I told him I will come today. I drove up from the peninsula and arrived at "Yury Lights" at about 4PM. I announced my self to Ben, reminding him of my call. A woman enters the store. Ben quickly grabs a 5" threaded hollow nickel rod off the worktable in the back. Ben tells me I will have to wait, he has another customer. He then commanded me to examine the part near the door entrance. I went to the entrance and examined the part. It was 3/8" fine thread. I tell "Ben" I need coarse thread and in my that our morning phone call, he stated he had it. Ben got nasty at this point, declaring "we don't have motorcycle parts". I lost my patience at that point, telling him I made this trip to San Francisco because he stated on the phone he had 3/8" coarse thread hollow tube. He was more interested in the well-dressed lady he likely pegged as wandering in from Pacific Heights. My assessment? Ben smelled a more profitable customer. He brushed me off. No time for the bearded disabled Vietnam veteran and his signal light issue. Zero stars. I will live in the dark before I ever do business with this snotty kid or Yury's..

Lance asked a lot of questions to get a better understanding of the scope of each task and then communicated with us about the material choices and various steps/preferences along the way. He did a great job with the transition and made it fit perfectly. The new pantry has several well-fitting shelves and it's trimmed out nicely (note that we elected to do the painting since the color was TBD). The outlets were easy for him and made sure we got the right switches and trim as well. He was very thorough and communicative. Their pricing was also reasonable. The owner, Jason, was incredibly easy to work with and brought great suggestions to the table. The crew was highly courteous while working in our home. They made sure everything was protected, vacuumed thoroughly when they were finished, and were completely professional the entire time. I was especially impressed by the behind-the-scenes details: they labeled everything perfectly, and their wire management is exceptionally neat and organized. My only regret is that I didn't call Anderholm Electric sooner! 10/10 highly recommend these guys to anyone needing electrical work.

Two women revamping our garage and no mansplaining anywhere to be found - what a dream! Britt explains everything, explains the options, and she provided me with a detailed/updated estimate through the business office within minutes of our discussing a complicated job of putting two dedicated circuits in and running conduit, etc, etc! I had to leave before they were done and had zero concerns about leaving them at my house with my dogs and trusting them to close up the garage and lock the doors behind them. They are coming back in November to address the rest of the add-ons I requested, and I am excited to have these lovely and talented women return again to complete our garage transformation. Even in our garage, the attention to detail was impeccable - at one point, Britt was fussing with conduit because it was slightly off level (I couldn't tell) and in her words, "it's driving me crazy - I have to fix it". It's like having a good friend or family member doing work for you. Trustworthy and worth every penny knowing that we're not overloading our circuits and/or creating a fire hazard!
