A squatter had taken over my vacant townhome, and occupied it for a year even though there was no water. The toilets were filled to the brim with human waste, and the whole place smelled to high heaven. The owner was very compassionate to my situation. He removed the offending toilets, and replaced them with new ones, all for a very reasonable price. The service rep on the phone was super nice, as was the worker who came out to do the work. This is an overdue review for work done earlier in the year. I had an urgent issue with a clogged laundry drain pipe that was overflowing and spilling all over the floor. I reached out to Rock Solid Drains, and Casey responded quickly, sending over Clayvee and Colton. They efficiently moved the washer and got to work clearing the drain, identifying it as a partial blockage. I was really impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue. A couple of weeks later, the washer pipe started leaking again, and the kitchen sink was backing up. Thankfully, their work is guaranteed, and they did follow up as promised. Clayvee came out the same day we called, bringing out the big machine to tackle the problem. It took some time, as the clog was quite severe, but Clayvee got everything cleared out. I spent over $1000.00 having 3 different plumbers respond to a clog, within a week. Rock Solid Drains was the third plumber that came out. I had my neighbors roots from their tree bust through and block my pipe. They located the clog quickly. They were able to jet the pipe, which broke some of the roots away to give me another 6 months to a year before having to replace the entire pipe that is under concrete. I highly recommend these guys. They were very professional and informative. They did an amazing job cleaning up everything. I will be using them again when I get my pipe replaced. Once he inspected he gave us options our issue needed something called jetting( spelling?) so they send out Colton 2 hours later. He was so knowledgeable, conscientious and thorough. We just had Casey Post and his partner from Rock Solid Drains to inspect our downspout drains on the front of our house. We discovered that the drainpipes were of very low quality. Now 30 years after the house was built, these drains have been crushed by our front yard landscaping. The solution will be expensive. My family owns a single-bathroom home we rent out and the toilet had a blockage that I thought was taken care of by another plumber less than two weeks prior, but created another problem. Unfortunately, this happened on a Saturday evening, the day before Easter Sunday, and finding someone to come out became as big of an issue as the toilet itself. We've recently remodeled our 1950 house and replaced all sewer and water lines under the house. The sewer lateral from foundation to the street were inspected and recommended replacement when we bought the house 5 years ago, but we held out as long as we can. The latest grey water backup onto our brand new bathroom while showering and washing machine running was the last straw. They were reasonable priced and able to give us a quote to replace the whole sewer line using the sewer report from 5 years ago. They did a good job.
