Excellent food, excellent taste, super fresh and authentic made to order din sum... The host was extremely polite and very friendly. He was very nice and talked about the food and options with us. Family like feel with great taste Highly recommend

The food here is good. Portion size is large but you pay for it. The service is just around but nobody checks on you. They take order, grab stuff drop it and run. Didn't refill waters. Inside is just ok. Decorated nice but layout is strange two hostess desk mall side and door side to T&T. If they lessened the portions like normal dim sum spot like 3-4 pieces instead of 5-9 they would probably do better. I believe it's the same owner of Top Gun. They need better management with restaurant experience. It's a missed opportunity. Has potential to be best dimsum restaurant in Bellevue but they missed on execution. Most diners seem to try it bc it's close then never return. Sad with the grocery store next door as a draw. I've eaten here a handful of times but kinda avoid it.

Dim Sum Factory has a great selection of dim sum, but it comes in larger quantities than at a typical dim sum place, so come prepared with either a large group, or plan on less variety since the shrimp dumplings, siu mai, soup dumplings, all come in quantities of 8. There is plenty of seating in the restaurant, and the menu is digital. Access it via a qr code on the tables, enabling you to view the menu and order from your phone. We ordered soup dumplings, fried rice, siu mai, and tofu. Everything tasted good, food came out steaming hot, and service was quick and friendly.

Very good dim sum! It's a little more spends but portions are bigger. Service is hot and fresh, made to order! I like how quick the service and atmosphere are in here. You order by scanning a QRC code. Jasmine tea is hot and tasty!

The food had a good taste, and it came quickly to the table. The staff was fast and they never let our glass be empty. This place is perfect for a brunch after church, with warm delicious food, at that time there are families and I felt a good vibe. The only thing it was hard for me, it was that the menu is digital, and there is not a lot of interaction with staff.

My wife and I decided to try someplace new. We were a little uncertain of the procedure but it is simple. Scan the QR code, tell it what table you are at and order. We ordered the chow Mein Hong Kong style (1st time), some dim sum and pot stickers. I thought it was very good. It was a little confusing trying to pay. I went into the site and said I was done. It said the receipt was emailed to me but I never gave them info. It turns out you still need to go up to pay

I would peg this at about 3-4 stars depending on what you order. A 2.5 star average on Yelp is quite low though. Usually anything that low is very bad, but I don't see that here. They just started using one of those robot server roomba things, and you can't be the worst if you have one of those. Lol. Well, I think I'm pretty easygoing on this stuff; you have to really screw up a lot for me to consider rating below 3 stars. Anyways, I thought the fried items here were the best. In particular, the you tiao (fried donut sticks) for the congee had incredible texture, a much better crispiness than average. The shell on the.......fried meat buns(?)(can't remember what they're called) were also divine. If I come here again, I'd order more fried items. The rest of the food had some ups and downs. They have a wide selection of congee, and I thought the congee was also pretty good. I enjoyed the freshness and umami of the radish cake. The beef tendon, I thought, was actually too soft. Of course, they are supposed to be soft, but this was almost to the point of being mushy. In contrast, I felt both the cucumber and tofu skin rolls were a bit extra chewy compared how they usually are. The umami of the fu zhu and feng zhao (feet) were fine, but honestly not quite as good as the ones I had at Triumph Valley the day before. I will also note that a lot of the portions are larger than average (but more expensive). For example, you would normally get 3 of the tofu skin rolls. Here you get 5.

Big open restaurant inside Factoria Mall. Service was a tad slow but they looked understaffed. The food overall was tasty and exactly what I was looking for when I was craving dim sum. The portions are pretty big which is great if you're dining with family or a group. We got the juicy pork dumplings, shrimp dumplings, and pork and shrimp shiu mai for dumplings which were all good. Really pleased with how juicy the filling was. We also ordered bbq pork buns, Shanghai buns (pan fried), house fried rice, and Shanghai stir fried noodles. All hit the spot but I recommend the Shanghai buns in particular.

So the food is definitely 3 stars. It is dim sum and the flavor isn't bad. Then again the flavor isn't great. Doesn't have that fresh steamed feel and the flavor is a little on the meh side. The restaurant is ok. Nothing wrong and lots of space. It is well cleaned and I didn't see anything off or odd. The biggest issue is the service here needs some work. The staff was very short and wanted us to order in a specific way. We had to scan the QR code and was asked to order only once. They mentioned the system was free so there were lots of bugs. Which we did notice on some pages as things were hard to order. Then at the end while we were all still eating and talking they cleared off the entire table. I can understand if the place was busy but it was maybe at 30% capacity.

Peter and Kevin were great ! We walked in as the last couple before closing and Peter greeted us with so much excitement ! That was very sweet. Kevin very professional as well , both servers companioned us with assistance all through the night. Wings 10/10 - soup dumplings better than DTF. And portions are large !!!

Long overdue dedicated dim sum place in Factoria. Pretty tasty, order comes in fast and hot. Been here multiple times with friends and family and was never disappointed, Bonus points being next door to the new T&T market for shopping afterwards.

Siu mai and chicken feet. I liked the pumpkin

This place is great. They have a good thing going here. Business seems to be running smoothly. It ain't too crazy like some dim sum places. Staff seems calm and chill. The food is pretty good. I like the big portions so I don't have to order two. Hahahaha

The food quality is deteriorating every time we visit here, even though the quantity is larger. The service is not very professional either.

I don't need a chef wildly experimenting with my siu mai, or dabbling with my baked hom bow. My analysis of Sun Sui Wah, very nice interior, ok service, solid food. Was it a few dollars more than similar fare in Seattle, yes. But I also didn't have to drive to Seattle, not to mention put up with the street spectacle that now exists in the International District. It gets 5 stars because it delivers as promised.

Service : nonexistent Food: 9/10…read morePrice: standard but not worth for the horrible service. We spent about $600 for a party of 9. Would rather go to Diamond Bay, Tasty Szechuan, Royal Kitchen, (can see why they're busy and packed on a holiday weekday night and Sun Sui Wah is not) Went here for dinner for my grandma's 89th birthday with a party of 9 at 7pm. We ordered dishes typical of a 10 course meal including crab, Peking duck, live fish, rice, noodles, veggies, seafood, etc. The food was really good and didn't take too long to come out. Everything tasted good and we were all enjoying the family meal together and that's why I am giving 1 star because we will not be coming back. The service was absolutely horrible; ruined our dinner and wasted an extra 1-1.5hr of everybody's time. There was only 2 other tables in the restaurant and the servers started having dinner together at a table instead of working. I would understand if we were high maintenance customers or were giving them attitude but we did not. My cousin and I have both been FOH and BOH staff so we try to be understanding and patient when it comes to service especially coming from a Chinese background too. However, we asked for water several times, they never refilled anyone's water or the tea even once at this point it was end of dinner and 5 out of the 6 of us had completely empty glasses for about 30 minutes. We finally got water when we signaled to the Busser and he went to tell the same server again. We finished eating and decided to pay first so my grandma wouldn't try to pay. We tipped 18% off the bill since we were a large party and I wasn't about to punish all the workers for some water but what happened after made everything much worse. We asked for togo boxes and the server lady just dropped them off stared at our table and left. I was already wondering why she was seeming to be upset but seems like we were interrupting their dinner because 3 or 4 chinese servers were eating together at the table at the front when my sister's boyfriend went to pay. (That's why we didnt have water) I don't mind the workers needing to eat because I have been in their shoes before but please provide some service if you still have customers inside the restaurant waving at you. We wanted to leave just as much as they probabaly wanted to close at 10 pm(it was around 830ish now) We noticed that the cake they had been holding for us in the fridge was just sitting at another table in the restaurant. They saw us go grab it ourselves. We packed all the leftovers and started putting our dirty dishes and stuff onto the table because the workers were doing nothing. They saw that we were done but didn't want to stop their 8:30pm dinner I guess. Finally we asked them to bring us plates and clear the table. I have never had to ask the Chinese servers at any restaurant to clear the table before dessert, normally they do it for you, especially after you just tipped them almost $100 lol. The Chinese servers sent the bus boy to clear our table and guess what returned to their dinner! We again asked them for plates for the cake. It took so long to the point my sister missed picking up her prescription at 9pm. Not sure if the dim sum service is better but I'm pretty sure those 5 star service reviews are from the chinese servers' friends and/or family. Or the servers are taught to do nothing besides get the order and drop it off. Unfortunaly we will not be spending money at this establishment again because of the service and will be telling our family and friends in Issaquah and Bellevue to choose better places for sit down family meals. Hope others enjoy their meals because the food is still good

ROYAL KITCHEN @ BELLEVUE (crossroads)…read more Parking is pretty tight here, especially on the weekends when it gets super busy. Luckily, we were able to find a spot right out front, so I'd recommend slowly circling around and keeping an eye out for people leaving. I found this spot through Yelp and had been really craving good Chinese food, so I was super excited to finally try it. My family and I came without a reservation and were seated immediately, even though the restaurant was very busy. This place is definitely known for larger parties, there were lots of families and extended families dining together, which really gave it a classic family-style vibe. You order a bunch of dishes and share a little bit of everything, which I love. The staff were really friendly and greeted us right away with complimentary tea. Fun fact: in the mornings, tea is sometimes an extra charge, but in the evening it's free. We ordered a few dishes, including the honey walnut shrimp (which is my go-to order at any Asian restaurant), salt and pepper squid, house special vermicelli noodles, and Chinese broccoli. The vermicelli was a clear noodle dish loaded with different proteins like BBQ pork, squid, and shrimp. Everything had great flavor, but my absolute favorite was definitely the honey walnut shrimp. It was perfectly crispy and delicious. My only complaint is the portion size for the price, it was about $21 for roughly 10 pieces of shrimp, which felt pretty expensive. Overall, the portions were on the smaller side for what you're paying. Toward the end of the meal, they treated us to a complimentary papaya soup, which was a light, fruit-based dessert soup and a really nice way to finish. Our total came out to about $80, so it's definitely on the pricier side for Chinese food. That said, the food was delicious, the service was great, and if you're in the Bellevue area, I'd still recommend stopping by.

CHECK your bill here!!!!!!!!…read more We took our daughters from out of town for Sunday dim sum. Longtime family tradition!! And while we have often gone to the CID In Seattle, for many years and almost exclusively in recent years we have gone here and the previous business at the same location. I highly recommend this place and in my opinion the staff is usually always fantastic and they bring the food fast!! Today the service and food was fantastic and ordered so much it almost didn't fit on a 4 top table. We love leftover dim sum! But at the end of the meal they brought me the completed card with a total at the bottom. Didn't look beyond the total before tip and just gave the nice (very young) hostess my card. A server brought back just the two credit card slips and the price was seemingly $20 more than what was presented to me on the service card!?? I politely asked to see the bill again and then a longhgggh wait...... Then a heavily altered card was brought back showing the new total. I was not happy suddenly and asked why it was altered from the first one etc and a big argument from the server began that I didn't proliferate but she kept on and on and could not explain why all the changes by pen and saying that she was honest etc. insisting we "do the math" over and over Now we may have ordered that much food, but I know for a fact that the bill was clean written without alterations and $20 less than the corrected one. But still she couldn't give me a valid explanation for the changes and new total. In my opinion the high school age hostess made a mistake adding up before presenting the total to me and someone else edited it before running my card. If they had just admitted that I would not have been so disappointed. I don't believe that the staff here are dishonest and understand about mistakes but they did not handle it very diplomatically and it was a scene I didn't want to make. But I know that this was not the total presented to me for payment! Take a pic of your service card before sending the credit card to be run!!! It absolutely ruined our family outing and everyone was quiet in the car ride home. Not cool!!

Five stars, every year…read more We've been coming to Baron's Sino Kitchen & Bar for Chinese New Year for the past seven years, and it has become one of our favorite traditions. We were back again this year and it was just as great as ever. The restaurant is always lively and busy, but the staff somehow still manages to be incredibly friendly and welcoming. What really stood out this time was that the waiter we had last year actually remembered us and stopped by our table just to say hi. That kind of personal touch says a lot about the place. We also have a toddler, and they've always been very relaxed and accommodating. If we need to walk around with him for a bit, no one makes a big deal about it, which parents will definitely appreciate. We started with drinks, and I have to shout out the Fire Breather Dragon--it's made with mezcal and has a really nice kick. Highly recommend if you like something smoky with a little heat. Of course, we always come for the Peking duck, which never disappoints. We ordered a bunch of dishes family-style so everyone could try a bit of everything: - Pickled garlic cucumber salad (so refreshing and one of my personal favorites) - Seafood noodles - A fish dish - Black pepper wagyu sirloin We also tried to order the special fresh lobster, but unfortunately they were out that night. The kitchen did send over a spicy duck platter, which was a nice surprise. Honestly, everything was great, but my personal favorites were the seafood noodles and the black pepper wagyu sirloin--both were packed with flavor. Seven years in and Baron's is still one of our go-to spots for Chinese New Year. We'll definitely be keeping the tradition alive and will be back again next year!

Portions were generous and everything was well-seasoned and properly cooked--nothing dry or chewy. The honey walnut prawns were crispy with a nice light breading, though the walnuts were a bit underwhelming and had gone slightly soggy, likely from not being toasted enough. Pickup was smooth and right on time, the food was packaged carefully, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, everything was solid and we'd absolutely order from here again.
