We have had B. Henry's out twice now and will be scheduling a third service in a couple of weeks! I really appreciate their professionalism when it comes to being upfront about costs. They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights. They are GORGEOUS!! On their third visit soon, we will have heated flooring in our master bedroom installed. B. Henry's Quality Electric is the place to go for your electrical needs. The team is nothing but helpful, and professional. They are community oriented and are always there to help when you have an electrical need. We have had B Henry Electric out to our house again. I had a couple outlets that stopped working. I called the office. They quickly scheduled Aron to come out. Aron fixed the outlets on the spot! Exceptional work! They installed a new electrical panel, redid all under house spliced wiring while isolating and separating appliances into less draw grouping and wired to new panel, and they replaced old ceramic light fixtures and fluorescent tube shop lights in the garage with higly efficient LED shop lights. An update: I emailed Bill with a question about an electric heater, and the proper (heavy gauge) extension cord I might use. He responded quickly and with a very useful professional recommendation. Bill's crew chiefs were on the job at our house, for light fixture alterations (fluorescent to LED tubes in the garage and kitchen). flood light replacement in the back and front, switch alterations in the house as well as a doorbell installation. Vicente and Rego are a great team, both efficient and professional. There was some field expediency needed in the kitchen lighting because of the old fixtures, but Vicente took it in stride and the changeover was very smooth. Rego had our floodlights up, angled and working perfectly - all according to Hoyle. The doorbell and light switches were pretty easy for them. All in all, I'd have these gentlemen back any day. We had a few dead outlets we needed to get energized again. Bill came out to our property to take a look and offered a quote. Was very communicative and came up with a gameplan. We then scheduled a technician to come out and further diagnose the issues. It ended up being a bit more involved, so we had a third visit for two technicians. Once that day came, both the lead tech Vicente and his apprentice were quick, courteous, and clean. Had to get up in our attic to run some new wire and also found a loose connection up there they put in a box for us. Also labeled our main panel for us.
