    A remarkably shitty corporation. Not a lick of service. Yet, expensive. Just try and contact a human. Try to schedule a tech. impossible.

I've now wasted TWO full days waiting on a technician who never showed up, and no call, no update, nothing. Just complete disregard for my time. On top of that, their customer service is an absolute nightmare. Endless transfers, zero accountability, and no one seems to have any idea what's going on. It's frustrating, exhausting, and honestly unbelievable that a company can operate this way. When you do actually speak to a person, they are condescending and rude! At this point, I wouldn't recommend DirecTV to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and stress.. go literally anywhere else.

I emphasized it was one time only. On 01/16/2026, DirectTV debited my account for $120 fraudulently. I called Fidelity Investments to dispute the charge and had to cancel my card and wait for a new one. I called DirectTV and complained about the additional charge to my card. They said the 1st rep SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME that unless Brickman supplied them with a credit card, they would continue to attach my card for auto payment every month! I asked them to bump my recorded calls to a supervisor to hear that my card should have only been used ONCE. I asked if they would reimburse me with a check as they couldn't credit the card I used on 1/5/2026 as it had been canceled. They couldn't send me a check. The dispute takes 10 business days. Thankfully, the $120 was pending, and because I canceled it, the new charge ended up not going through, and my account is restored. Thanks for listening to this complaint about the 1/5/2026 DirectTV rep.

We ultimately went to the Apple Store, where we had an excellent customer experience. AT&T should strive to employ staff who provide a similar level of service.

I brought this up in-store, and also showed them ATT website about that promotion at the time too, and both the rep and her manager assured me they would honor it if I signed up there in-store. The rep even took my number and followed up several times to get me to sign up. I eventually did, after also making it clear that my schedule is very busy and I wouldn't have time to keep coming back or follow through. Sales rep promised everything would be handled on their end. Two months after installation, despite meeting all the qualifications and being assured at sign-up, I never received the promised gift card. Since then, I've had to spend time following up, only to get the runaround with no resolution. It feels like they were very eager to close the sale at the time, but once that was done, communication and follow-through completely fell apart. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, the service was over-promised and under-delivered.

Both the business owner you coordinate and the technician who did the work were very professional, polite, and easy to talk with. As you can probably tell from your own Yelp research it is not the easiest to find an installer for Starlink that gives you confidence they can do a good job (maybe not the most common thing in my area). But after just one phone call with The Remo Group, plus looking at the pictures they have shared here on Yelp of their past work, and you will know you found the best option for a professional installation. Setting up an appointment was super easy, they know just what to do - you can really tell they are very experienced with Starlink installations. The technician who came to my home was very professional. He walked me through options of where the install would be and where we could place the Starlink router. He was able to quickly set up everything and even walk me through the setup of the app and router. You can tell they are very experienced and have a deep knowledge overall of home networking. They really did an amazing job. The dish is mounted very securely and the wiring is extremely clean. They really cared about doing a good job and making sure I was happy. If you are looking for a Starlink installer, I would very much recommend The Remo Group: they will do things right.

We had gotten Frontier Internet/Comms for a primary phoneline that we later discontinued. Even after we cancelled the phone number and told Frontier that we no longer need their service we continued to see charges (upwards of $400) and being charged for a phone number that does NOT EVEN exist. After being with them on the phone for 4 hours all to communicate that we want this line cancelled and to reverse charges that they had charged us WELL after we indicated that we do not need them - we CONTINUED to get charged.     Frontier is the WORST!!!!!! They had offered a tool to block incoming calls, specifically by the…read morenumber. I have had this service for several years. This week I tried to block a number that keeps calling me at 6:30 a.m. The Frontier system wouldn't work. It said I could only block 10 numbers, but I already had blocked 21. The user manual says I can block 100 and in past years I could definitely block for than 20 because I had up to 40 at one time. I have called in previously when I was unable to add numbers even though I was well below 100 and Frontier fixed the problem, so I could block more numbers. What's interesting is that the first person I talked to, on April 27, 2026 (Ryan) said I could only block 10, than he changed it to 20. I called and talked to another person, Thabo on April 27, 2026 and he said I could block up to 100. He said he would call me back to confirm when it's been fixed. He never called back. The next person on April 28, 2026, Robert, said I could block up to 20. April 29, 2026, Vince, from Frontier called to confirm what the issue was. April 30, 2026, John, called me back andck and left a message that I can only block 20. I had asked him to find out when they changed the plan and why didn't they notify me, but he didn't bother to leave that information even though he said he would. THIS IS THE VERY WORST COMPANY!!!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

It's only about 15 feet as the crow flies, but there were lots of studs, joists, and built-in cabinets in the way. Both HOA CC&R and basic aesthetics say no to running cables along exterior walls - but that was the only solution the ISP installers were willing to offer. Enter Cable Shmable. Instead of giving a rough guesstimate, Karim came out in person to review the scope of work, propose a cable path, and provide a solid estimate. The very next workday, Alex and Yunus arrived to do the job. Having Alex and Yunus work on my project felt like being in a happy place. They showed up on time, brought all the right tools, gizmos, and materials, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Their cabling expertise was obvious as they masterfully navigated the fiber through every obstacle and got it exactly where it needed to go. When they finished, the work area was actually cleaner than when they arrived. As a finishing touch, Alex and Yunus are genuinely friendly, easygoing people to work with. They listened patiently to my layman suggestions, explained the intricacies of fiber optics, and ultimately proposed, and implemented, a cable path that was both technically sound and aesthetically pleasing. The name Cable Shmable really fits. It carries an aura of ease and a true "can-do" attitude. When it comes to cables and networking, there's nothing these guys can't handle. I highly recommend Cable Shmable for all your networking needs.
