They did not have special batteries needed so they went and purchased them at a nearby hardware store. The batteries were replaced and all was well. A very professional job well done. I can't speak for the rest of…read morethe company because for some reason I think this is unique to this certain facility and I have actually heard a lot of positive things about the company in general which is why I chose to work here. My bad experience I'm going to go ahead and say has to do with the manager and supervisor I had while employed here. The women fight like feral cats for higher positions in this male dominated facility. Unqualified people are hired and promoted to supervisory positions because they are friends with management or sleeping with supervisor and good employees are laid off after a 3-6 month period and replaced by new contract workers. Current employees have to then retrain these new employees constantly. They are able to do this because they hire contract/temp workers to save money and these employees really are disposable. Two people hired before me were let go after a very short periods of time. I contacted both people after I left wanting to know how their experiences were and it turns out we were all treated the same; absolutely terribly. All of us worked for the military prior.
