Jake, Chris, and Russell did an outstanding job remodeling our bathroom. They are kind, respectful, and immediately saw ways to improve the space. After discussing options among themselves, they clearly explained the best possibilities for our small bathroom--solutions we hadn't considered. We first met Jake in 2020, when he worked for another company and replaced our home's water pipes. He is experienced with homes that have wells and has extensive plumbing expertise. Now, as a business owner, he and his team exceeded our expectations again. This time, we needed an accessible bathroom for a relative with mobility issues, and Jake, Chris, and Russell delivered excellent, knowledgeable service. Their vision transformed our tiny bathroom into a much safer, modern space. We will continue to call Jake Varnadore for future projects on our aging home because of his reliability and consistency. read more

Great communication and clean pipework - Jake & Chris know their stuff. Also appreciated how they didn't try to upsell me on anything (i.e. "Good, Better, Best" quotes), which feels more and more a rarity in this business. read more

Varnadore Plumbing was outstanding. I called them this morning after my tenant told me there was water under the luxury vinyl plank flooring and that the floor felt squishy. Naturally, my mind went straight to a broken pipe in the slab and a huge repair bill. To my relief, Varnadore Plumbing came out within three hours of my call to assess the situation. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Most importantly, they were honest. Instead of exaggerating the issue, they carefully evaluated everything and explained that, due to the recent rains and an improperly installed threshold, a small amount of water had seeped in. Their quick response and honest assessment gave me real peace of mind in what felt like a very stressful situation. It is so refreshing to find a company that is not only knowledgeable, but also trustworthy and straightforward. 10 out of 10 experience. I highly recommend Varnadore Plumbing. read more

Jake came out and did a large plumbing project at our place and I cannot recommend him enough. He replaced two old water heaters with a Navien Combi-boiler unit that provides both the domestic hot water as well as radiant heat to the house. When he arrived, he had already partially-assembled the unit. Talk about being prepared for the job! He is kind, honest, and does good work. What more can you ask for? read more

We had a plumbing emergency and were referred to Jake at Varnadore Plumbing because of their excellent reputation. Jake went above and beyond by coming out the very same evening to help fix the issue. What impressed me most, though, was his extensive plumbing knowledge, overall competency, and his ability to clearly explain what was going on and educate me throughout the process. He was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, and we are truly grateful for his help. He gave us a fair and honest price, which we really appreciated. We don't typically write reviews, and Jake didn't ask for one, but we felt he genuinely deserved it. We highly recommend Varnadore Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. read more

If I could give 10 stars I will. Chris installed an existing water heater at my rental unit which is under remodeling. He did a very professional and thorough job to modify the plumbing pipes to fit the area I am planning to install an existing water heater. Later when I noticed the water heater was not working properly, I contacted Jake, he and Chris came back, tested the power and adjusted the temperature. The water heater is running great! Thank you both very much! read more

Jake was a life saver for us! One of our kids (or the dog) broke off a hose bib out in our yard that required us to shut off the water to the house, which we discovered at 10 pm at night. Having three little kids and no running water for toilet flushing, baths, hand washing, etc. is really hard (especially as my kids seem dirtier than most). Jake responded so promptly and came out first thing the next morning. Even though he was super busy, he was able to slide us in at the last minute. He fixed it right away and we up and running again by 10 am. Totally saved us! Jake was fast, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and a consummate professional -- all you could ask for in a plumber! And he charged a very reasonable rate and didn't gouge us even though he knew we were in a very tight spot. I highly recommend Jake and Varnadore Plumbing! If you've got a plumbing problem, call Jake! read more
