I wanted to buy a new 70" TV for my living room and move my 65" into my garage because I got a pool table and made it into a cool place to hang out. The Samsung tv was on sale and I purchased it. My dad saw it was on sale and bought 1 two on a separate transaction. we picked both up and brought them home (1) to my house and 2nd to his house. I took it out the box and had it hung up and it was shattered. Had to bring it back and get another one. THEN - my dad's tv wasn't opened until super bowl and it's freaking cracked too. same thing ...immediately took it back and denied because it was over 30 days. so best buy won't help and samsung won't help. If you want to try to contact anyone ... GOODLUCK! It goes straight to India !!!! If we bought it at Costco...we wouldn't ever have this issue. I will never buy at Best Buy again. So now I have to use my Costco annual rewards check to buy a new TV because I will NEVER buy anything from Best Buy again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We contacted LG and sent them an image and they said that it had physical damage and wasn't covered under warranty. By close inspection it had no physical damage. They told us to call Rashid Mughal for his technical repairs at Video & Audio Repair. He came to our house and inspected it and saw that it hadn't any physical damage and he contacted LG and their tech agreed. He then took the TV to his shop to repair it as it had internal damages. We contacted him after a week and he said that we needed to contact LG. We did and they told us that the TV had physical damage. Even though it didn't have it when he took it away. So we are now out the TV his fees of $130 and $100 so now we have no TV and we are out over $1500. Don't buy an LG and don't have your TV serviced by Video & Audio Repair.
