I was having issues my first 2weeks having consistent dropped connections and no service at times. I couldn't switch back to my previous provider because the line was cut! Three or 4 techs later Karina shows up. I explained all the trouble we were having and she assured me that she'd take care of it. Karina was very friendly and professional explaining everything she was doing. Two months later, my family and I are happy with the service. So what to tell you ,I have never been disappointed with Sonic from the office support to field techs its been amazing ride. Like a great many of you I want someone who I can speak with and not have repeat myself 5 times that's not going to happen at Sonic. And on the other hand I don't want the run around. And I have never had that with Sonic. Now let's be clear sadly Sonic is not in every locations but good news its they are growing thank God. Why do I say that ? you can't beat the cost. like I said I've been with them a good while and there has only been one raise and still there cost is low. I've gotten a few friends to jump on this with me and they are happy and why not, low cost great service people who are really nice when you call and ask about something no hanging on the line for 20 minutes. Okay I'm going to stop now. Remember this I always try to respect the person on the other side and in return we both win. Let shut this down by saying go on line and see when they are planing to come to your area. Trust me you will not be disappointed. No, I don't sales use cars I just like nice people and a company that take care of it's people that works for me. That a reason to support in my book.

Probably have spent 7or more hours on their "chat" which is useless. Numerous phone calls without success. And I just received a bill of $313. What???? I'm now in the store waiting. If problems not resolved will cut my ties forever with Xfinity as well as report them to BBB and other consumer agencies. It took a while to figure out what was going on with my bill, and in the end, they were able to figure out what was going wrong with my monthly bills, and how to get my bill back to where it was supposed to be. The manager (Christian I believe) was excellent in dealing with me, a very frustrated longtime customer that just wanted the proper offers to be honored. Big kudos to the other two employees who also did all they could during this process, and were extremely professional throughout. I hope I don't have to keep going back because the billing department's screw-ups, but if I do have any issues, I now know I can come to this store, rather than wasting precious hours of my life being hung up on by Xfinity automated telephone services, and lied to by chat bots and chat agents.

There is not even a record of the phone order today when we ended talking to someone in Egypt (). Useless iwatches with no current phones to synch and work together. Should have only purchased from Apple like usual. Have been there 4 times in person to straighten this out. Salesmen don't return our emails or ghost us on texts. I think they see seniors as a waste of time unless they can but something with cash straight out. Loyal customers for over 30 year. That used to mean something but not anymore.

Without a doubt my 89 year old mother and myself (69) were provided false information by the…read moresalesperson enticing us to transfer her mobile phone service from Verizon to Xfinity. My mother and I were both told multiple times she would get a credit up to $500.00 which could be used to pay off her phone purchase contract with Verizon. We agreed and the mobile line was ported to Xfinity. Now 11 days later we find out the credit will be a maximum of $200.00. This new information was not provided to us at the time of the sale. I called Xfinity to get the information on how to apply for the reimbursement and found out at that time it was only going to be $200.00. My mothers sole reason to switch carriers was the $500.00. Since the Verizon payoff is $600.00 my mother is going to have to come out of pocket for $400.00. We realize people do make mistakes but I asked the salesman at least two times if he was sure the credit was $500.00 and his answer was yes. I even called a T mobile representative while I was at the Xfinity store and was told the $500.00 credit was a good deal. Especially with the no monthly charge for 12 months. We have not returned to the store as we feel it will be a she said he said conversation and I don't want my 89 year old mother to have to go through that. This review is more of a expression of disappointment in Xfinity's customer service.

I took 3 beautiful but very dusty vintage cassette decks to get serviced (2 worked OK, but 1…read moredefinitely needed repair). When I went to pick them up, they were still filthy. I tested the broken one in the store and it still didn't work. The guy behind the counter said that maybe the technician (Rashid the owner) forgot to do some of the work, so leave them and come back next week. I came back the following week, but it appeared that still nothing had been done! WTF. Again they said leave them and it will get done right this time. These machines are very valuable, so I didn't want this guy touching my decks again. I took them home, opened the covers and saw that at least one of the drive belts hadn't been replaced and the decks clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was no way for me to tell whether they had been tested, lubricated, calibrated, etc, but the broken one was still broken. I had paid a 50% deposit when I first brought them in. When I took the decks home I was mortified by the work (or lack of it) but at least I thought that I had only paid $500 instead of $1000. At least it wasn't a total rip-off, right? Well when I got my next credit card bill, I saw that they charged the other $500 (without my authorization!) weeks ago while they still had the decks and before I picked them up. Again WTF. I still can't comprehend the incompetence and/or lack of veracity and integrity of this shop. I really really don't understand how they have such great reviews from other customers. Maybe Rashid is a great TV repairman, but just plays an audio repairman on TV... All that said, I should give credit where credit is due. This was my second time I had visited their shop. The first time I had a great experience. Rashid told me that although it would be very expensive to have him repair my subwoofer, I could easily do it myself, and told me where to buy a new driver and how to install it.
