The best customer Service and product that I have ever experienced…read more I have been having ongoing problems with my water heater. I had been trying to keep it going but it finally went out.. of course, right in Winter when it was freezing. It was close to unbearable. Enter Jonas Energy Solutions!! To say that they are a quality company is an understatement. Unparralled product and service. I called .. made an appointment ... they triaged the water heater ... and new water heater was needed. It was time the equipment lasted for years. I was able to make an appointment for the following week. The representatives arrived early and spent the day uninstalling the old heater and installing the new including all the lines. They were kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. Special Shoutout to Jack, Jarad, Jesse and Russell for their knowledge and attention to detail. While installing the equipment I noticed their expertise in installing a finished clean product including the lines and the equipment itself. The representatives took the time to explain the steps as they progressed and also how to use the product itself. By the time they left... everything was picked up and clean it was like they were not even there! I felt like I was living in a new home it was so warm. I really feel that I stumbled into a goldmine of a company and they will be used for all of my Heating and Air needs (they also provide a number of other products and services). I know that the products that they install are quality products and dependable and Jonas Energy solutions stands behind their installation and products. I could not be happier with the work that was performed. They are there for you when you need them. What else could you want from a Company. American Standard was an invaluable part of the equation. I get a call twice a year ( winter and summer) , they come out and service the items that i have had installed to ensure they are up and running for the season.
