Then, it wouldn't start, so they tried starting fluid instead of ordering a new fuel lift pump. They said, "must have been sitting too long". Yeah? No kidding? So I ordered and delivered the fuel pump. It works! Still has oil in the radiator that I have to deal with. Low rpms and smoke in the exhaust now. Still charged me $2000 to get it back, not fixed. Super disappointed in the communication.

Then came the real test...variator. TEM Machine Shop was the recommendation n it was a major surgery. But full credit to TEM and dealer Ferrari tech bcoz after TEM variator installation, my Maserati now runs so beautiful that my son, after 1 ride, who cud not care less about cars (ancient Volvo driver) asked, "Can i buy this off you when you'r done with it?" But why wud you want the Maserati? "The way it runs is smooth as butter. I can tell the engine is operating in complete mechanical Zen." Yes, TEM parts works amazingly well and now i am so VERY tempted to buy a Maserati Gran Turismo just so i can replicate the same mechanical Zen in a 2-door GT.
