Boy did they ever! Over the course of two weeks we got the pleasure of working with excellent crews (Denzel, Jordan, Ricky, Justin, Christiano, Andy, and a bunch more whose names I've forgotten) who made construction in my house as pleasant as possible. The install crews were extremely efficient, clean, and thorough - we were always able to live in the place at the end of the day, and every bit of install looks immaculate. These folks are truly some of the best that I've ever worked with to get something done in my place, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose. Their showroom has a great display of the products that they offer so you can get a decent idea of what you're buying. I found it really helpful in selecting our doors, and what we bought was very much what they had on display.

all around great experience with this company! from my…read moreinitial contact to request a free estimate for an insulated glass unit replacement to the scheduling of an accurate measurement to install. the people i dealt with were all very nice, courteous and knew what they were doing. it was stress free from start to finish. today chandler arrived to do the install along with two others (brady and colby, i believe?) they were efficient, conscientious of the space, clean, personable and did an amazing job. they even finished far sooner than i was told the install might take. time will tell, especially as the seasons change, but from all i can see right now, including the reuse of the window trim that shows no sign of having been removed, i'd 100% recommend einar johanson for window replacement. they were great to work with--zero regrets in terms of choosing them!

After texting to share some photos they said they'd need a window technician to check it out. They showed up exactly when scheduled and texted to let me know when they were nearly here. It turned out to be an easy fix so they took care of it on the spot, free of charge. They even insisted on cleaning up the little plastic bits that came off the window during the repair (even though I told them I could take care of it). Fingers crossed that I won't need to repair or replace any other windows soon, but if I do I'd definitely go back to Seattle Glass and Window.

Ivan and his team arrived on time and completed the install, replacing the exterior window and the interior door trim to match what was installed (but with better quality). Ivan was even able to address our misaligned original window trim. Now our drafty house feels sealed and quiet, with a noticable decrease in the time the heater is running. Kirill was responsive to any questions and worked with us to resolve a misunderstanding of weekend scheduled work. Ivan, Roman, and Teras were all attentive to our interior and made a point to clean up afterwards.
