KC service was stellar as always. The system is so beautifully installed, i could swear that the side of my house where the outside unit and various hidden cables and pipes are looks better now than it did before. A work of art! Many sincere thanks to Mike Anderson and Caden Hutman. The project manager Virginia was wonderful to work with as always and very easy to contact when needed. I couldn't be more pleased.

Most recently, they installed a new water heater, and when the job turned out to require more work than they initially anticipated, they still completed the entire job with no additional cost to me. Thorough doesn't even cover it; the man found issues we didn't know we had and explained them like he actually cared whether our basement floods in 2027. The bracket is loose and seems improperly shaped - I don't know how it ever could have worked. I called to follow-up, and unfortunately they said they would charge a service fee to inspect it (their own work), since warranties don't transfer to new owners. A bit disappointing for a company that promises "100% right or 100% free."

I then hired two other plumbers to come out and snake it, and neither was successful. One of them even told me I needed to redo a good portion of my plumbing for over $5,000! I found Rock Solid Drains after that, and they told me that all they do is unclog drains and that they have the equipment necessary to clear difficult washer/utility sink drain clogs. John from their team came out and within about 15-30 minutes had run a snake through our washing machine drain line, cleared the blockage, and had our plumbing working exactly as it should again. These guys are great if you have a drain clog that you can't clear yourself or that a normal plumber doesn't have the right equipment to handle. They solved a problem that two other plumbers couldn't, and did it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Rock Solid Drains. John was great to work with, and I'm very glad we called them before spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily!
