I don't quite understand these reviews. There is nothing on his page suggesting that the address he shows is his home. I needed a couple of things done. I drove all the way across town to the address showing thinking it is his business. When I got there I realized it is his home. Amazon packages on his porch then people complain when they get stolen. Rang the doorbell, guy wouldn't even answer his door. He's talking to me through this camera thing which one could barely understand what is being said. If you don't want to be disturbed at home, don't show your address or specify that this is not a business address. Oh by the way, I took care of the problem Thanks for nothing. read more

Craig is beyond helpful! My Sony laptop decided to die on me, and as a college student not having a computer is one of the biggest hassles you can think of! I found Sonoma Tech Support through yelp, and it deserves the 5 star rating! This was probably the best experience I have had dealing with a broken computer. He is very personable and has a lot of knowledge, and never once did I hear, "well maybe you should just get a mac...because they are best" (those words sound as good as nails on a chalkboard to me!) After Craig worked on it for a few days and gave me the diagnosis, I decided to start fresh and move on from Sony products and purchase something a little more reliable. I feel like anyone else would have left it at that. But Craig assisted me and gave me tips on where to shop for the best deals and what to look for that would best suit me. He told me to have a look at the Dell outlet store online, and I bought a great little laptop for about $450!!! Once it arrived, he secured it with antivirus software, and moved all of my documents and music over to my new computer, and I'm happy as can be! And all of his work was done at a very fair price. AND I feel very happy about what is being done with my old laptop. He is giving it to a program that restores laptops and donates them to single mothers who cannot afford them. As a solopreneur dependent on computers (and my own tech knowledge), I needed help with something I couldn't figure out myself. I like hacking away at my own solutions, but there is the time to call for help. Craig came over to my home office and cleaned out my computer to get it back to working order. It had suddenly stopped connecting to internet (Windows 10, Acer). Sigh of relief! I got same day service and no more interruptions to business. Plus Craig recommended a memory upgrade at a very reasonable price, through an online vendor, and explained how to install it once it was delivered, so I could do it myself.
