Complained that I had a wool carpet, even though I had told them that on the phone. The carpet was less than 4 years old and in a home with only 2 adults. Ridiculous. Denise and her team delivered on a decidedly challenging task. Clearing out the family house was…read moremore than I could manage. She was considerate and kind, setting aside family keepsakes and important documents for us. They worked quickly and were thorough, consulting me as needed. Because she brought her years of experience, she and her team were able to accomplish the task in half the time and at less cost than if I had attempted the job myself. I definitely recommend their services.

When my cousin died in California, she left a double-wide mobile home that was FULL of stuff, and…read moreit was my job as executor to get it cleaned out and prepared for sale. She was somewhat of a hoarder and my brothers and I spent several days there distributing things to local thrift shops and making dump runs, but it was FAR too much for us to accomplish on our own, especially since I live several states away. We were SO glad to find Working Hands Home & Property Maintenance Services because they were the only local business I could find that advertised Home Cleaning, Junk Removal & Hauling, which was exactly what we needed. I had tried contacting other local "estate sale" types of businesses, but no one ever got back to me and I needed so much more than an estate sale! Denise Negron got back to me right away and did a walk-thru of the mobile home and gave me a quote for cleaning out all the remaining contents, hauling it to the dump, a deep cleaning of the interior, a clean sweep of the deck, window washing and carpet cleaning. It turned out to be an even bigger job than she estimated (even with her 40 years of experience) because she found that things on the walls and floors had been stapled, bolted, and glued down and were very difficult to remove. But she and her team worked long hours and got it all done and ready for sale. She didn't add on to the price, even though it took her longer than she estimated, but you can be sure I gave her a good tip on top of her quote to help compensate her for her efforts. If you are looking for someone to help you with a daunting task like I faced, I can't recommend Denise and Working Hands highly enough. She is thorough and gets the job done!

I work full time and am a full time mom of two with activities and sports with a full calendar of daily events, let alone fitting in healthy activities of my own. Coming home to cleaning in the late evenings has always been a defeating task I occasionally considered finding a cleaning service but always was , who could I trust to come into my home? Who could I trust with my regular lived in home (messy, unorganized, running out the door always style) My home isn't light dusting of a beige and cream instagram home... I am now 7 weeks into my weekly cleanings and let me tell you it gets better every time. I regularly find myself looking around to do something but it's already been done! Everything is so much easier to maintain, I'll give it a good little pre clean before they arrive once a week instead of me deep cleaning at night or on busy weekends. I have been able to slow down and enjoy my home more then I have ever before. It gets better!! they are affordable, they were prompt or offered flexibility and mostly trustworthy! It's gets Better again lol I now also have two clean offices working full time scrubbing the toilets was last on my list bit now, both offices are cleaned my clean green :) Hire them You won't be disappointed! (Picture, we have industrial sinks- fun, but not fun when they fill up and it fills up fast, my sinks haven't been full since, weekly maintenance is where it's at!!)
