The day before the appointment, I texted to ask what time to expect him and was told between 10 a.m. and noon. That morning, I let him know I was briefly running an errand and asked him to text when he was ready to head over, as I could be home within 15 minutes. By 10 a.m. I was back home and texted to confirm I was there. He never showed up and never responded to any of my messages that day. While the quality of work may be good, the lack of communication and missed appointments make it difficult to rely on him. Based on my experiences, I would recommend this plumber only if scheduling reliability and responsiveness are not critical for you.
