    I had a very frustrating experience at this AT&T store while trying to order a new phone for my…read moremom. The first employee who helped me was Nelson. Unfortunately, he seemed completely unmotivated to help and didn't provide much useful information during the process. I ended up ordering the phone to be delivered to the store because I was told it would arrive faster and that they would call me when it got there. AT&T's tracking showed the phone was delivered to the store two days later, but I never received a call. After five days of hearing nothing, my dad went to the store to pick it up and was told they didn't have it. Later that evening I went in myself and spoke with another employee (a man with black slicked-back hair). Even after I explained that the tracking clearly showed the phone had been delivered, he was very dismissive and insisted it wasn't there. He also told me they were closing in 30 minutes and that there was nothing they could do, and that I should come back another day. His tone was rude and not very professional. I then went to the post office and they provided me with a photo and timestamp showing the package being delivered to the store. When I returned to AT&T, I spoke with Luis. After actually listening and looking into the issue, he was able to locate my package -- the same one that other employees said was never delivered. Thank you to Luis (and Javier as well) for actually taking the time to help and figure out what was going on. They were both professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the earlier interactions with Nelson and the other employee made the experience much more stressful than it needed to be. It took three separate attempts before someone finally found my phone. If you visit this location, I recommend asking for Luis or Javier. They were the only ones who took the time to properly help.

I'll call you tomorrow, I promise." He told me that on 3 separate calls but he never called me back. No other rep would help me. They said only Juan Carlos can help me. I asked for the Manager and was told Juan Carlos was the Manager. At that point, I cancelled my AT&T account and went back to xfinity because I refuse to be treated so disrespectfully. Xfinity has Juan Carlos to thank for me being a return customer.

I was having issues my first 2weeks having consistent dropped connections and no service at times. I couldn't switch back to my previous provider because the line was cut! Three or 4 techs later Karina shows up. I explained all the trouble we were having and she assured me that she'd take care of it. Karina was very friendly and professional explaining everything she was doing. Two months later, my family and I are happy with the service. So what to tell you ,I have never been disappointed with Sonic from the office support to field techs its been amazing ride. Like a great many of you I want someone who I can speak with and not have repeat myself 5 times that's not going to happen at Sonic. And on the other hand I don't want the run around. And I have never had that with Sonic. Now let's be clear sadly Sonic is not in every locations but good news its they are growing thank God. Why do I say that ? you can't beat the cost. like I said I've been with them a good while and there has only been one raise and still there cost is low. I've gotten a few friends to jump on this with me and they are happy and why not, low cost great service people who are really nice when you call and ask about something no hanging on the line for 20 minutes. Okay I'm going to stop now. Remember this I always try to respect the person on the other side and in return we both win. Let shut this down by saying go on line and see when they are planing to come to your area. Trust me you will not be disappointed. No, I don't sales use cars I just like nice people and a company that take care of it's people that works for me. That a reason to support in my book.

    I took 3 beautiful but very dusty vintage cassette decks to get serviced (2 worked OK, but 1…read moredefinitely needed repair). When I went to pick them up, they were still filthy. I tested the broken one in the store and it still didn't work. The guy behind the counter said that maybe the technician (Rashid the owner) forgot to do some of the work, so leave them and come back next week. I came back the following week, but it appeared that still nothing had been done! WTF. Again they said leave them and it will get done right this time. These machines are very valuable, so I didn't want this guy touching my decks again. I took them home, opened the covers and saw that at least one of the drive belts hadn't been replaced and the decks clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was no way for me to tell whether they had been tested, lubricated, calibrated, etc, but the broken one was still broken. I had paid a 50% deposit when I first brought them in. When I took the decks home I was mortified by the work (or lack of it) but at least I thought that I had only paid $500 instead of $1000. At least it wasn't a total rip-off, right? Well when I got my next credit card bill, I saw that they charged the other $500 (without my authorization!) weeks ago while they still had the decks and before I picked them up. Again WTF. I still can't comprehend the incompetence and/or lack of veracity and integrity of this shop. I really really don't understand how they have such great reviews from other customers. Maybe Rashid is a great TV repairman, but just plays an audio repairman on TV... All that said, I should give credit where credit is due. This was my second time I had visited their shop. The first time I had a great experience. Rashid told me that although it would be very expensive to have him repair my subwoofer, I could easily do it myself, and told me where to buy a new driver and how to install it.
