There were 30 existing installed speakers throughout the inside and outside of the house, some of which had never been used. He suggested we try a Sonos bridge system, which we were unfamiliar with at the time. He educated us on the simplicity of wireless HiFi home audio streaming and told us he could organize our speakers into zones that could stream different music in different rooms simultaneously. We tried the system and were hooked right away with the ease and versatility of the system and the music quality. Most recently, he installed a high-end T.V. for us and a Sonos soundbar which gives us great audio and can be combined with the existing speakers to create a surround sound effect. We love it. Ryan has tutored us on how to use all of our gadgets and we can call him for help and he will walk you through the glitch.

Their quote was higher than other dealers but the assurances they gave to fix everything got us to select them. They came in and replaced a lot of hardware saying it was needed to make the system better. Granko did the hardware work and one task out of 12 and then refused to finish the job but wanted to be paid a $5,000 balance on a $13,000 quote. Then they insisted on getting another $15,000 to finish the work they promised would be done in the first job and even more money for other work. We refused to pay the bill until the work was completed as agreed and the owner's wife threatened collections and court. Then when we refused to pay because they would not make it right, our entire system crashed and was not operatable for 5 days. Turns out they installed software to allow them to get into the system remotely which they did not have permission to install and they concealed it from me and did not provide the passwords to the system. We know that Granko turned off our system remotely because they said " Gee we can fix your system easily, just pay the bill for the work you say we didn't do!" We had to pay a network company to come in and reset the wifi system and remove the secret access that Granko installed. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE MISREPRESENTING CAPABILITY, AND DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD. THEY REFUSED TO COMPROMISE AND THEY OVERESTIMATED THEIR WORTH. THEY GIVE US A BIG STORY AND DIDN'T LIVE UP TO 10% OF WHAT THEY PROMISED. WE ARE SUING THIS COMPANY TO RECOVER OUR LOSSES AND HAVE OUR SYSTEM RESTORED BY ANOTHER COMPANY AT GRANKO'S EXPENSE. This company is a ripoff and can't be trusted. They tell you one thing and do something else. Our system is slower and crashes now than when they started working on the system. The problems increased instead of being solved.
