They showed up…read moreon time and got the work done perfectly in one hour. 5-star experience. ----------------------- I contacted B. Henry's Quality Electric when my solar inverter needed replacement. Even though they didn't perform that work themselves, they referred me to one of their installers and, in the process, saved me money by bypassing the markup they could have charged. That level of honesty is pretty rare. They could easily have kept the work in-house or added a layer of profit, but instead they focused on what was best for me as the customer. They also followed up several times by email to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with the outcome. Great customer service and a company that clearly values long-term relationships over short-term profit. Highly recommended.

We have had B. Henry's out twice now and will be scheduling a third service in a couple of weeks! I…read morereally appreciate their professionalism when it comes to being upfront about costs. They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights. They are GORGEOUS!! On their third visit soon, we will have heated flooring in our master bedroom installed. B. Henry's Quality Electric is the place to go for your electrical needs. The team is nothing but helpful, and professional. They are community oriented and are always there to help when you have an electrical need. It's nice to have an Electrician that you can trust especially when it gets to be overwhelming not knowing what needs to be fixed. We heard about them from word of mouth, and those people are ABSOLUTELY correct. Thank you Bill and your team... and we will see you again soon!

Bob and Frank just left my home after installing a new breaker, running 50+ feet of cable in my attic (and it's in the high 90's today!), installing my Emporia charger and assisting me with connecting the app associated with its' management. And from the very first conversation with Chris the owner, I have had nothing but great communication and follow-up over my questions. My initial site visit with Bob was friendly and informative, assuring me that this shop knows what they're about. I found there estimate to be fair and in the range of what I expected to pay, given all the unfortunate rising costs of copper wire and simply the cost of doing business. Combined with the solar array installed in the winter on our little condo, we are now much more settled for the unsettling energy days ahead. I'm very pleased to recommend that you give Chris a call. APG Electric assessed my EV charger install arranged by Qmerit. The installation was part of the…read morepurchase agreement with Ford when I bought the vehicle. I was quoted a $790 permit fee by George from APG Electric. He claimed that the fee covered logistics, site schematics, and electric plans. He mentioned that if I want to cut cost, we could explore pulling the permit myself. Wanting to explore that option- I did my homework and learned that in addition to the $178 permit fee I also need some techinical paperwork to submit. I asked George about possibly getting the technical paperwork from them; he declined. He also mentioned that I am probably better off working with a different installer. Before I even had the chance to respond or discuss further, I got a notification from Qmerit telling me my project has been reassigned. I find this extremely unprofessional. I was simply exploring reasonable ways to lower my cost- something that George himself suggested. Instead of working with me, APG Electric backed out without a warning, leaving me to start over. I added a couple of more stars to acknowledge the effort George put into the project (i.e. load calculations), which didn't go unnoticed; I do believe George approached the work with good intent. I could not bring myself to go above 3 stars as the delay on my project (due to reassignment initiated by APG Electric) has caused quite a bit of added stress. TL;DR: APG Electric assessed my EV charger install through Qmerit and quoted a $790 permit fee. When I explored pulling the permit myself to save money (as they suggested), they reassigned my project without notice. Totally unprofessional and dismissive.
