I then hired two other plumbers to come out and snake it, and neither was successful. One of them even told me I needed to redo a good portion of my plumbing for over $5,000! I found Rock Solid Drains after that, and they told me that all they do is unclog drains and that they have the equipment necessary to clear difficult washer/utility sink drain clogs. John from their team came out and within about 15-30 minutes had run a snake through our washing machine drain line, cleared the blockage, and had our plumbing working exactly as it should again. These guys are great if you have a drain clog that you can't clear yourself or that a normal plumber doesn't have the right equipment to handle. They solved a problem that two other plumbers couldn't, and did it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Rock Solid Drains. I had been dealing with a persistent leak in my outdoor irrigation system, losing approximately 0.28 gallons of water per minute. Two separate landscape contractors attempted to diagnose and repair the issue, even replacing the sprinkler valve system, but unfortunately, the leak continued. I finally contacted Mike at Hometown Leak Detection to investigate. Drawing on his extensive plumbing and leak detection experience, Mike quickly identified a possible explanation: air pockets trapped between the seals of the sprinkler valve system. He explained that allowing for proper duration of the sprinkler valve flushing might resolve the issue. As it turns out, his recommendation appears to have solved the problem--the leak has completely stopped! When I later called them (not knowing it was the same company), Mike admitted he knew the pool and had told the previous owner he could not actually fix it -- only patch it temporarily. When I asked questions, he refused to answer. We later ended up in court and found out he knew the previous owner personally. We also discovered we were charged a different rate for the same service and the invoice notes didn't match what actually happened. Very dishonest experience. I would not trust this company.

Turned out there were two holes in one of the pipes that had been leaking for a very long time. So muddy in there. Felt sorry for the guys to deal with it. Here is a picture of the pipe with the holes. As you can see, it was a very dirty job! Efran never complained....had to even go and get more parts. If you want a job done the right way he is your man! Just go on Yelp and see all his recommendations! I think there were 54 at last count....now I will be adding mine.
