A guy, Ray, came out, fiddled a few minutes, and said he had to order a part and that it would take up to 14 days. Meanwhile we had to buy a mini fridge since it already took himn2 weeks to arrive for the appointment. He replied to my texts saying he had no information. I asked him who I should call to find out the problem. He said he would call someone for me. After another few days, I called Frigidaire. They said Ron's Appliance had reported the problem fixed so they had closed our repair ticket. I had to explain everything and requested they send someone from a different company. So lied to for a month, then ghosted. Horrible. Beware.
