Several days later I noticed that there was a slow leak of water from the ice maker to the ice tray which was pooling and then freezing, causing all the ice to solidify into a big, solid block. A guy, Ray, came out, fiddled a few minutes, and said he had to order a part and that it would take up to 14 days. They said Ron's Appliance had reported the problem fixed so they had closed our repair ticket. I had to explain everything and requested they send someone from a different company.
