Picked up some snacks on a Sunday morning, and there was no wait around opening time. Ordered on the kiosk and service was pretty much non existent, they just placed the order on the counter when it was ready to pick up, I don't think they even called out the order number or name (though it's loud and echoey in the mall food court, so maybe I just didn't hear them). Got the choco sprinkles and cinnamon sugar mochi donuts, and an original korean corndog half n half (sausage and mozzarella) with parmesan cheese and ranch. The sauce you choose comes drizzled on top, not on the side. It tasted like hidden valley which I'm not a big fan of, but they didn't put a lot, so it was fine. There was ample cheese in the corndog and the batter wasn't too heavy, which I appreciated. Nothing special about the mochi donuts besides the cute faces... I prefer these more on the plain side. My bf and I enjoyed our sweet and savory treats, nonetheless.

My daughters and I couldn't resist visiting Devil Angle after enjoying it in Sacramento, CA. They were thrilled to find it in the Bay Area, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We tried the Dubai chocolate cup, which was quite expensive. It had an unusual bitter taste, possibly from the strawberries. Considering the price, the quality of the strawberries should be better. The chocolate didn't balance or mask the bitterness. It was like taking medicine with an aftertaste, and my daughters wouldn't even finish it. It would be more cost-effective to make it at home. I also ordered the mozzarella potato dog, but it was too doughy. I've had it at another location where it was good, but this one felt like eating a bunch of squishy dough. I would not return. This is what happens when you give in to your kids' requests. They are busy, but the hype won't last. Btw it's self checkout which was pretty easy. Customer service was pretty fast that is why I gave the 2 star rating.

I pass by this place a lot so I decided to try more items ? I got a single boba milk tea of the usual flavor? It's.... Okay, it's not that good as I thought? It sadly has this overly sweetness factor going on with some clumpy pearls. Overpowering more than I would enjoy, just know there are better options

My daughter loves this place. She orders the Love Potion. It would be a five star but the sweetness can't be adjusted, so she rated it four stars. She also likes the ube mochi donuts because they are cute and yummy! I would want to try the Korean corn dogs but I'm on a diet.

It looked good but wasn't as good as it tasted. I thought would be sweet chocolate but tasted more like dark chocolate for $14? Wish description said mild or dark chocolate was so bitter

I recently had a Mochi Donut at a Yelp Elite event and when I saw this location at the Great Mall I knew I had to have another. They had self-order kiosk to place the orders with no line when I walked up. I just wanted a donut this day so I went with the Cookies and Cream flavor. I honestly love this kind of doughnut. It is not oily or leave a greasy taste in your mouth after you eat it. I can't say much about the service unfortunately since the only interaction I had was when they called my name. I won't say that's a bad thing because as millennial I don't care for too much face to face interaction. Location seemed clean and safe. Can't wait to try more flavors this holiday (shopping) season.

First time trying. Self check out. I got Matcha Strawberry Fresh Milk. 3/10 Too sweet. It did not look like there was any matcha, way too much strawberry syrup and milk. Very few bobas. Would not buy again.

Being in a mall, it was as clean as I can hope. Since I ordered off the huge tablet, I didn't interact with the staff much but they did a good job at getting it done with so many people. I ordered a Thai Milk Tea and got a cookies & cream smoothie for my nieces. They demolished their drink, and said it was really good. I enjoyed my Thai milk tea a lot. You can't really go wrong with it since it's one of the basic drinks.

I love this place. The cheese potato corn dog is one of the best things I've had for a long time. It's worth every single penny. Their donuts and refreshments are also excellent. Main issue is that the service is really slow. The line gets longer and the workers continue to move at the exact same speed. You need to get some hustlers in there. Still, overall a good product, but be prepared to wait.

surprised they had the dubai chocolate strawberries, but i had to try it out. it was $16.99, ($19 after tax) for a cup and it was honestly really good. however i can't justify the price. i don't think its worth spending almost $20 for a cup of strawberries /:

    Cup not cleaned properly

After receiving my drink, I noticed there was sticky syrup residue on the outside of the cup. Unfortunately, it transferred onto my shirt and left a visible stain. I believe the drink may have been overfilled or mishandled, and the cup was not wiped down before being handed to me. Additionally, the pickup table where drinks were being placed was visibly dirty and covered in syrup residue, which supports how the outside of my cup may have gotten contaminated in the first place. When I initially asked to speak with a manager, I was told there wasn't one available. Shortly after, someone named Collin came forward and claimed to be the manager. She was professional and kind--she offered me a full refund for the order, which I appreciated. I explained to her that the serving table being sticky and dirty was clear evidence that the syrup on my cup didn't just appear on its own. However, she also offered to wash my shirt, which I felt was unnecessary and impractical. Most customers, including myself, wouldn't be comfortable having a personal item washed on-site, especially without proper facilities. A more reasonable gesture would have been offering compensation for cleaning or the item's value. However, during our conversation, two employees (a male and a female, both appearing to be around 18 years old) repeatedly interrupted and argued that the stain on my shirt wasn't the store's responsibility. This continued even as I was trying to speak calmly with Collin. I explained that part of good service includes handing over clean cups and keeping the pickup area sanitary. While I'm thankful for the refund, I want to respectfully point out that when a customer is speaking with a manager, other staff members should not insert themselves into the conversation unless the manager specifically asks for their input. Arguing with a customer in that situation is inappropriate and unprofessional.

Tried their Brown Sugar Royal Milk Tea in Concord, CA and gave it 3 stars (https://yelp.to/jScKMMRbCp) Tried their Dalgona Fresh Milk here and am giving it 3 stars here too I think their version of this beverage is Brown Sugar + Milk haha and it could've been made at home (props to Concord location for including actual Dalgona) Skip

The drinks come out pretty quickly and taste really good, though even their "less sweet" options tend to err on the side of being too sweet. I am usually a bit suspect of matcha or hojicha served by places that mostly serve other boba drinks, but I have tried both the matcha and hojicha here, and I liked both. My drink was already done and waiting for me at the previous counter and I was still not helped, until I had to say something. I ordered their Green Milk Tea with boba and grass jelly - about $7 for a large, which is not that expensive compared to most other competitors for that size. My only frame of reference nowadays is seeing how much tea cost in Asia. And in Taiwan (the birthplace of boba) I got boba for $3 ;( *sigh oh well I live in one of the most expensive places in the country but also I cannot believe I let myself think this is okay.
