and I've had better polish jobs. The price was great and I enjoyed the sugar scrub, but that isn't enough to keep me around. read more

I am visiting from Florida. I'm here for an extended stay and I needed to get a pedicure and a fill. I decided to treat my son to his first ever pedicure as well since he was saying something about how dry his heels were. Since Diva Nails had was less than a mile away and had decent reviews I decided to go there. I looked at the prices which seemed reasonable for the service to be provided. I was surprised to see that they did not have a combo price for having feet a and hands done, but they do not. The $25 pedicure said that included callous removal, lavender lotion, and hot towels. My son's pedicure did include everything mentioned for the $25 price, I however, was charged an additional $5 for callous removal. I also was unhappy with the foot massage and hot towel treatment. While the massage on my right side was fine, it was almost non-existent on the left. The hot towel treatment consisted of putting two big towels down and picking them up. Also, my feet are just as rough and dry as they were before i went. (I get a pedicure every two to three weeks so it's not like he had years worth of build up to deal with.) Next I had a fill done. I explained that I wanted my nails short and file to the natural shape of my finger. What I got was some weird shape that I can't even begin to describe. They're kind of square across the top and have a v slant on the side. Plus, they are significantly shorter than I requested. Like a bad haircut, I can only find comfort in knowing that in two weeks they will need to be done again and I can go somewhere else and find some one who will listen to and properly execute my wishes. I spent $73 on services and I tipped the techs because they did do the work, just not well. In all they got $93.50 of my money and I was not happy. Needless to say I won't be back! read more

First time here today and it was so nice to be welcomed in such a friendly, fun manner! All the gals in there were just so nice and my pedicure was done beautifully. The spa chairs are gorgeous and the whole place is so clean and pretty. I felt very comfortable in there. I was a walk-in this morning for a gel Mani and regular pedi. This place is gorgeous and very clean. I've been to nail places where it was kind of iffy on whether they wash their equipment. This place is different everything is impeccable. I could tell right away that they take pride in their store and their work. I've never been to a nail place where they offer you soda or water to drink. Nice touch! They are very nice and do wonderful work. I'm impressed and won't go anywhere else! read more

I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure from Meghan. She was extremely sweet and always made conversation. Everyone else in the salon was extremely friendly as well. I am, obviously, very dissatisfied with Diva Nail & Spa. I would advise getting your nails done elsewear. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES! I visited Diva Nail & Spa on 22nd and Harrison to get an acrylic set. Their prices are nothing special and I only dropped in because it's close to home. I specified quite clearly how I wanted my nails to be done: length, shape, color, and paid extra for a matte gel top coat. The woman doing my nails was very nice and very social with me. I assumed she would confirm the length of my nails before cutting them, but no. She cut them shorter than I had asked for and I wasn't going to ask her to remove them to put them back on again so I decided to go with it. She applied the color of my choice and applied the matte gel top coat. After I removed my hands from the LED light I immediately noticed how terrible my nails looked. Apparently the polish wasn't dry before she applied the gel coat so it wrinkled up. She admitted she was impatient and applied two more coats of the gel polish, only to make my nails looks worse. At that point I had been there for a couple hours and I needed to go to work, so she couldn't fix them right then. I kept my receipt and came back the next day to get them fixed. Quickly she tried to fix them but the same thing happened again. After her fourth try I wasn't picky anymore and I left. About an hour after that I took a shower and found the nail polish all over my hair. I rushed back before they closed so they can try a fifth time to fix it. She made me pick a new color and she refused to apply the matte gel, which I had already payed for; So asked for a refund. She said that she would clip my nails off, considering I had a social event that same night which is why I was getting my nails done, I just decided to let her fix it. read more

This place was very promising. I took two trips down here. the staff is friendly and nice and for the most do a good job, but sometimes I feel uncomfortable because they all start talking in a different language. I'm not judgemental but it gets awkward especially when they are in a group surrounding you. That would be one of very few downfalls. The other is my friend and I have to travel a good 50 minutes away to get here so I expect to get my nails done and done right. I traveled in taxi and my nail tech wanted me to walk to the store across from them to get an item they had forgotten. Keep in mind that I just got off of work from an eight hour shift and took a taxi there only to get in right at the exact appointment time only to have to go walk and do a chore they could have done. It wasn't till 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment that my nails were getting done. One more Tiff I have was during the process of getting my nails done the ladies start talking but I don't understand what they were saying, the tech stopped working on my nails only to start painting on there coworkers nails. I was not satisfied with the service. My nails looked OK but I wasn't too thrilled. Not as much as I thought. They still are cool and I am great full, I gave them a good tip but I doubt I'd go back there. The trip is too long and I prefer not to run errands when I'm there to get pampered. read more

I've been to several nail salons in Tucson and Diva is the best. They really take their time here and don't try to rush you out of the salon like some other places that I have been to. The staff are very friendly and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy. I have Psoriasis and they were not bothered by this, I went to a couple of salons and they acted terrified to touch my skin while getting a pedicure. I've been going to Diva Nails for a while now, and the last four visits have been disappointing! I was told I'm a difficult customer. If you are going to pay alot of money for service and want your gel nails done a certain way, I don't think that's asking to much! When you give a tip and I tip very well, I never get a thank you from Tina. It's like it's expected. My peddy was terrible Tina was in a hurry. And this last visit I called and they forgot I was coming and Tina told the owner no she didn't want to take me, so I saw someone else and my nails were not done well at all!! Very upset! I have been going to another nail salon for a few years now, they do good work but they don't take appointments and they are always packed. I get tired of waiting 45+ minutes, especially when they say the wait "won't be too long". It's so busy; they employees frequently yell across the room at each other, there's just too much commotion. Anyway, it's just not enjoyable to go their despite the good work they do. I've tried a few other salons in the area and have always been disappointed. My feet actually hurt after my last pedicure! What? Hesitant to try another new place but tired (Saturday was a late night) and too lazy to paint my own toes I went to Diva Nail Spa this past Sunday. I am pleased to report I had a great experience there; this will be my new go-to nail salon. All the staff was very friendly, the place was clean, quiet, and relaxing. I was seated right away, they have a nice selection of polish colors, and I was offered magazines to peruse. I had water with me, but I heard them ask another customer if she would like anything to drink. Even the other customers were friendly; it seemed like everyone was enjoying their experience.
