If you are having a fantastic day and want to ruin it with horrible customer service while wasting your time and money, make sure to stop here! All around we had an awful experience. Don't advertise that ALL donuts are included in a sale when they are NOT! We will NOT ever return! The owner of this location should head to Colorado to learn how to run a donut shop! What a fun place to get the freshest, EXACT donut you're craving! The base cake donut is not dropped into the oil until the moment you order. There are about 60 flavor combos on the wall to choose from or you can design your own! Warm donuts are dropped into the frosting of choice and spun to coat. Then dipped into toppings or squeezed with a sauce. Hard to describe but I promise your donuts will be fresh, warm and delicious! Today was my first time coming in. I've NEVER seen. Custom donut shop before. There are sooooo many different flavors and toppings that can all be mixed and matched to make whatever you want. We ordered six and each one was so incredible!!! The owner threw in two extra since she felt they were a bit smaller than usual.. talk about quality. She was also so kind and patient while explaining how the menu works. We had a chance to chit chat with her and really liked her vibe. We will definitely be back. Help the staff here achieve your wishes when it comes to donuts concoction. Pile the toppings on as high as they will go. The process all starts with a glazed donut. Then it is frosted with your favorite flavor. Now time to build the top take it to heights unimaginable. Outside seating is available during my visit. Their is a small awning over the outside dining, but it's very small. All your health concerns and issues have been taken into consideration here. This is a small business so all your support helps not only the business thrive but keep the area awesome. Many small businesses are abundant in this area. Let's do our part and help them out. This business returns the favor by keeping food delicious, the coffee epic, and come discover some things special for you. Crazy donut concoctions made from scratch. We sit down to 6 absolutely delectable donuts and then he brought out a donut ice cream treat that was probably like the best thing I've ever put in my mouth! My hometown does not have the option (yet) of a made to order donut shop. I stopped in on a Monday morning and was immediately greeted by a friendly employee who explained the process. I opted for a variety of the customer favorites, but you can do your own customization. The donuts were warm with a nice crisp and I was pleasantly surprised that all the coatings and toppings had nice flavor that didn't taste overly processed. Even though we got a dozen donuts made to order, the process was very quick. This just could be a case of personal preference. But this isn't going to be my go-to doughnut place. I like a crunch from the fried dough and then a cakey-soft inside. Which is nice when you show up in the evening. Most other doughnut places would have a limited selection and the doughnuts would be stale passed noon. But that means all the flavor is going to be based on toppings and the dough doesn't have much character. I got the bacon blast. Their best seller. It was loaded with bacon but not much of a maple flavor. We also got the lemon bars doughnut. It had a really fresh lemon taste. Both doughnuts fell apart while eating them. While I absolutely love supporting a local organization I don't love the service here. I walked in with 4 friends at 4:17pm, for an after dinner birthday treat and they close at 5p. I checked the exact time because of what the counter service said next. We were told the menu was limited due to being "so close" to closing. and I said limited? We have 45 minutes before close. She said yes that's correct, so we could not order anything except donuts or a scoop of ice cream. As a small business in this town with this kind of lack of service and limiting a menu is absolutely ridiculous. Hoepfully they coach the staff appropriately after this review and don't limit their menu because of 45 minutes. Apparently washing dishes takes hours. read more
