After a pretty disappointing interaction with another staff member previously, I wasn't exactly enthusiastic about going in, but I had to get a replacement phone ASAP. My experience with those ladies was so much better! They were friendly, informed, smart, funny and genuinely wanted to help me as a customer. There were so many points throughout that visit where I wondered if it'd be too creepy to ask if we could all just hang out IRL. (I decided it was and held back... But there's always next time.) T-Mobile needs more staff like Draya and Hayden, and here's why: as a customer to a cell phone carrier, there's no guarantee you'll always like the terms of your plan, the company's policies, or every customer service interaction you get. But if there are a decent amount of interactions with pleasant, helpful, courteous, kind and fabulous folks, you're more likely to be willing to sit with the challenging times. They instructed me to apply by phone or on-line, cuz the account criteria is for people with Medi-Cal or PG&E C.A.R.E.. Soooooooo, .....nothing happened at the Xfinity Store in Rohnert Park (Safeway), except getting referred to self-service for internet service. Took a crazy hour to get the account. No worries, somethings cannot be done at the store

Probably have spent 7or more hours on their "chat" which is useless. Numerous phone calls without success. And I just received a bill of $313. What???? I'm now in the store waiting. If problems not resolved will cut my ties forever with Xfinity as well as report them to BBB and other consumer agencies. UPDATE‼ Still hear after an hour plus wait. 19 people waiting and only 2 staff members.

His electricians that can to do the job were on time, efficient did a great job and left no mess. Second time we have used Pioneer and certainly will not be the last. Highly recommend these folks.

I had a rental unit in windsor with an elderly couple with life line and oxygen that woke up with…read moreno power! Called Darrell at Pioneer Electric and he had someone out there in 2 hours! They restored some power and had to return the next day due to getting late. Things weren't looking very good and were going to snowball into a bigger nightmare with power being out for a week! There was a break somewhere in the 200' run! Which meant replacing the whole supply run! The next day Darrell saved the day and found the break in the line which someone had buried 6" in the dirt with no protective covering after they had cut threw it and taped it together! To top it all off they troubleshoot and fixed it all in the pouring rain and mud! I highly recommend Pioneer Electric knowing the trades all too well the hardest thing to do is finding honest reliable qualified and good at what they do People! Ohhh did I mention his work was done with more then a reasonable price tag!
