WORST COMPANY EVER. Recently, ATT, the owner of DirecTV, was upgrading their lines on the poles in my hood. While doing so, they pulled my line so hard it came out of the side of my house and I came home to a line running down my driveway. When I cancelled the DirecTV service recently, I mentioned that I had this downed line and they needed to send a tech to either remove the line from the pole or reattach the line by screwing it back into the house. The original install was very poorly done, their techs really suck, the company is even worse. I was told "You're on your own" I replied, You pulled it out of the house and either come and deal with it or I will make it a BIG problem for you. These loser call center fucks they employ in god knows what wretched shithole in the Caribbean are USELESS. Four times I spoke to them and they only wanted to sell me new service. I was told "The only way we'll send a tech is if you renew your service" I asked for a supervisor, "they were in a meeting" I heard the losers at the call center in the background saying "Just hang up" That's their "customer service" Horrid assholes. AVOID them or regret it. My solution? I cut the line at the house and left it hanging from the power line. My issues began August 16th, when my receiver stopped receiving a signal. After doing all of the tests suggested on-line, I called the "help" number, slogged through the automated "I can understand sentences" system, and retested everything with the automatron, I finally got a human. She very nicely figured out that I was not receiving a signal. Net time to this discovery and rediscovery: 3 hours. Her solution was to send out a new dish and a new receiver. Mine was four years old. I said ok. Then, I got a notice by email that, by the way, I would now have a new two year contract. Since I know I won't need TV next year when the TV watcher goes to college, I was not interested in a two year contract. They were (of course) intransigent on this issue, so we had to break up and on August 31st, I cancelled my service. I cancelled again on Sept 2nd when they called me to confirm my installation appointment. That was again almost a two hour ordeal while they tried to figure out why they were calling me and was my service really cancelled? Despite them calling me, I was shuttled off to the "I can understand complete sentences" computer and then a human. I cancelled Direct TV again on September 7th, when the Uverse folks told me that they could not help me with Direct TV, but they could tell me that I still had service. (I was still not receiving signal, but they were billing me for "service".) The September 7th ordeal involved a non productive "Chat" where they spent an hour of my life to tell me that I had service and they could not cancel it. I almost cried when he told me that I would have to call Direct TV and go through their morass of a phone system. I finally got a human who cancelled my service and warned me to be sure and send my equipment back or they would be charging me. I lost two hours of my life on Sept 7, but I was finally free of AT&T. And then, like any difficult breakup, there is always the after burn. This included a $160 early cancellation fee, for a contract that I did not know I had. Apparently, if you sign up for any new programming or get them to give you a discount, that automatically enrolls you in a new 12 month contract. Last May, they increased my DIRECT TV rate from $90 to $120--for the mid level that included ESPN and NBC sports. I called and inquired about the increase, it seemed excessive, and they very graciously agreed to give me a loyalty discount of $40. (I had been a customer for four years.) No one ever mentioned my new improved status of being in a 12 month contract. This took an hour on the phone to determine that I had been in a committed relationship and must now pay the price for leaving. Further burns were suffered when I got the "final bill" from Uverse that included service (for all three: DirectTV, phone and internet) from Sept 4 through Oct 7. My service was turned off Sept 7th. I wasted another 90 minutes of my life trying to get them to fix that. To no avail. I do not think that is legal to charge for service that has been cancelled. U.S. VETS BEWARE! I tried for over two and a half hours to trouble shoot billing problems with four of your agents and one or two of your managers , I lost count. The Managers were to call me to help like they said they would. My phone never rang. They never called. My phone records show that, and when I told that to the last chat agent he ended are chat session. This U.S. vet's account with DirectvNow was closed because you would not help! SMS closed his account with you guys because you would not respectfully help. SMS is a U.S. Vet from the Navy. Nice to see DirectNow is unwilling to help or participate in trouble shooting problems with members of US Navy. You owe SMS a major apology for your rudeness.  He is home bound due to PTSD and now without his safety and comfort of TV because you guys could not figure out on how to do your job efficiently. This is written by his care giver, and yes it was me the whole time who had been trying and dealing with your agents for over two and a half hours. This is most defiantly YELP worthy, to give any active U.S. Military services people and Vets from those services a heads up on the extreme rudeness you provide. And once again I can't express stronger that this is coming from the caregiver and not the one who is already facing struggles. If it was this hard for me in those two and a half hours still not getting service or help, how many service people got this level of rudeness and lost their accounts with DirectvNow due to DirectvNow's customer service. DirectvNow does not care for their customers. If they did care they would actually have people answering the phone, but they don't even have a customer service number. ONY CHAT BOXES in this day and age. Give that to someone dealing with PTSD and how helpful is that?? Great working relationship. Remember two and a half hours is truly ridiculous. If there was a -10 I would give it to DirecTV. They over charge your bill and when you call they say all they can do is give you credit for half. After 8 years of service they finally made us so mad we cancelled service. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone we're still unable to be connected to a supervisor. Then they tried to LIE to us and tell us we were under contract. When I demanded to show me proof of concern they could not provide it and then "waived" my cancellation fee. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I have been a Directv customer for over 10 years...today I called their customer service because I am moving out of state and wanted to cancel service, but not until right before I was going to be leaving. I explained to them that I didn't want to be without service until I left and was willing to pay to have the equipment shipped back to them myself so that I can keep service as long as possible. The customer service agent that I spoke with today was the rudest person I have ever been on the phone with. He was totally pushy and kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain to him what I wanted to do. Even after I had already told him 10 times that I couldn't have directv service where I was moving, he proceeded to try and get me to sign up for other at&t services. You would think after hearing that I was getting angry after I had already said no that he would stop...but no. As for canceling the service, I understand that typically, they will send you the boxes 7 days after the service is turned off but when I explained to him if I kept service on until I left that I would already be gone when the boxes arrived. He then asked me what my new address was. When I asked him why that was relevant, he stated that they could just send the boxes to me in Florida....are you kidding me? They expect me to haul their freaking equipment all the way across the US just to get the box to send their crap back?????? I have made several calls to them over the last several days and spoke with 3 different agents. The first 2 were nice but told me incorrect information. The first agent stated I could take the equipment back to an AT&T store...when I went to the local store they stated that is not true. The second agent stated that that they could give me the address to send the equipment to but I would have to pay for it myself if I didn't want service turned off right away. I needed to talk to my husband first to see what day we wanted the service turned off so I told her I would call back. That's when I got moron on the phone. When I tried to explain to the third (moron) agent that the 2nd agent had told me I could just send the equipment back, he told me that I was misinformed... I asked for the manager. He put me on hold for 5 seconds and then came back on and said that the manager stated what he said was correct. He refused to put a manager on the line and then when I got upset he had the audacity to tell me that we needed to keep the call professional. Are you F*****ing kidding me? I will never, ever use Directv service again. So much for being a loyal customer...with this new AT&T service, you get Sh*t on just like all their other services. read more

This review is regarding CBS being dropped from Direct TV's lineup. The average customer does not care about contract disputes. My bill almost doubled once my introductory period expired and I'm getting LESS service! 11 of my favorite shows are on CBS, including the 3 NCIS shows. I have watched all 3 since they came on the air. If this isn't resolves SOON, I will be making the move to HULU or some other platform that gives me what I want for a ton less money. I've made a complaint with the CPUC, Better Business Bureau, and opened a claim with Radvocate, and I'm just getting warmed up! I'm pissed! DIRECTV hiked our prices so I called them in February 2018 to get it down. They tried to put me in a contract and I told them no I was moving. I told them we've been a customer for over 5 years and I just want to get our bill down, because I didn't know where we would be in the next few months.  They said no problem,  just call them when I know more. I was very clear I did not want a contract and they put me in one without my permission or  knowledge.  He gave me a verbal several times that I would not be in a contract.  I thought a verbal was good enough, how can they put me in a contract just sending me an email? I just called to cancel my DIRECTV, without me knowing so they said they sent me an email and put me in a contract anyway. So now they are charging me $210 to cancel my dIRECTV and owe me for my expenses for trying to get my money back of $29.99. I told the supervisor, you tape all these conversations and go back and listen to the tape and he said he can't do that and he wouldn't give me the customer ID number who I spoke to back in February.  I talked to supervisor named Nick today 7/6/18 employee number in M17OC . I vowed never to use Comcast for cable again after having billing problem, after billing problem. This review is not for Comcast it is for Direct TV. Direct TV now that they are with ATT are just as bad. They will have phone agents call you non stop to offer you "free services" like HBO/Cinemax. These are not free, and are actually billed to you once you consent. I have called them to receive credits for these services I did not request. They obliged. yet, the next month I am still being charged. Whaat?! I call again and am being told I cannot receive credits for these unwanted services because I will be disconnecting my account. I am being told I have to reactivate my account in order to receive credit. What sence does that make?! Upon asking for a manager I am being told the same thing!! I said there is an issue here because I am being charged for services I did not sign up for. They say they can transfer me to a resolution line. I ask for a number so I don't have to go through the many hoops in case I'm disconnected. I'm then told there is no number and I can only be transferred, and that I "wont get disconnected." I have been a dish customer for around 20 yrs but now looking for a new media. Called Direct this morning and spoke to a person named Jerren. I just wanted an idea of what the cost for the service would be along with internet. I answered all his questions but he never answered mine, he now wanted to know my social security number. I told him I was not changing right now just wanted an idea of cost and channels. When I said I would not give him my social security number, he hung up on me. As longtime AT&T customers with land lines, mobiles, TV, and internet we were told that U-Verse would be phased out soon. So we needed to subscribe to DirecTV. Overall we've had a fair experience with their billing and upgrading to a higher package. However, recently there have been a couple of really glaring negatives concerning service. Firstly the closed captioning, which used to be fine, began to cut off and become sporadic. Thus, one would read incomplete sentences. We're not hearing impaired but do sometimes use CC in order to understand what's being said. Secondly and worse DirecTV offers 'On Demand'. Well, good luck trying to access anything that is on demand. Instead of showing the desired program selected one receives a rather stupid message saying that one isn't connected to the internet which is totally a lie as we are connected to the internet and it was never cut off at the time of selecting On Demand features. If AT&T/DirecTV wants to offer an outstanding product then they'd better rectify these glaring problems as they are things people are paying good money to subscribe to. Also another negative is that the movies offered on Showtime, HBO, and the like are all outdated ones 99% of the time nowadays. These networks are also things customers are paying for yet I feel customers are getting the shaft. Instead what AT&T does is show the most recent movies on PPV which is an extra charge. He upgraded my system today. I have so many trees. My house is an extremely tall very high two story home The satellite on top of my houses wasn't getting a signal due to the tall trees. Mark removed the satellite and he put the satellite on the highest part of my roof to get a signal. Superb Amazing AAA+++ Service. It's very hard to get good dedicated workers like this. . DirecTV...why do you torment us so? We just want to give you money....and in return, you give us HD programming and DVR services. It shouldn't take 3 visits out to our house to get this right, and one on Easter Sunday to boot. Everyone we talk to is so friendly and helpful, but....it shouldn't take 3 visits AND 5 phone calls within 7 days to get this right. Have been a Directv customer for years now. In the last year, upgraded to HD programming and DVR service. We also have the Mandarin language international programming. What I like: * Good selection of HD channels to choose from. * Good customer service when I call the 1-800 number for help. * Ability to manage recordings and account online. Mixed feelings about: * DVR - though it definitely puts you in control of the programs you watch, I find myself watching probably more than I would have otherwise. Can't beat being able to fast forward through commercials though. * Installation services - have had hit or miss experiences; when HD was first installed, the guy said he had to drill through our built-in cabinet to allow for recording more than one channel at a time - we said no. A year later, we found out from a different installer that it wasn't true, and that another approach, though more time-consuming, could be done by drilling through the back, sight unseen. What I don't like: * Removing MTV Asia from the Mandarin package, and charging the same amount of money as when it was included. * Paying extra money for each converter box in each room each month. To me, this seems completely without justification except to squeak out more money from the little guys. * Not being able to watch recorded programs anywhere in the house - it has to be on that particular DVR you've selected to record. * From time to time, the converter boxes will take up to 15 minutes to start up. DON'T DO IT! This company sucks! What they do is have you sucked in with all these promotional deals that last ONLY 1 year and have you call them back after the year is up for another promotional package to serve out your remaining 2 year imprisonment contract with them which I like to call the SUCKER deal. Then after a year they nickel and dime you with all the hidden fees and tell you that there is no promotion available for what you once had and are forced to down grade your package so that the moths in your wallet won't starve to death from lack of funds. Direct TV is organized crime entity that committing fraud by enticing and offering unreasonably low rates, but as soon as they sign you up they change the rules and rates. Their $24.99 monthly basic 140 channels gone with the wind, These rates only last one month after paying month in advance and installation that include free upgrade of their box. Apparently their free upgrade become additional monthly equipment fee of $25 so their basic become $53.00 a month. I finally fed up and decide to cut off Basic TV completely My advice to anyone who consider Direct TV, be aware of their fraudulent "free" promotions that do not exist, all bait and switch strategy. read more

They don't deserve any stars. Terrible experience from the get go. Please do not sign up for this service... MAYBE if it is the only option you have, but get everything they promise you on the phone in writing before you pull the trigger. They installed the dish wrong, damaging my condo. They installed in the wrong place and I've had to chase them down for two months to try and get them to move it...still no luck. I've had to make at least a dozen calls and have wasted hours of my time. They price they quoted me was wrong. I cannot get high-speed internet bundled with the service, I'd have to get a SECOND dish. Since I don't have high speed internet, I can't use the on demand function. I specifically asked these questions when I was inquiring about the service. Total misrepresentation. EPIC FAIL. I had to call three times to escalate my case, because there is no way in hell I was going to pay the $400 + cancellation fee they want to F%$# me with. On the third call, more than a week and a half after they were supposed to contact me, I found out that they had denied my case and were not going to call to let me know this crucial piece of information (as the previous two reps had promised) Unbelievable!!!! It is amazing to me that service companies like this (cell phones are not much better) get away with such terrible customer service. DirectTV had the chance to salvage this by just ending my service and not charging me this ridiculous fee. I would have told people that it just didn't work out because I could not get high speed internet through them because of my location... now I am going to tell everyone and anyone I can what a absolute joke this company is... Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! I can't believe I came back to DIRECTV, I must have had a memory lapse and forgot about their horrible service that we left for that exact reason several years ago. We just got their service re-installed four months ago. Three visits by the installer, one incorrect billing for not returning equipment they never gave us, three service outages and now that we're past the 90 day period, we either pay $49 or have to sign up for a $5.99 monthly service so they can come out to adjust the dish while we waste an entire Saturday morning waiting for them to give us back the service we're already paying for. Oh, and if I wanted to cancel their service, they will ding me for about $400 even though they obviously can't provide reliable service. I'm not sure if I'm more mad at them or more mad at myself for being so stupid and giving them another chance. You really have to be out of your mind to switch to DIRECTV, this is a clown show of epic proportions guaranteed to frustrate even the most patient people in the world! read more

This company sucks. BIG. We were being charged double for service for six months, after a move. One bill for the old address and one for the new. We didn't notice right away, but it sure seemed expensive. After almost two hours on the phone with customer service a few months ago, they agreed to credit us for the double payment. Thank you. A month later, a very rude "supervisor" called us to say that we weren't getting a credit after all. We are talking hundreds of dollars here, people. When we disputed on the phone, he hung up on us. Weeks later we received notice in the mail that we were past due and our service would be cut off. 45 minutes on the phone with customer service today got me to where I have to send a letter to billing department to dispute the bill. Apparently no one can talk to the billing people, only internal email. Why didn't the dipshit who was so rude tell us this? In the meantime, I have a $110 past due bill sitting here. When you read the fine print of the customer agreement, they will also charge huge fees for missed payment and shutting off service. It's either that or send them more money that they probably won't give me back when I CANCEL THIS GARBAGE. I don't need TV that bad. Most of it is crap, anyway. Just posted this review for the contract company Direct TV uses, but since you would have no way to know what company they are sending until you have them, I figured it made sense to post for Direct TV as well, especially since they hired these people in the first place. Review for Ironwood Communications, the people they send out for installs: f you ordering service from Direct TV, do whatever you can to have a contract company other than Ironwood do the service! In the last year I have had the company come out 3 times: - The first time was to relocate a dish. The technician said I had to pay for the service at the time of service. Then I got my bill from Direct TV and was billed by Direct TV for the service and was told the contract company is never to ask for payment and had to fight to not be double charged. Then, a week later my dish stopped receiving several channels. Another contractor came out and said the technician who relocated the dish didn't mount it properly!! The dish has been moved from the wind. - The second time was to upgrade to an HD box and the technician was so confused about installation he had to spend the entire time on the phone being walked through the installation. - Today is the third time dealing with the company. My installation appointment was from 8-12. At 11:45 I get a call that they won't be here until between 1-2. No technician shows up by 2. Called the company and they can't reach the technician, are very rude, and hung up on me!! So I have spent my morning waiting and still no installation. Either do not get Direct TV or find away to have another contract company come to your house because these people are awful!! read more

The on demand is not ON DEMAND! You have to download the movie and wait for an hour to see what you want to see. This is major for me because I enjoy watching old episodes and catching up on shows. I have had Direct tv for exactly 7 days and I called them to cancel and they said NO YOU ONLY HAVE A 24 HR CANCELLATION POLICY! I was like how do you know if you like it in 24hours. They are saying that I have $400 plus cancellation fee! Are they STUPID!! This is BS! Most companies allow you to have at least a 30 day money back guarantee. My advice is to STAY AWAY from a company that won't allow their unsatisfied customers to at least try out their services before being locked in a 2 year contract! I can understand if I had my service for 30 plus days and then was like I want to get out....but you are learning how the system works and you won't even have had a chance to really check out all the features in 24 hours! Customer service BLOWS. Go with Dish Network! We have some trees in front of our apartment so there was a little line of view problem. The guys who came to set it up didn't really seem like they had any idea where they were going when they came to our apartment complex; we had Comcast and Dish Network come and they came right up to our door no problem, where Direct TV called me to meet them at the lobby and walk them to my apartment. Once they got to the apartment they told me there was no way we'd get signal. PERIOD. They said they COULD set it up and see but it'd be useless.. so of course I say no thanks. Boyfriend gets home and says they were probably just lazy and it was a hot day so they didn't want to do any extra work, soooo I call them back for a second opinion. The operator tells me she'd send someone within a couple of hours, no one came. I call the next day and she said she'd send someone, no one came again. So we canceled Direct TV's service and called up Dish Network. They came straight to my door, said line of sight issue may be a problem, set up the dish and it worked perfect. We get great signal, even in storms. Looks like Direct TV was wrong... and/or lazy. read more

I HATE DIRECTV!!!!! I've been a loyal Directv customer for years now, and I recently moved to a new place where they could not provide me with service because they couldn't ge a line of site. Now they are charging ME a $175 early termination fee, when they are the ones that could not provide me with service!!!! They gave some lame excuse that I signed up for a two year commitment on the equipment. Well excuse me, but I am being forced to cancel because THEY cannot provide the service!!!! I will NEVER go back to DIRECTV again. This is TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!! Now my credit may be ruined and I have to write their collections center to disput the charge. The rep I spoke with before had even told me to just pay the charge, and it'll be refunded. I should have known better!!! read more

I used to have no problems with DirectTv and sort of wondered why everyone else complained about them so much. Things were great-until my husband called to switch to an HD dvr and service to go with our new TV. I had purchased my "old" dvr outright when I originally signed up. The technician that came to install everything took MY dvr, stating that he had to take it, even though we had hours worth of tv shows stored on it that we had not watched yet. I have tried letting DirectTv know many times about this incident and all they can do is pass the buck to the installation company. Meanwhile the installation company had said they would "try" to get the DVR back for me but of course I never heard anything else about it. DirectTv even admitted to me that yes, that DVR was mine and no, the technician should not have taken it. Our new DVR comes with a $5 monthly lease fee and to add insult to injury it only holds 50 season passes-old one held over 100. So now when a new show starts we have to figure out which ongoing show isn't coming back for a few months, delete it, and then remember to add it back later. Talk about a pain in the ass. Every representative that I have EVER spoken to about this incident either fails to apologize or acknowledge that anything happened..and I don't have the patience to be transferred around the company explaining the same crap over and over. So think carefully before you set up DirectTv service. We are currently paying $118 a month for cable and I'm unemployed right now, so I called to take off Starz, saving a whole $10 a month. I had to be transferred to a "specialist" who tried to talk me out of it. I mentioned the DVR fiasco and of course he had nothing to say about that but at least he took off Starz. You get two stars for the DVR that works better than Comcast and the cheaper rates. I'm knocking the rest off for your ABISMAL customer service. Christ, how many times do I need to call to get YOUR billing mistake off my bill? And how many times should I pay to have you guys come out 3 hours after the 5 hour window of waiting around at home to have you NOT fix the problem. And pay again to have you come out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I do like the HD and DVR but we are switching to something else as soon as our contract is up. This company is the KING of hidden fees. BS. read more

We've been extremely unhappy with Directv. We could get a better picture on a TV with rabbit ears. Quite often the picture is pixelating and the sound is jumbled for the duration of shows, not just a little here and there. This occurs on both HD and regular channels. They've come out and "fixed" it, but there's been no improvement. They won't let us out of our contract to get a different service. I've had both Comcast (previous house) and Dish Network (at the cabin) and have been fairly satisfied with both of them (other than the fact they reem you, but they all do). They advertise that they have the best HD offering and don't believe the hype, they don't. They don't even have Network TV On Demand like Comcast. Whatever you do, don't get Directv. As soon as I can, I'm switching out. read more

What a completely dishonest company! It's taken me three months ...and counting to cancel my service. I called in June to cancel. They billed me for July and August because they said I called to "talk about canceling my service" which is different than officially canceling it. After I received my final bill in August, showing nothing more owed, now in September they are billing me for pay-per-view movies they said I rented FOUR YEARS AGO - which happens to be exactly the amount I accidentally overpaid on my final bill $24.95. What are the odds? They said these movies were hidden on the SIM card due to glitches in the box and their system - from 2013!!! OMG - the idiocy! I will be writing a letter to the attorney general. I know I'll never be refunded the $24.95 overpayment but I can only pray this is the last time they try to extort money for me. I hope Netflix and Hulu etc put an end to their terror and reign! read more

TERRIBLE from the START. - Customer Service totally sucks - They do not honor their 'referral" service - ever - Horrible customer service - Installation guys were rude and didn't tell me I couldn't do on demand b/c I don't have a land line - Customer service sucks - When I finally cancelled they dinged me $250!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im writing this review based on an experience i had with direct tv's customer service 2 days ago. I signed on for a 2 year contract through costco. It was one of the upper tier packages for under $100 a month. They even handled canceling my comcast acount. Needless to say my bill found its way up to $160 per month. After getting an ad from dish network offering a 240 channel package for $69 (which would be more if you have more rooms than just one). I called direct to cancel. I was straight up with them saying that i like saving/making money as much as they do. The operator sent me over to a customer rentention agent. It took me about an hour of phone time to make it right But they made it right. Normally i would give them 4 stars. The only reason why i gave them a 5th star is because i have never been sent over to a customer retention with comcast and got the results i wanted. read more

The worst customer service provider in the business. We decided to subscribe to DirectTV in September to make sure we wouldn't miss football season, due to some problems we were experiencing with comcast. I signed up for a 2 year plan (ouch) and free installation. The installers came, 3 of them and they took over an hour to do the job, this included 15+ minutes when they took a cigarette break in front of my house, chatting with 2 ADDITIONAL guys. I looked out at one time and thought I was getting home invasion robbed. When they were done and left there were cig butts and wire crimpings all over my house. Yuck! This past friday the service went out due to the storm, I called and after waited for 20 minutes, I talked to a bored sounding guy who ABSOLUTELY HAD AN ATTITUDE, told me I had a problem due to the storm - duh, and hung up on me when I asked to talk to another person. On sunday, the service was still out, I called and talked to 2 people this time, both of whom told me they couldn't help me and I need to have a home visit call from their techs. For $80 to come out. I told them just to canel my service, which I was told there would be a $300 cancellation charge. And I would have to return their receiver, yet the 40 pound dish antena anchor is up to me to dispose off. I complained then they put me on a 3rd guy who said he would waive the $80 visit fee, and would schedule someone to come out on tuesday. I took tuesday morning off from work to wait for them, NOBODY SHOWED UP. So I called them this morning, THERE WAS NO RECORD OF A SCHEDULE VISIT FOR TUESDAY. I bit the cancellation charge bullet and disconnected the service. The bill for $300 will come in a week, plus the box for their receiver. And my 40 pound dish is going to sit on my roof until the end of time... Don't ever use them if you can help it. read more
