Everyone I've interacted with from the top down at Holman has been awesome. Rachel in the office kept me appraised of everything, and Randy was professional, personable, and prompt. He didn't just show me the video, he explained everything and gave great advice. This is the third time Holman Plumbing has been out to my house, and the first time was the kind of emergent situation you never want to have to call a plumber for. In this day and age, it is of great comfort to have someone you can trust for the big jobs and the smaller ones. read more

Holman Plumbing was a professional, pleasant, and expert company in a daunting situation. After buying an older home and starting renovations, it was thought that there was a crack in the main sewer line under a slab. I called Holman due to their specialization in trenchless sewer line repair and their great reviews. From the first phone call with Rachel, who is very pleasant and kind, to my interactions with Justin who came out to evaluate and then fix the problem, the company was wonderful. It turned out that we needed a thorough clean out with a specialized device, but once that was done, no repairs were needed. Thank you, Holman Plumbing, for the expert job, done quickly, and the reassurance from both Justin and Rachel along the way. read more

These guys are great. I had another plumber incorrectly install a cartridge in my shower and then told me I needed a $2,800 valve replacement. Holman came by next day and inspected the work and said its only a scald protector adjustment on the cartridge. Thank you Holman! read more

I got back from vacation and had a notice from the City that my water meter was running 24 hours a day and was using 86 gallons of water an hour. My regular guy wasn't available, so I looked online and picked the business with the highest number of positive reviews. SO GLAD I picked Holman: - Left a voicemail Sunday night. - Got a call at 8:07 Monday morning; got an appointment for 10:00 Tuesday morning. - Then at 1:15 Monday afternoon, I got another call "my guys finished another job early, shall I send them over?" - Two friendly, polite guys show up; my dog loves them - They talk me through it; we figure out that someone* had left the irrigation system on "run" instead of on the program where it goes on a few times a week. - I literally asked their permission to hug them, I was so relieved. It's now 2pm, my problem is solved, I'm putting Holman Plumbing in my phone for any and every plumbing problem I encounter from now on. read more

Holman Plumbing as fantastic. SO GOOD. I had a stone patio put in a few years ago and the downspout from the house into the ground was leaking. See pictures. Holman Plumbing was super easy to work with, prompt, clean and extraordinarily polite. Oh, did I mention talented and provided the perfect high quality repair I was looking for. 5 stars, two thumbs up and a high 5 goes to this plumbing company. ------------------------ Update: 10/14/2019 We had a toilet in the guest bathroom that was leaking out the bottom side of it when flushed. We called Holman Plumbing and they sent Gerry out. He was kind, courteous and clean. Was very polite and efficient with his time as well. About an hour later the toilet was fixed and the house was back in good working order. Great job... again! Would still highly recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Holman Plumbing came out with two trucks and three technicians to assess my commercial business plumbing issues. After evaluating the situation the owner waived the fee and steered me in the right direction. I can't imagine any other company would give their time and effort then go above and beyond for the customer at no gain to themselves. Holman Plumbing will undoubtedly be my future go to plumbing company for all my business and residential needs. I have full confidence in them and what a relief as a consumer to know there are honest businesses one can trust and have full confidence that they are looking out for your best interest! read more

Well here is one more reason to be careful before using Holman Plumbing. The owner now has text me saying that he is going to put a lien on my house if I don't take down the first yelp review I did last week. The one telling you how I called Holman Plumbing to put in a sink and they broke my granite countertop. It cost me $2,800. to replace it and he would only pay $1,000. and my countertop was in perfect condition. Everyone please be careful picking out your plumber. I would be more than happy to show you all the texts he has sent me that in my opinion are very threatening and aggressive. They don't make that granite type any longer so I had to do the whole counter. I couldn't afford to replace it with granite so I had to go with a cheaper countertop that which wasn't cheap! read more

Justin saved the day!!! Woke up to take a shower and no hot water. Hadn't had to deal with a plumbing issue before as a first time home owner so I was a fish out of water to say the least. Just answered all my calls with all my crazy questions until he was able to come out 24 hours after incident. Couldn't promise to fix the same day BUT somehow got the work done same day and got my hot water turned back on. So thankful for the customer service and honesty I got from him. Holman Plumbing - New hot water heater! - Plumbing Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

Holman was recommended to us by another plumber and for good reason! We used them for a whole house re-pipe. From quoting to scheduling to a full week of the crew in our home, everything was seamless. Communication was great and they fixed several extra problems along the way. They helped us figure out how to move from two old water heaters to one larger tankless water heater which gained us a new and amazing storage space in the middle of our kitchen. The price and quality of work were 5 star worthy, but I have to give an extra shout out to the owner and crew who were all extremely polite and a pleasure to have in our home. read more

Nico and Jake recently consolidated my numerous exterior steep hillside drains from gutters and 2 pipes coming from an underground ephemeral creek that was washing my foundation away. Holman Plumbing is PHENOMENAL!! They take customer service to a whole new superb level. They are the example of how client interactions should happen! I had a clogged shower and called to make an appointment for someone to look at it. Justin the owner called me back within 10 minutes and scheduled one of his guys to come out a couple days later. A few hours before the plumber was to arrive Justin called and asked if his guy Gerry could show up early as he was ahead of schedule. Obviously the answer was yes. When Gerry got there he was professional, enthusiastic and incredibly thorough. The entire job took about a 1/2 hour to complete and when he left, he cleaned up everything and made it look brand new. There was no mess, no muss & no fuss. Gerry carried all his tools in a backpack and did not drag a nasty poo covered blanket through the house that every other plumber seems to have. Holman Plumbing sets the standard for customer service here in Sonoma County. If you're using anyone else, you may want to rethink that idea because they have nothing on Justin Holman or his team. Thank you very much Justin & Gerry!! Cabernet Jay read more

We had Holman Plumbing come to the house and replace a defective shower faucet and matching sink faucet. Great experience from the call to set up the appt. Friendly dispatcher that explained the show up costs before I even asked. We were able to get an appointment next day. Jason and crew performed 2 separate jobs for me and both were done well. They arrive on time and perform professional work. The first was to repair a leak from the street to my house. They had to dig up more than anyone expected to find the leak and in the process discovered another issue that would potentially break. They performed the work for the quoted price even though it was more work than expected. Second job was to replace the screw valves with ball valves. I could do this myself but it would take a whole day. They completed it in 35 minutes with top grade valves. read more

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Justin is wonderful. My hot water heater wasn't working. He came same day. Diagnosed the problem. Gave me options of fixing or replacing. I had called Justin for a consultation about a sewer line problem. We agreed on a time to come and run a camera through the line. Justin arrived exactly when promised and took time to thoroughly review the issues with me. Using the camera he showed me the roots and broken joints in my 100 year-old sewer line! My water heater needed to be replaced. I called three plumbers. The first offered me an appointment a month out. The second one was Jason Holman. "Water heater? We'll be there tomorrow!" Jason went out of his way to minimize the time we were without hot water. I wanted the most energy-efficient electric option (I have solar). Jason talked me through the pros and cons of all the different options. When my electrician came out to install the outlet and had questions, I called Jason and just handed the phone to the electrician and Jason told him exactly what he needed. There was an exhaust conduit in the way of where the water heater would go, so Jason and his crew built a stand for the heater so it would fit over the conduit. Now we think of him gratefully every time we step in the shower. The crew stayed masked up even though they were in the garage with the door open. As always, the work area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Oh, and that third plumber? He didn't even call me back until several days after Jason completed the work. read more

Holman Plumbing came as a referral from a friend who is in the fireplace business! He had mentioned that this company is usually busy so was not sure if they had time to do this small job we had at a rental property! Well, Justin called us back and had time and came out and gave us an estimate and did the job in a timely manner! This company is very professional, on time, and gets the job done! They are reasonably priced and I will definitely refer them to family and friends! Justin returns calls and is easy to work with and again gets the job done professionally and efficiently! I called Justin just to ask a question, (I was going down the Yelp list until I found a plumber that would answer his phone) but wasn't going to use him for the work I needed because he only had one Yelp review. But he was so helpful and knowledgeable during our conversation that I decided to take a chance. And I'm so glad I did, because he did a thorough inspection of the plumbing situation at my new house, quickly resolved several problems, installed a water filtration system, and replaced a pressure regulator. He did all of this quickly and efficiently, and at a fair price. He didn't waste time, he wasn't flummoxed by anything he came across, and he dispatched with my multiple plumbing problems with expertise and ease. Some people, like Justin, are just not the type to press for Yelp reviews, but his work speaks for itself. He is honest and hard-working, and he went the extra mile for me. I appreciate everything he did and recommend him without reservation. read more

Great experience with Holman plumbing. From the initial assessment/bid to final completion, Justin and his team were communicative, efficient, and did good work. Awesome crew, very professional, affordable, clean, on time & on budget. Highly recommend this plumber for all your dripping faucets!

Justin, the owner, originally came out to my house (on a weekend!) right after we purchased it. We had one of our showers draining slowly. He brought out his drain snake and started to clear it out. Something wasn't going right and he immediately jumped under my house (not fun) to check it out. He said that the existing drain line over to the shower was rattling and looks like it wasn't connected for years (yay us!). Justin provided us with some options to either get by temporarily or permanently fix the problem. We opted to temporarily fix it and then permanently fix it later when do our remodel. He was perfectly happy to perform the cheaper option (not trying to up-sell up or pressure us to do something that would make more money for him). Now it's a couple of months later and we invited Justin back over to look at the rest of the drainage system of our house for our remodel. He thoroughly crawled my nasty crawlspace and then talked to us about all of the options that he thought were possible for either modifying the existing sewer pipes, or completely re-piping the sewer pipes. He was very thorough and explained all of the Pros and cons of each decision along with providing estimates for the costs of each option. We were able to talk it all through with Justin and decided to have him completely replace the old cast iron pipes for the drainage/sewage system and the existing copper water lines (with 50/50 lead solder) all at once. It seemed to be the best value overall and would provide us with a long term solution that fit our current and future needs. Justin's attention to detail impressed us a lot. He was very careful to always wear shoe booties when working in our home. He cleaned up his work area every day too! He thinks about a lot of little things like keeping water risers as copper and only running the PEX tubing in the crawlspace because it's easier to manage in the future. We loved the amount of communication that Justin had with us. We felt well-informed the entire time! We were really impressed with the work provided by Holman Plumbing. It was a great value... Especially seeing how hard Justin had worked on our home. He always had a smile on his face and a positive attitude. He was nice to not only myself but to my entire family. I have already recommended him to my neighbors and friends. read more

After Justin showed up, he quickly identified the issue and his crew promptly fixed it within days.
