When I returned these incorrect and unused adapters I asked for a refund. Although this was their error, they refused a refund. Their policy is No Refunds only Exchanges even when the return is due to their own error. So you get stuck with a piece of paper to keep forever in your wallet even if you have no need for any of their products. In this store, the customer is always wrong. Caveat Emptor!
