We have about 3 dozen Sato label printers in production at multiple locations throughout 5 states. For over 10 years, TGIF has been maintaining and repairing these units for us. They have continued to provide excellent service and timely turnaround on everything we sent to them. read more

History

Established in 2006.

Started office machine repairs servicing all of Lake and Mendocino counties in 1993. Formed Kim Cottom's Typewriter and Printer Repair in 1995. After the passing of Kim Cottom, TGIF Repairs opened on September 5 2006.

Meet the Manager: Phil H.

I realized at the age of six that I had a passion for repairing machines. This was when I took apart our oven just because I was curious and wanted to see how it worked from the inside. It was not having any problems at all mind you, I just wanted to take it apart. (This was done on Christmas morning much to the chagrin of my mother)! I got it all back together and it fortunately worked like a charm for Christmas dinner. I truly enjoy taking machines that are ailing and causing frustration for the operator and making them functional again. I have a passion for customer focus and relations as well as working with the myriad of equipment and technology new and old.
