The owner Tom came out and gave us our window shading options. He was on time, and very thorough. Due to the fact that Hunter Douglas can't work with some of our larger angled windows, he referred us to a more specialty company. I highly recommend Tom and Creative Window be your first call when looking for window treatments. read more

We recently had our third set of blinds ordered and installed by Creative Window Fashions, and we could not be happier with the end result. Our salesperson, Tom, listened attentively on our home to what we envisioned. He then took measurements, and later that day had e-mailed a quote. The original installer (who they no longer use) could not install the blinds properly due to a defect in manufacturing that took place in manufacturing. The product was re-ordered by Tom with a priority on getting the blinds to us ASAP. And it was Tom who came to our home to install them. You cannot get this kind of personalized customer service from the Big Box stores. We will be returning with any window fashion needs. read more

Prompt efficient service with lots of care and communication. The cellular shades look great

I got my automatic shades installed back in 2019 and the service was phenomenal. They are very professional, responsive, and pricing is reasonable. I have had a few issues occur with the shades over the years and anytime I call, I get on the schedule quickly and the shades are repaired quickly. I really couldn't have found a better company to work with. Customer for life, thank you to the team for being so pleasant to work with! read more

Easy and professional from start to finish! So glad I called here. I went with the Palm Beach 3.5" Bright White shutters with the hidden stick. Tom made sure I understood there would be a border around the window since our window openings weren't square. They blend right in and are so subtle. I'd never know they were there. The shutters are ridiculously beautiful, installed perfectly. Thank you!!! read more

Looking for a good reputable company who can get you the exact window blinds you are looking for is no easy task. Creative Window Fashions is a Hunter Douglas seller located in Rohnert Park. When you hear the brand of Hunter Douglas you probably think the price will be astronomical. For us the bid they quoted us was actually cheaper than the cheapest bid we had received. The process from start to finish was easy, fun, and pleasant. The staff knows how to provide customer service from start to finish. My wife and I worked with Laura Stolkin from the initial measuring session to the ordering to the delivery and installation. Creative window fashions did a phenomenal job and my wife and I are both so glad that we decided to go with them for our blind needs. Thank you Laura for making our house feel more like a newly designed home. We couldn't be more satisfied with the work and the customer service and we give them . read more

Fabulous and to the moon and back! Creative Window Fashions in Rohnert Park is a wonderful business and I'm very thankful I found them. Living in Rohnert Park for over twenty years I couldn't believe this amazing business was right here! Duane Vos the owner took time to deal with my unusual problem, of a broken vertical track that needed to be replaced. Only someone with many years of experience and knowledge would know what needed to be ordered or even found. My designer vertical blinds were installed by JC Penney a long time ago so finding a solution was almost impossible, but Duane knew his products and found a replacement track. Not many people would take time and energy to research my vertical track. All of his employees were top of the notch and it was a pleasure working with them. I truly recommend this business . read more

Although they had enormous challenges resulting in unexpected delays they offered me the option of paying the full price up front and a prompt delivery and installation followed. Laura's design suggestions were excellent and Greg's installation was speedy, clean, and skillful. I would definitely refer my friends and if I need more window treatments (and I probably will), I will return to CWF! read more

I can't say enough good things about my satisfaction with the entire process...guidance in selection, speed of arrival, and the expert installation of my new window treatments. We love the outcame. This is a first class operation. read more

Happy with my new blinds. I'm a nurse and I work night shift. In my new home, my bedroom has giant beautiful windows that face the sun the entire day. Not ideal for a daytime sleeper. I had regular blinds and blackout curtains. It wasn't enough. I researched blackout curtains online and found that Creative Window Fashions can install LightLock blinds by Hunter Douglas. I messaged them online, Tom the sales guy came by to measure the windows. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He did inform me I still may need blackout curtains. After a couple weeks my blinds came in. Robert came by to install them. He was also very professional and kind. He did a great job and I have no complaints! I really appreciate these guys. Update: I would say about 90% of the light is gone, a small amount light comes in at the bottom of the blinds. The channels that block the light from the top and the sides don't exist on the bottom where the blinds close. My window frame isn't perfectly straight at the bottom (I imagine most windows are not). So these shades do not give true black out. I will still need my black out curtains on top of it to get the room the right darkness. Still an improvement, not a perfect solution. Overall, this was a good solution. The blinds are high quality and I have received what was promised. Thanks again! read more

Super service and quality! On time and professional! Cared for my existing furniture and rugs by moving or protecting my things! And fast! They installed my shutters in under an hour - perfectly! Thank you! read more

Today Robert and Mel installed plantation shades on five windows - living room, dining room and two bedrooms. They arrived at 1pm and finished by 3pm. I'm so happy with the work and windows. Robert and Mel were friendly, professional and lefty house clean and tidy. They removed all the existing shades and kept the hardware with the shades for a friend who I'm giving them to. The quote was done by Tom who was clear about options and really nice. I highly recommend Creative Window Fashions. read more

These guys are awesome We had a great time picking all of our window coverings and drapery at the show room. We finalized the choices and then we had a personal designer come to our home to help us finalize our decision and measure the windows. The installation crew was amazingly fast and extremely nice people. This is the best place to get your window coverings, I guarantee it. read more

We are SO HAPPY with the service and products that we purchased from Creative Window Fashions, in Rohnert Park. We had not updated out blinds since moving into our home 16 years ago, but we had recently remodeled the kitchen. We booked an appointment and Tom, the professional sales and service person there, came out with books of colors and ideas. He and my wife picked wonderful colors for new Hunter-Douglas Blinds, that effortlessly work with a remote control that is mounted on the wall, and more than match the kitchen. Installation: That's where Robert, Tom's counterpart comes in. Tom and his crew made an appointment when the blinds were ready to come over and install them. Robert is smart and friendly and told us exactly what to expect during the time they were in our home. The team worked hard and did not waste time. Soon the blinds were installed and Tom gave us a demonstration of how to operate then, and explained critical Hunter-Douglas AND Creative Window Fashions warranty details. We have since made a second purchase because the light coming in from the west side of our home was a bit brighter than we expected. Who knew that Hunter- Douglas actually sells a product for the outside of the house? Well, Tom knew. And it wasn't very expensive. Like the inside shades, it rolls up and down depending on when we need it and gives us some relief as it gets toward sunset. Robert was back today to install -- and thankfully he was a few minutes early and got the job done in a short time. This is now our GO TO business for window coverings! Give these folks a call if you are in the market. read more

The choices of color and style were great, and the quality of the product is outstanding. The company representatives were professional and friendly. It made the process easy and now I have privacy in the form of a great looking quality blind when I want it, and it virtually goes away when I don't. Mel did the installation. He was professional and efficient. Excellent! read more

There is a reason Creative Window Fashions has five stars (which is the reason I called them)! Quick, professional response every step of the way. Tom came out and measured my many shades that I need to replace. Although I was told it could take several weeks for the order, I received a call sooner than later and set up an install date. The installers Robert and Damien were the best! Efficient, polite, on-time and they did an outstanding job. My husband and I are very pleased. Highly recommend!!! read more

They did a great job installing a Hunter Douglas shades for our new, large kitchen window. We talked to another local vendor first but they did not follow up or reply to our inquiries. In contrast Creative Window Fashions was easy to work with and setup the initial consult at our home. The install was today by Robert and Mel and they did a great job explaining the product, the remote, support needs like batteries, and the 5 year in-home service provided by Creative Window Fashions. Added plus - Our 1-year puppy got along with Robert and Mel just fine! read more

Very happy! Had used another company previously and had long wait times and lack of follow through so found this company and the process has been so smooth. Nicole has been so helpful and prompt, Tom came out to measure and was kind and got me a quote the same day. Despite Covid delays, I got my shutters installed 7 weeks from ordering ( prior company I ordered from took 4 months). Robert and Mel came for install. They were kind, quick and efficient. Just ordered another batch of shutters today to get our house done. read more

We replaced blinds with plantation shutters on all 26 windows in our home, and it is a night and day difference. I knew I hated my blinds (all blinds) but I really had no idea just how much of a difference shutters would make! The process with this company was also a truly great experience, from Tom coming out to do a consultation, and then the installers Robert and Joey were really great. They were timly, quiet, clean, and did an impeccable job with the install. I will definitely recommend this company to others and will use them again if the need arises! read more

This is the second time we have used Creative Window Fashions. Robert just installed 4 Hunter Douglas solar shades. They look amazing and the quality is much better than the Levolor solar shades we installed ourselves on a few other windows. We love the metal chains that are solid and heavy duty metal brackets. The installation was seamless and Robert took the time to make sure everything was lined up exactly. They came out to our home to measure and help us select the right color and features which made it easy for us. Great suggestions that we wouldn't have thought of including installing above the wood trim so as not to damage the wood. We are very pleased with the product, process and installation. Will use again. read more

We are very pleased with the Hunter Douglas blinds we purchased from Creative Windows. Tom did an excellent job of explaining the options to us and measuring the windows. Robert the installer was prompt, pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were not sure we liked how the cords looked, so Robert told us about the H-D "Right Choice Promise" if we decided we wanted to choose a different lift style. In that case, H-D will remake the blinds for us and charge us only for the upgraded lift system. Also, one of the cords was quite dirty, so he is going to come back and replace it. read more

Amazing service! Tom's the best and the entire team rocks. They do curtains and blinds, I searched forever for one store to do both. They were thorough, brought all the design books to me, and they know what they are doing. In addition, they were on time, reasonably priced, efficient, and we love our new blinds and curtains. I will not go anywhere else. Shop here for the best! read more

Seamless, enjoyable experience start to finish and thrilled with the results! Nicole is welcoming in the show room, Laura has a skilled eye for design and impeccable taste, and Wassim is the most efficient installer I've seen. The pricing is also competitive! I'm one of those people who takes a while to decide, and they were all helpful, patient, and kind and the end result is gorgeous! I love my new window treatments! I would not hesitate to use them again and will refer to friends. Thank you Creative Window Fashions! read more

I did a lot of research before selecting a company to do work in my home. The 5 star reviews here don't lie! I replaced 7 sets of mini blinds in my house and a room darkening shade. I would strongly recommend this company! Every person we worked with was amazing! Nicole in the office has the best customer service skills of anyone I ever met. She kept us updated on our order. Tom in sales made sure we were happy with our order. He came to our house and helped us pick colors and blinds that would work with our decor. Robert the Installer was so efficient. They removed our old window treatments and installed all new hardware in less than two hours. The Hunter Douglas products we had installed are beautiful and very high quality. I have never been so impressed with a company! The customer service is top notch! We are very happy we choose this company! read more

When we moved into our new home earlier this year, we used Creative Window Fashions for our windows (Hunter Douglas roller blinds) and were thrilled with their service and products. We recently decided to cover a window in the kitchen (that we hadn't the first time around), and it was a no-brainer to use Creative Window again. We had the same great service from Tom (salesperson), Robert (installer), and the support staff. Robert did the install the first time around and again, a few days ago. He showed up on time, and was friendly and professional. The actual install was completed pretty quickly and he did a terrific job, as he did the first install in May. A big thanks to Creative Window for providing great products and service! We strongly recommend them! read more

I absolutely recommend Creative Window Fashions. So glad we called them because the first quote we got was was substantially more money. The entire staff is friendly, efficient and very helpful. Creative Window Fashions in Rohnert Park again came through for us by repairing one of our Hunter Douglas honeycomb up-down shades, which we purchased from them 2 yrs ago, after it had become inoperable. They are a busy shop and couldn't get to us for the repairs for about 3 weeks so I removed the shade from it's position, delivered it to their store late last week and got a call this morning that it was already fixed. Great customer service and they honor their warranty. Can't ask for a better experience. Oh, we chose Creative Window Fashions based on their great reviews and their nicely organized showroom and knowledgeable staff. We live in Novato but find it well worth the 50 mile round trip distance to this great business! read more

Its taken me awhile to finally order window coverings. Been to other businesses and never felt like I was getting good professional advice. Tom the owner came out and was great. Helped direct me on what would work and look the best and with no pressure. Ordered Hunter Douglas Duettes and Vertiglide for my sliding glass door. Love Love them! If anyone is unsure about how the Vertiglide looks, it is a clean, stylish and functional sliding glass door solution... Couldn't be happier. The installation that was done by Robert and Joey who were great. Robert is very knowledgeable and professional... did a beautiful job and Joey who was in training was great also. No doubt he will meet the standards that Creative Windows expects. Robert went over the proper use and care of the shades...he was very efficient. Thank you Creative Windows....will definitely use again! read more

Every employee that I encountered was great. Sandra was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Landon took measurements and assisted me in making my selections. After the arrival of the window treatments, Landon, Vern and Otto made short work of the install. They worked efficiently and they even brought a small vacuum to clean up after they were finished. I am very happy with the newly dressed windows. Thank you! -Sean- read more

We have purchased blinds over the year for 2 homes from them and couldn't be more pleased. The blinds are great but their customer service is even better! The transmission in one of our blinds broke, not their fault, and Robert came to fix it. He came out and fixed it in a few minutes so now we have a fully functioning blind. I thought he might have to take it back to the shop and repair it, but that wasn't the case. So pleased and would highly recommend their products and more importantly their ongoing customer service. read more

After breaking all of my blinds... like every freakin' set in my house... and after putting up with it for most of a year, I finally broke down and bought new blinds. I phoned several places that had good reviews and applied my normal selection method. FG's patented (not really) selection method: 1. Answer the damn phone. 2. Be all pleasant and act like you want my business. 3. Be available to perform the work sometime in the near future. Creative Window Fashion won! They were accommodating and helpful, recommending styles and colors (and not the priciest stuff). Everything was efficiently installed and my old blinds hauled off. I'll definitely use them again. Although my new blinds are much better quality and I suspect they'll last quite awhile. Yay. read more

I found Duane on Yelp and so happy to echo the reviews I read that made me make the first call. Duane met me the next day after I called and was a collaborative partner and expert consultant in designing the perfect solution for our new home. The installation was also very smooth and several days earlier than promised- in time for our move in. read more
