I haven't written a lot of Yelp reviews lately, but I had to go on and write one for Casey at Rock Solid drains. I was doing some work on my garden and accidentally broke a pipe. This resulted in a huge geyser and I had to turn off the water to the entire property. It was 4 in the afternoon and I live out in the boonies in Kenwood. I called Casey at Rock Solid drains and he asked me to send a couple pictures of the damage. Within two hours he had gone to the plumbing supply store, picked up supplies and got to my house. We would 1000% recommend Rock Solid. They were super responsive- even on Christmas when most companies are closed and not available next day, but came back with a clear quote and availability and turned around what was a rough set of circumstances for our family. We welcomed our first baby three weeks early, which left us scrambling. We've recently remodeled our 1950 house and replaced all sewer and water lines under the house. The sewer lateral from foundation to the street were inspected and recommended replacement when we bought the house 5 years ago, but we held out as long as we can. The latest grey water backup onto our brand new bathroom while showering and washing machine running was the last straw. Neglected for 5 years, our sewer lateral had developed serious root intrusion and I knew we needed a professional's help as the line backed up on us in 2019 and the conventional snake I rented, barely made any difference.
