The store is huge!!! Plenty of parking. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Wide variety of sporting goods for you to choice, try out, try on.

Fully realize that it is hard to find help inside this extremely large business, but the big upside is that they have a massive amount of inventory in stock which makes for a positive overall experience. Obviously if you're buying athletic gear, shoes, gloves, treadmills, etc., it REALLY HELPS if you can try it on or get a feel for it. Yes it may take a bit longer to grab an employee to help you, but this place is enormous (Costco size) and only has a handful of employees. But all employee interactions have been very helpful and pleasant--there are just not enough of them. Recently I came back to buy a large treadmill that I really needed to test out. Bought the Sole F85 treadmill--this one is awesome after having tested it inside the Dicks's Sunnyvale store and now at home after a couple months. This treadmill is perfect because: -- there is NO monthly subscription fee -- it's designed for the serious (or beginner) runner as is feels very stable--it is a slightly larger size treadmill -- it has a very large screen WITH BUILT-IN internet access to several apps like Youtube (for free!) and you can STREAM YOUR PHONE TO THIS LARGE SCREEN! -- it has a charging station for your phone -- easy manual or digital button speed increase or incline option -- it has a spot to attach your tablet above the large screen if you prefer that option -- it has a cooling fan -- downside: it costs $2300 but there is no mthly subscription fee and this was rated pretty high by third parties

Have had really nice experience when I go shopping here! They have some good deals! Their store is really big, but maybe more variety for clothing especially sports gear would be great. It's a good store for families, seems to have something for anyone the family.

Just came in for some gloves real quick and the trip was nice and fast. The 1 star is because I told the cashier I do not want the protection on the gloves as these are practice ones. I walk out the door and look at the receipt and see it was $58 and sure enough the protection is there. This is shady to get the credit for the up sell. If it was more than $8 I'd really be pissed.

Pick up in store orders are not ready within 2 hrs, your best bet is to just go and get the item yourself.

Went for shoes. Selection was not existent. Same with staff who, kept passing by or saying someone else would help.

However, for my Friday evening (20 mins before closing) shopping excursion they had what I needed. My son wanted a Matt Chapman Jersey and nothing else would work. We all walked in and one of the two associates (younger guy) greeted us after he finished helping with another guest. The manager or more senior employee just stared at the people in the store and worked around the cashier. The younger guy was courteous and helpful. If he didn't know the answer he asked the more senior employee. He helped us locate what we needed and thanked us for coming in. Happy KID equals happy PARENT and that means good review for the most part.

What should have been a routine return of a few online-purchased items quickly escalated into a humiliating, disrespectful, and frankly alarming incident that has left a lasting negative impression of the Columbia brand. Upon arriving at the store to process the return, the cashier was immediately rude and dismissive. Rather than assisting us courteously, he treated me with suspicion and hostility, as though I were attempting something fraudulent. Without offering any explanation, he called over additional staff to inspect the return -- making me feel publicly scrutinized and accused, without cause. The situation worsened dramatically when the store manager, who identified himself as Donovan, got involved. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. When we asked for clarification about why we were being treated so poorly, he claimed--incorrectly--that we were attempting to return more than 10 items, which was simply not true. He then demanded to inspect my phone to verify the credit card used for the online purchase. While I cooperated in good faith to resolve the situation, he proceeded to browse through private sections of my phone, including my account information and unrelated order history, without my permission. When I objected to this blatant invasion of privacy, his response was dismissive and increasingly hostile. When I rightfully asked for an apology for the incorrect accusation and invasive behavior, he escalated the situation further by threatening to call mall security to remove us from the store, effectively weaponizing his position rather than resolving the matter professionally. He also declared that he could refuse service at will, regardless of company policy or customer rights. He then flatly denied the return without legitimate grounds. This incident was not only humiliating and disrespectful -- it was a violation of basic customer rights and personal privacy. We have never been treated in such an aggressive and unethical manner by any retail staff in our lives. The conduct displayed by both the cashier and the manager was hostile, unprofessional, and deeply damaging to the Columbia brand. We have filed a formal complaint with Columbia's corporate office (Case #000552987), but I feel it is important to stress the severity of this matter. If this is how customers are treated for simply making a return, I can no longer in good conscience support or recommend Columbia products.

At the same time, I found other item that I wanted to purchase. Then, I asked the staff to do return and purchase separately. It seemed like she asked the manager some questions regarding the return. Next, she did the return and purchase in one receipt. Done, I left the store. A week later, I changed my mind and wanted to return 1 item (on that same return and purchase receipt) and noticed only store manager can authorized the refund. He came to the counter and got explained from his staff about I was using store credit to purchase. He started giving me hard time. He did not deliever a professional customer service skill nicely nor problem solver to customer. He was yelling at me and asked "Do You Know What Are You Talking About" in front of lot of other customers. I tried to explain the confusion of returning and purchasing on same receipt using store credit. He ignored what I was trying to explain. He kept underlying item on the receipt and asking me lot of questions. He gave me the feeling that he looked down on me cause I am Asian while he is white. I felt that I got discriminated by him. To store manager, I come to purchase, and I am not begging for anything. Please, act as an adult and be professional to suite your title. To Columbia: great products, but bad managing staff crew.

When it was my turn, the cashier helped me with my jacket exchange first. It was quick and seamless, and the order for the new size was placed within minutes. For the hemming, she explained the process and told me to go to the dressing room, and someone would help me there. The hemming process was easy. I tried on the pants and the fitting room person helped with pinning the pants to the length I wanted. After that she explained that I would get an email when my pants were ready for pickup. Come the day of pick up, I found a staff member and was able to try on my newly altered pants. It fits well, and you can't really tell that the pants have been altered! Parking was easy, since I went on a random weekday. I would return back to this Lululemon location to shop and get any future hemming done!

I was already near Santana Row and decided to give it a try, and wow... am I glad I did. The entire experience was fast, seamless, and genuinely impressive. The staff was friendly and welcoming as always, and Palyn in the fitting area was especially wonderful -- efficient, warm, and detail-oriented. She had me try on the pants, pinned them perfectly, entered my info, and I was out the door in minutes. I even received my confirmation email before leaving the store. From parking my car to walking back to it: under 20 minutes. Free alterations, zero hassle, excellent service -- this is convenience and customer care done right. I'll absolutely be shopping here even more (sorry, beloved seamstress ).

But the people who greeted me were nice. They asked if I had a VIP membership (I do), told me about their sale, offered to help if I needed it, and otherwise let me shop. I reminded her that there were still17 mins left for the store to close at which point she told me where the fitting room was. By then I was furious at her willingness to help a customer buy products I asked her for her name & her manager's number and she said she is the manager. And refused to share her manager's name. I asked her why she had the place open in the 1st place if she was not willing to help the customer!!! I am surprised that a person with "zero" customer service is a manager of this place! This store just lost a customer out of sheer laziness & poor customer service of the people working here.
