They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights. They are GORGEOUS!! On their third visit soon, we will have heated flooring in our master bedroom installed. B. Henry's Quality Electric is the place to go for your electrical needs. Brad worked with us to pick the finish and did an amazing job. The floor is beautiful and the patched areas match so perfectly there's no way to tell it's been patched. Brad suggested we extend the refinishing to the kitchen area but we were planning to replace the hardwood there with tile. We should have listened to Brad. We loved how the floors turned out so much that we called him back to do the kitchen.
