He operates the business in his own home, and I was kind of hesitant about buying a firearm at a home based dealer rather than a store front dealer, but I decided to give a try, and I'm glad I did. Diven is very professional and knowledgeable about firearms. He patiently answered all my questions. The DROS and pick up processes were fast and smooth. The price of my gun was the best I found in the Bay Area. I'll definitely come to him for my future purchases. Highly recommended!

Although I've had much faster transactions of firearms through other storefronts, I very much appreciate that he is thorough with his work and pays close attention to details. He asks a lot of questions, but again he check and double-checks everything. I asked him a handful of questions too and he was always good about responding to me with accurate information. I've noticed that other reviews here mention his English - look: While English clearly isn't his first language, the guy speaks well enough to understand. And in the case where there is uncertainty, I can see the gears in his head moving to choose different words to be more clear. I applaud him for this. I purchased my firearm through an online vendor and did the rest of the process through him. I hate COVID. Super annoying. But, Diven complied with every single CDC rule and regulation to continue operating his business. Again, a real professional. I found other FFL's that charge less than him. I'd say that is my only "complaint." But really, I have nothing bad to say about this guy and his business. I will definitely be doing business with him again.

After opening the packaging and realizing that the magazines were not compatible, I brought both magazines, unused back to the store in an effort to either receive a return or store credit. unbeknownst to me the flimsy plastic package that the magazines were in were the only way to guarantee a return of said magazines, and the sales person was uncompromising in terms of any possible way of compensating my losses This experience was particularly jarring, given how accommodating they were during my initial purchase of the firearm. I recently brought in my Walther P-22 for some gunsmithing when I saw a Grail Gun that I had been searching for a very long time. It was expensive as it is extremely rare and only available in California via PPT. After speaking with a team member (Armando) and handling the beautiful firearm I decided to buy it. He was very courteous and patient as I made my decision, which took a while. I decided to "pull the trigger" and gave him my credit card. He rang me up and put it in the back. Then came the hard part of waiting 10 days to pick it up. When I did, it was like Christmas Day. Anyway, I have always appreciated the folks at E2s Gun Vault for the expertise and good service. I am a customer for life. And now, the pics.

Kyle and the guys there aren't your typical pushy, salesy people. They're genuine gun guys who actually shoot and live the lifestyle. They'll give you options, share their honest opinions and experience, and then let YOU decide what's best for you. No pressure, no BS. I've personally bought 3 high-end 2011s from them and thousands of rounds of ammo, and every transaction has been smooth from start to finish. The shop itself is also one of the most welcoming and cozy gun shops I've been to. But what really sets Manzano apart is what they've done for the shooting community. They host and organize members matches where you can get stage experience, sharpen your skills, and eventually take what you've learned into a real USPSA match--which they also run out of Coyote Valley Sporting Clays. That's what I mean when I say community builders. They're not just selling guns--they're helping build a stronger shooting community. NorCal and especially the South Bay shooting community is a better place because of what these guys have built. I'm genuinely grateful to be part of it. May God continue to bless Manzano Munitions, the people behind it, and the community they've built. Shoutout to all the guys over there--Johnny, Mike, the two Alex's, Chris, and Jake. A+ customer service, every time. You guys are the real deal.

For reference , I am a gunsmith and a former owner of Graphite Dynamics, which was a firearms development company. I ran into Friendly FFL. They are a really small place that only does DROS services and they don't sell actual firearms. Loc is a great guy who runs the place. He is an instructor as well as an RO., and he really knows his stuff. Most of all, he literally is friendly. I can tell you from my experience that a lot of FFL folks tend to be gun snobs who act like they know everything and actually look down on customers like we are peasants who know nothing about guns. It's unfortunate that this hobby has a lot of know it all jerks.. They are really friendly and best of all because they are a very knowledgeable. They are more than happy to answer your questions no matter how dumb you may think your question is.. they really do make the firearms hobby more enjoyable . it is especially important when you live in California where there are so many gun laws that changed almost monthly that it's good to have a knowledgeable person to help you deal with it all.. I haven't done any firearms transfers yet, but I've done several ammunition transfers and it was a breeze. Overall, their prices are very low and they are very good at letting you know when your stuff has come in.. As a gunsmith and former firearms company owner, I would highly recommend Friendly FFL.
