This family of plumbers has helped us numerous times. The first time we called them, they fixed a persistent problem with our shower/bath in about ten minutes that three other plumbers couldn't resolve despite hours of time and significant expense.. Always honest, courteous and expert at what they do. Two big thumbs up! read more

Rob is a pleasure to work with. When I had a leak in my 36 year old sink, he worked me into his schedule. He had all the needed parts on his truck and even gave me a sink basket for free. What more can you ask for? read more

Owning a mid-century home means everything will need replacing eventually. So it has been with us and we call 2021 "Year of the Plumber." I can't even tell you how many plumbers we called that wanted to charge $50 just for the estimate. Enter Devoto Plumbling. Robert, the owner is three things: skilled, kind and fair. A unicorn in the trade business. He returns calls, schedules efficiently and is as polite as a British butler. He did our job perfectly and gave us a very fair price. No charge for the estimate (and vaccinated too). Here's a cool fact. Devoto is a family business and one of the plumbers is his daughter who is one of the only women plumbers in the county. Cool! This place will be on our favorites list forever. Don't hesitate to call them! read more

Excellent service, excellent response time and excellent job done right. I'll use this company next time and the next. I used them on a customers job about 3-4 years ago and they provided excellent service then. We used them on our newly purchased home and they did a fantastic job! Rob went out of his way to give his advice and help with things he wasn't even contracted to work on. Great company and ill definitely be calling them again! read more

These guys are the most honest plumbers in the county. We've used them for years, with clients and in our own home. Last week a young man, I assume is part of the family, came by to fix a faulty shower handle. He arrived at exactly the time of our appointment, took off his shoes and was cheerful and very respectful - which is nice because I work from home, so having people in the house can be disturbing. He fixed the faucet, even replacing a handle with one that was almost exactly like the broken one had no problem sending us a bill. Honest, cute and and very fair pricing. Totally recommend them! read more

There is a very good reason for all the 5 star reviews. Devoto Plumbing is punctual, honest and very reasonable. Oh, and they do excellent work. I noticed a small leak in the upstairs toilet and my wife remembered that someone had recommended Devoto for any and all plumbing needs. Called and got an appointment, Sean arrived exactly on schedule and quickly changed the toilet assembly and fixed the leak. When he was nearly finished we asked if he could do the same with the downstairs toilet as it had recently began "sticking" (continue to run). Not a problem and it was also quickly fixed. Fast, efficient, honest and fairly priced. These days it is difficult to find those traits in home repair companies. Devoto Plumbing has them all. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. read more

Sean and Rob at DeVoto Plumbing are the UNEQUALED in Quality and Customer Service in Sonoma County! We are so glad we found them! Sean just installed a new toilet and fixed a leaking pipe near my well. It was a complicated repair! He was on time, extremely polite, knowledgeable, and meticulous! Even took off his work boots before coming inside! Highly recommend them and they are our Plumbers from now on! Thanks guys!! read more

Honest. Punctual. Upfront on pricing. You get what you pay for here, when we had a rust issue with our bathtub which Rob supplied he stepped up and fixed it. Nice guy too. Five stars. read more

The guys at Devoto plumbing are top-notch. They are honest, fast and professional. We have used them a few times, most recenlty to replace our water-heater. As a woman, I felt totally comfortable with them in my home. So nice to have a reliable and trustworthy plumber. read more

Having a professional, honest and reliable go-to plumber is a huge relief. i used to play roulette with yellow page ads, having tried a variety other local independents, as well as brand name resources over the years. Now we just call Rob, and know the service will be top-notch and the price fair. read more

I have used Rob Devoto both personally and for the HOA I belong to. I suppose the most important thing I can say about Rob and Sean is that they absolutely know what they are doing. There are lots of fake "rooters" around town who have no professional training and often leave jobs worse than when they started. Rob is not one of them. He has fixed complicated problems other plumbers can't diagnose and he has fixed the simplest problems as well. When he's done, the job is done. Done right. Done once. Never a need for a callback for work he has signed off on. The second thing I can say is that in spite of their superior service, they charge fair rates. I have never felt over charged or taken advantage of in any way. The third thing is that this family run company is filled with people you will be happy to meet and know. It's a thoroughly authentic family business with professionalism at the core. In some ways I regret giving them such a great review because it means they may be too busy to see me from time to time, On the other hand, they deserve the exposure and people wise enough to search Yelp for recommendations will certainly benefit from just calling Rob when they need a plumber. Five star service all the way. read more

Unfortunately, my experience with Devoto was not good. I always received a voice mail and my calls went unreturned. When I finally got through, I had them come out. First mistake. I had toilets replaced and should have received the proper paperwork to get the city rebate. They did not inform me about this. When I called and asked them about it, they did not return my calls yet again. Did they receive the rebate and not tell me? Disappointing to say the least. read more

I cannot recommend DeVoto Plumbing. They repaired my mother's leaking tub drain in 2004 and we just had to have the work completely redone because it started leaking again. When a shower drain is behind sheet rock in the ceiling of a kitchen tell me why a plumber would use a rubber gasket and a clamp to fix a leak? Tell me why a plumber would not spend a little more time, and charge a little more money to create a permanent fix? A fix where a rubber gasket would not break down and start leaking again? Where the whole ceiling has to be opened up again to fix the problem? One does NOT do temporary fixes to plumbing that is inside walls and ceilings. I am angry that this work is having to be done a second time and this time a new plumber will fix it correctly. read more

Sean came out and understood the new tub faucet installation and did a perfect job. There were a few other details with the shower valve and tub drain and that was quickly wrapped up too. His price was a bit lower than some other quality choices so we got a perfect job at a very competitive price read more

I used Devoto for a 2nd time for a loose toilet. The wax ring needed to be replaced. I made the appointment with Rob, the owner. Sean showed up on time and made the repair. This is a family owned business and they do not rip you off with their prices. They are definitely worth calling when you need a plumber. read more

I highly recommend Devoto Plumbing. I had a set of very old toilets that needed to be replaced. I phoned up Devoto Plumbing and they were extremely helpful. Devoto plumbing went out of there way to explain and make recommendations. It was much appreciated! I will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs. read more

Recently we had to do a shower replacement in our master bath. When we tore out the old one, we found that the original contractor did a funky install on the plumbing. Water lines and drains had to be re-routed before we could do the new tile. Rob at Devoto Plumbing was recommended by our tile company. Rob showed up quickly to assess the issues and assured us he could solve them. Within 2 days he was back to do the repairs and get us back on track. His prices were reasonable and did a very clean job to the requirements of the tile setter. He was very patient in answering questions I had about the job. I like that his is a family business and he is involved personally with the work. He will be our "go to" guy for any future plumbing work. read more

Devoto repaired our main water line which was gradually failing and developing leaks. I was very happy with the quality of work they performed. They are extremely professional punctual and reliable and have fair and transparent pricing too. i wouldn't hesitate to call on them again. read more

I called three plumbing contractors, all recommended, to fix an ongoing problem. One never called back. One made an appointment, then showed up two hours late without a phone call. The third, Rob from Devoto, came early for our appointment after calling ahead to make sure it was OK, submitted a pretty reasonable bid, and was otherwise as professional as the others weren't. The work was scheduled for "around 9AM" today. He called this morning to explain that he'd be about 15 minutes late! Professional, on time, courteous, reasonably priced, and informative. What more could you ask for??? read more

I found Devoto Plumbing a number of years ago after receiving a notice from the City of Cotati that I needed to get my backflow device tested. After talking with multiple companies, I chose Devoto Plumbing and have never looked back. While I have never met him personally (to test the backflow device, he doesn't need access to the house and I don't have to be home), I have called numerous times to make sure that the work would be done by the time specified by the city. I talk with Rob everytime, he remembers my name and my address and when the testing needs to be complete. I can't say enough good things about Rob and the rest of the staff at Devoto Plumbing. They will always be my first call for anything plumbing related. I trust them and their expertise. Good job Devoto Plumbing! read more

I have used these guys for whatever comes up and they always do an excellent and professional job. Today I called and got a question answered that gave me immense peace of mind. That level of service is admirable. Well done. read more

When our water heater died, we used a friend of a friend to replace it. He was a local plumber, great price, but within a year it died and calls to him to come and fix it went unanswered. We called another local plumber, major national company, thinking we should go that route this time. They said they could replace the part, for a decent price, but it would take 7 days. . .or they can put in a whole new unit for close to $3,000! So replacing the part, with the reasonable price, would leave us without water for a week? Pace Supply, a plumbing distributor is in Rohnert Park, but we have to wait 7 days? I highly doubt they even called Pace to see if the part was in stock. We called a plumber we know in Napa, who got Devoto Plumbing to come out to help us. I cannot tell you how amazingly wonderful it was to finally get a plumber who knows what he's doing, does it right the first time, and cleans up after himself. I would highly recommend Devoto Plumbing to anyone looking for a local plumber. And we will also use Devoto Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. If I could give 10 stars, I would. read more

Really professional, clean, polite, and great at what they do - what more can you ask for? I had 4 drains all on a 'go slow' which Sean fixed in a timely way. There was no mess left behind, he was happy take his boots off (which I like because I try to keep my carpets clean). He came recommended by two friends and easily lived up to how good they said he would be. Devoto plumbing's number is now stuck to our fridge - if I need a plumber again in future, I won't be asking around - I'll be calling them right away. read more

We recently moved to Santa Rosa and had to find a plumber we could rely on. A co-worker recommended them so I gave them a call. This is a family company and the whole family showed up to do the work on our house. Father, son and daughter. Each one of them was friendly, patient, professional and knew their work. They took some time to explain some complicated plumbing concepts and figured out solutions to a couple of unusual problems. I never had a thought about questioning their honesty and integrity. I just have to recommend them with all the enthusiasm I can muster. Good people. I'm happy I found them to work on our house. read more

Excellent service. On time, professional and courteous. We had a shower faucet that had stopped working. Sean came, assessed what he needed went and bought the part and came back to finish the repair. He also asked if I had any other needs while he was there. He replaced an outdoor faucet as well. I highly recommend Devoto plumbing for your plumbing needs. Devoto is family owned and operated by a honest, hard working family. read more

We called Devoto Plumbing and Rob, the owner, took my call after office hours and patiently answered my questions so that our family could at least take cold baths for the night after a busted water heater. His son, Sean, came right away the next morning, replaced the unit quickly and professionally, complete with a drip pan and drainage pipe to minimize water damage from future leaks. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs! Honest, reliable, high quality work at very reasonable prices. read more

Being a first time home owner, I was a bit perplexed on who to call when two of my toilets, as well as my hot water heater, started acting up. Luckily, a co-worker highly recommended Devoto Plumbing, praising their service and professionalism. Needless to say, I was far from disappointed with her recommendation. The plumber who came to my home, Sean, was wonderful, even removing his shoes without second thought, which says a lot for this germaphobe. He successfully unclogged my two toilets, and fixed my hot water heater, which thankfully just needed to be thoroughly cleaned of accumulated dust, all within a hour. He even noticed my master bathroom sink could use a little hair "de-gunking" and fixed that as well. All in all, Sean fixed four problems in my home at a very reasonable price, all while being very courteous and professional. I, like my co-worker, highly recommend Devoto Plumbing, and will indeed use them again should I have future plumbing needs. read more

Rob & his family were so honest and awesome in helping us with our "power flush" toilet that wouldn't really flush. We had about 6 to 7 plumbing companies come out and bid the project but Devoto Plumbing was a reasonable price and they were courteous and respectful, so we hired them to fix our toilet. When they got into it, they found that what every plumbing company had said was the problem, wasn't actually the problem at all. They put everything back the way it was and didn't charge us anything for their time. They then went further to completely inspect everything. They even contacted the city to have them come out to verify if we even needed the backflow system that was here and that we have to pay to have inspected every year. We didn't and Devoto was able to come and remove that old system and replace the old toilet with a new one since we wanted that anyway. They were careful of their noise and disruptions since we have commercial tenants above us and we see clients in our office as well. We are very happy with the work that was completed and the professional demeanor of all their staff. read more
