Fast, fair, and accommodating. I will use him again. Did a great job, he was friendly, price was competitive, and came out immediately. Thank you. read more

Knows his stuff, operates professionally. Did a fine job. Will certainly use again.

Somehow.... Someway CCC saved our 14 year old couch and 19 year old recliner. I was ready to pull the trigger on new furniture yesterday and my husband and daughter who are very attached to our (old) furniture said we should give CCC a try. I am beyond impressed. I shampoo these every so often- the cleanliness of both of these pieces is impressive. So! I guess we'll enter these suckers into the Smithsonian someday- cause it's looking like we'll get a few more years out of them. Thank you CCC!!! read more

Excellent work and fantastic communication. I was contacted the day before as a reminder then again once the team left the shop. I was notified when they were :15 out. I was thrilled with the look of my carpets after being cleaned and given a full explanation of after-care. I highly recommend Carbonated Carpet Cleaning! read more

Josh does a great job! Fast reliable, friendly! And most of all the carpets look great!! Josh has been doing my carpets for a few years now. He is helpful and friendly! We love the work Josh does! Not just reasonable rates, but amazing work! Don't use anyone else! He's the best!

Great job. Carpet looks almost new again. Dried quickly. Fast and friendly service. Cleaning method does not leave a residue on the carpet that could attract more dirt. Highly recommend. read more

I've tried various carpet cleaning services in the Mendocino area. Without a doubt Josh was the best. He was on time. He was friendly and professional and respectful of both me and my home. It was obvious he wanted to do the best job possible. He applied himself fully to the task and did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpet. Josh also went the extra mile by leaving a good fan with me, to be sure the carpet would dry thoroughly, which he picked up the next afternoon. Highly recommended. read more

It's hard to find people or companies that take pride in their work these days. However, this company truly prides themselves in providing a great service at a fair price. I plan on using this company again when it's time to have my home carpets cleaned again. read more

Josh provided me with the best customer service I've had from any business in years. I'm moving and after cleaning the carpets myself I found out the landlords want them professionally cleaned, which leaves me 6 days. I was panicking this morning and calling every place I could. There's not very many carpet cleaning services near Willits and they either didn't respond (and haven't called me back), are booked for weeks out, or have moved their business out of state. Not only did Josh return my call, but also he fit me in his schedule in the next 6 days! He gave a very reasonable quote and even said I don't have to be at the house during the cleaning. Josh really lives up to his five-star reputation! read more

I have had this company come out several times to my residence. They always do a fantastic job. Very thorough and takes their time to make sure and work on hard spots. They are always successful in removing any pet stains. I really like the fact that no harsh chemicals are used. We have animals and children so that is very important to our family. A very friendly company and I recommend them to everybody. read more

We had Josh come in to do a warranty cleaning (the manufacturer requires a periodic professional cleaning to maintain the warranty). He came in, gave a free estimate, we agreed on the price and he was here just as he promised-not an SOP here in Ukiah. Once he started, he didn't stop until the job was done. Cleaning with just water there was no chemical residue/smell to deal with. Conscientious and considerate. He is a one man operation so communication can be delayed but he always returned our calls promptly. He left an industrial sized blower to dry the carpet. Josh also returned a week later to deal with a particularly hard spot, at no charge. The end result was carpets that could not look newer for being 2 years old. You can do business with confidence. read more

Josh did a great job picking up a water logged 8x10 wool carpet after some water leakage. Great communication and service. Rug looks great. read more

I called Josh because we just had our living/dining area painted and realized how awful our wall-to-wall looked and I recalled seeing his ads locally. He accommodated us on short notice, stayed as long as needed to really get the job done but only charging by the square foot so the price was very reasonable, and the carpets haven't looked this good in ages. A pleasure to deal with. read more

I have been enjoying Carbonated Carpet Cleaning services for about 2 years now. We have our carpets professionally cleaned every six months. Josh is great! Super honest, reliable and professional are the first words that come to mind. Also, the carpets look great without any horrible harsh detergents! I especially love this because we have a small child that spends a great deal of time playing on the floor. This is a great business, I highly recommend it! read more

good work, honest, friendly and affordable highly recommended

Incredible service! We are convinced that Josh installed NEW carpet in our home! It was definitely worth the wait for an appointment. We now realize why Josh and his company is so busy and popular. We saw a HUGE difference in the before and after of our carpets. I'm so happy we found a company that is very green as we are very chemically sensitive. We also have a toddler with allergies to chemicals. It's nice to know that there were no harsh or smelly chemicals used. Josh was very patient and honest, something very rare to find these days. Highly recommended! read more

As a last ditch effort before pulling out the carpets in the 3 small bedrooms I called Carbonated Carpet Cleaning. I thought when he saw the carpets he might even say they were not worth saving but instead today the carpets look almost new. And, as a bonus the process is safe and non-toxic for children and pets. The fee was much less than I expected so I'll have him come back after the rainy season is over. As for Josh, his bubbly personality makes him the perfect front man for a company called Carbonated. A real pleasure doing business with him. read more

Josh was a saving grace for me this past thanksgiving! It was decided to have the dinner at our house and with 4 cats, a dog, and white carpeting I was sort of ashamed to have the family over. I contacted Carbonated Carpet Cleaning via the website and was contacted by Josh. He was able to fit me in and in few short days I had amazingly clean carpets. I will definitely have him back to finish the bedrooms once winter has passed. And as long as I have carpet and he is in business, he will be the one I call. Great price, fast cleaning, an exceptional job all around. Thank you so much, Josh!!! read more
