It was a long, dirty and difficult repair in a tight space, but they were able to engineer a solution and document their work for us via video. Along the way, they supported a kitchen exhaust pipe that was insufficiently strapped at no extra charge and even cleaned up a previous repairman's left-behind mess. Turned out there were two holes in one of the pipes that had been leaking for a very long time. So muddy in there. Felt sorry for the guys to deal with it. Here is a picture of the pipe with the holes. As you can see, it was a very dirty job! Efran never complained....had to even go and get more parts.
