Somehow.... Someway CCC saved our 14 year old couch and 19 year old recliner. I was ready to pull the trigger on new furniture yesterday and my husband and daughter who are very attached to our (old) furniture said we should give CCC a try. I am beyond impressed. We had Josh come in to do a warranty cleaning (the manufacturer requires a periodic professional cleaning to maintain the warranty). He came in, gave a free estimate, we agreed on the price and he was here just as he promised-not an SOP here in Ukiah. Once he started, he didn't stop until the job was done. Cleaning with just water there was no chemical residue/smell to deal with. Conscientious and considerate. He is a one man operation so communication can be delayed but he always returned our calls promptly. He left an industrial sized blower to dry the carpet. Josh also returned a week later to deal with a particularly hard spot, at no charge. The end result was carpets that could not look newer for being 2 years old.
