I sent photos back to the Eddie who I ordered from the make sure he knew what type of equipment I was getting. No response. That was my first red flag. Then, on the very first day, the boom was barely moveable - I'm talking snail pace, the slowest I've ever seen. took us almost 2 hours to get about 3 blocks away - I have videos. It's crazy. And then after that, the boom stopped working multiple times - they sent a technician out to fix it the first day blaming user error (the tech called me and explained - told me they had to recalibrate it with their computer, nothing we could have done by phone on our own), but then we gave up on the second day. They still charged me full price without exceptions. Even charged me for fuel at the end. We lost time on this job and without equipment, had to spend even more money on other equipment from someone else. Never again. Just go to United or Sunbelt. Lesson learned trying to work with the small guys.

I said I wasn't happy with the should response so she said it would be sent out. I came home and in looking for the tracking email, I found an email from the first person who had promised to call me back. He said it was unavailable and it would have to be ordered and would come in about 2 weeks. I wish I could give minus 20 stars. Don't mess with this outfit. they are not nice people.
