We decided to protect our home from PG&E outages since we live off the grid. We found Re-Volt electric through a recommendation from our excellent HVAC company, Moore Solar and Heating. Chris, Frank, and Rick were outstanding! Great guys, great service, excellent job installing a 22 mH Generac Generator. Their price is $15K minus the trench digging. Other outfits wanted to do it for $14.3K ro 14.5K including trench digging, but after interviewing all companies we had the greatest comfort level with Re-Volt. With all that we have gone thru in Sonoma County, it was such a relief to find Chris From ReVolt Electrics, After the fire storms of 2017,2018,2019 and the roaming power outages we decided an emergency back up generator was necessary. Losing power for us means much more because we are on a well. No power = no water. Water is almost more important because we can use flash lights and candles to see in the dark, but no water means you can't wash your hands, flush the toilet, or cook pasta.. I did a couple of weeks of researching and interviewing 5 companies to do the job..I'm also full time caretaking my 89 year old mother with cancer..so my time is limited. Chris was straight forward and used all precautions to keep us safe, and was so nice to work with. Supporting our local businesses is also important to me and knowing Chris is not going anywhere gave us confidence that he would be around to honor his 7 yr warranty for our Generac unit. Install whole house generator when is having some electrical issues due to their install procedure, They'll do the work for you but watch out for the"extended warranty it's a scam from them and they will not do a damn thing other then sell it to you for hundreds of dollars.
