I recently got my birthday cookie from this location and the workers there were so sweet! It wasn't very busy when I went

We went in to get the kids some treat. The girl who checked us out was very sweet, no one had name tags so I couldn't say her name. But she was very patient and had a big smile. One son ordered a cookie, and my other one decided he didn't want one. After thinking he then picked one so we placed another order. Again she was very nice. The girl in the back doing the cookies however was not. She was storming around, throwing the icing bags when making the cookies. I saw her break one cookie then still give it to the customer who bought dozen, he didn't notice, but she clearly couldn't be bothered to get him a new one. They are $5 each. He should not be getting a broken cookie at that price. When my order came she practically threw the box at me on the counter, I told her oh I ordered two. She got upset, and said 'what's the problem', pretty aggressive in tone and body language. I replied that I order two cookies but oh I just realized they were on two different orders, I'm sorry'. She walked away. The second cookie came out something she threw it at the counter and walked away. Extremely rude, if I wasn't with my kids I would have drawed attention to her customer service. In the car, my son said his cookie was melting. Strange, but I told him it's probably the cookie flavor and it was warm. But when we got home i noticed he didn't eat it, so I went to look and it was underbaked. I am not sure was was in the air but customer service in Noterra is pretty bad. read more

Wasn't greeted by any of the 5 workers that were just standing there. They were out of almost every cookie when we went, even the ones that aren't signature cookies. Crumbl in my option is overpriced but my kids enjoyed the Minecraft theme ( that's the only reason we went) read more

These cookies are on the pricey side but they are the absolute best in quality. There are kiosks inside the store to select your cookie choices and the workers will answer any questions you have about the cookies. Weekly rotations so you'll see different selections all the time. Ambience here is friendly, chill, and clean. Located at Norterra Shopping Center. Lots of available parking but the closest parking stalls get filled up fast. Came in the night of 9/16/26. Went in with my boyfriend and no greeting, no welcome, nothing expect the girl working saying "you can order over there". Rude. Then we placed the order, waited patiently. She brings the cookies to the front without showing us the cookies and says nothing. My boyfriend said thank you and she said dismissively "have a good night". Won't be coming back. Crumbl teach your people some manners. read more

I tried the new Brownie Dippers and it comes with a side of fudge frosting and chocolate sprinkles to dip them in. I love the brownies and the frosting! The sprinkles were okay. I just dipped mine in the fudge. I also got the brownie batter cookie as well I always get this one! Lol it's my favorite! If you love chocolate you will love this cookie! The service was quick and smooth. The staff were friendly as well. Was not busy so I was in and out. I also got the cinnamon roll cookie and this was delicious! Loved the cinnamon sugar and cream cheese frosting. Yum! I would definitely get this one again! read more

This Crumbl is fairly standard as far as their locations go. I visited a few weeks ago to pick up some mini cookies as a "thank you" gift for the veterinary clinic that was doing a procedure on one of my cats. I typically just order on the app and pop in to pick up an order, but this time I went in to order my cookies. The store itself felt clean and there was a small standing area to wait for your cookies to be boxed up. The employees were pleasant enough and were efficient. I do wish that the parking at this location wasn't so hectic, but that's not Crumbl's fault. read more

Disgusting customer service, the kiosk wouldn't let me make a substitute so I asked the girl working (blonde) if I could order through her. She rolled her eyes and threw her frosting bag down and gave a horrible attitude. Maybe consider a different job if taking an order is that miserable? read more

Last night after going out having a wonderful dinner celebrating my grandson's birthday we decided to soften the crumble to get a cookie. Young lady that was waiting on us was very disappointing. Acted like she didn't want to be there. She took our order and slowly boxed it up. Another customer came in and she grumbled welcome to crumble. If I had someone like her working in my restaurant, I would fire her on the spot. And then proceeds to pack our order does not offer a bag we have four different boxes and then just turn out walks away very disappointing. read more

I'm sorry to say their signature chocolate chip cookies no longer look like this. There're not nearly enough chocolate chips inside and you couldn't even see any on the surface. Not what I was used to from Crumbl! I was very disappointed! read more

WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD- the front cashier literally stares at you and doesn't even ask what you like to order. Girl why you mad ?!!! I feel bad for her co-workers read more

(Two-Star Review: Unsatisfactory Cleanliness) "While the cookie pickup process was quick, I was unfortunately distracted by an employee serving my order while wearing a noticeably dirty ace bandage. Given that this is a food service environment, seeing unhygienic personal attire is concerning. Crumbl needs to strictly enforce cleanliness and hygiene standards for all staff handling food. The cookies themselves were fine, but this issue significantly detracted from the experience." read more

So great!! Love this place ! Been coming here forever! Great staff cleanliness is on point

I just came into Crumbl after waiting all week to get something free for my birthday just to find out that they no longer have anything free for birthdays, unless you're Silver in the app. I don't come here often and I was really looking forward to something for my birthday just to find this out. read more

Gave this as a Christmas gift. It went over like gangbusters. Huge and filling, but amazing.

Orders go well 90% of the time. Flavors are usually always good but there have been a couple of times where the minis are dry or don't seem to meet quality standards read more

Cookies are always awesome! Bought them for the hospital staff taking care of my dad, everyone was excited for the sugar rush. It was busy so I wasn't greeted right away and I waiting about 15 minutes for my order even though I selected my pickup time. read more

I am extremely disappointed with crumbl's service tonight, to the point where I may not be returning. Tonight was my friend's 18th birthday, and all she wanted was her free Crumbl birthday cookie, something she had been looking forward to all week. She's a Silver member with more than enough crumbs, a verified birthday on the app, plenty of past orders, and her birthday verified on her ID. We entered her number, refreshed the app endlessly, and even waited 45 minutes because the manager (Taylor) told us "just wait 5 minutes" for the voucher to appear. It never did. What made it worse is that the store had the means to make it right--they could have issued a voucher or simply honored the free cookie--but Taylor flat-out refused. Instead, she brushed us off and was extremely uninterested in fixing the issue, insisted it wasn't their error (but also not ours?), and then gave us some phone numbers and told us to take it up with whoever manages the app. On a milestone birthday, when all my friend wanted was a cookie she rightfully earned, she was met with rudeness and zero effort to fix the problem. The cookie is not the That lack of care and blatant disregard, especially from management, is the reason this store loses loyal customers. read more

Clean location, amazing selection!! Our favorite is the Dubai cookie. Customer service was great as well!

So goooooddd!!!I was not disappointed at all they looked so good never had a better cookie

Delicious always great customer service the girls are super sweet and cookies fresh and delicious

I made an online order tonight, but we realized one of the cookies that we had ordered had almonds in it. My son is deadly allergic to them. I called the store and spoke to a girl named Adaline and she was so sweet and kind. She assured me that she would put my cookie with almonds in a separate box using different gloves and spatula to make sure my son was safe. I really appreciate her amazing customer service and kindness and caring heart for my child. read more

Here for the Crumbs but this shit is GAS! I love going here to feel like a fatty and go over my calorie deficit by 1500. Service is good and fast, the Ambience of the store is also very clean and fresh. And on top of that, you cannot beat writing a review for a free cookie. read more

The customer service is excellent my complain is two things the heavy door hard to exit and the flies!! Please get a fly trap.

every single time I've been to this location. (3x in the last 6 weeks). They are SOLD OUT of over half of their featured cookies. Also sold out of a handful of their staple flavors. I have visited on weeknights, weekends, afternoons, evenings, doesn't matter. Always sold out. So ridiculous. How do you not have chocolate chip? I also add that I'm willing to wait for the flavors to finish baking if they will be a few minutes. (THEY DONT HAVE ANY OF THE OUT OF STOCK COOKIES EVEN WORKING IN THE OVEN WITH 2.5 HOURS TILL CLOSE) Actual conversation Me: "I'm willing to wait a few minutes if you have some flavors that will be coming out of the oven soon" Them: "We have Chocolate chip that should be out of the oven in 2 minutes" me: "oh great" Them: "oh just kidding they're not in the oven at all. They'd be ready in 16 minutes, is that okay?" Like bro. This whole establishment just made me go full Karen mode on Yelp reviews over a $6 cookie. Holy shit. read more

I'd avoid this crumbl. I was here for a DoorDash order and watched one of the blonde workers feed herself some of the cookie batter they were working with for Fourth of July cookies, like she was at home. Ew. Don't feed yourself while still working with customer product. Foul and unprofessional. read more

Giant cookies. Enough to share. Every week are different cookies great for gifting. They come in a pretty pink box.

Delicious cookies. So close to home. Wish prices were a better. Overall delicious and tasty

I think tonight will be my last night with crumbl. I went with my friend to redeem her free birthday cookie. The free birthday cookie would not load on her app. The manager Taylor was extremely rude to us and was not very interested in helping us make it right. She consistently told us she could do nothing about it and was just completely rude. It makes me sad for my friend who was super excited to celebrate her 18th birthday and she didn't even get the cookie. Today was even the last day for the birthday cake cookie and she has been talking about all week how excited she was to get it. Even if someone decides to help her get her free cookie, she won't even get to get the one she wants. I really hope someone will fix the bug in the app so that others don't go through the same hardship. Also disappointed that crumbl hires managers like Taylor who clearly doesn't care about the customers. read more

Friendly staff and always great cookies can't wait to eat them and possibly share. Clean store and great atmosphere

This place is Very clean. My family Loves this location!!!!! Would definitely recommend!

Employees are always friendly and store is clean. Usually order on the app, but order is ready and correct when I arrive.

I visited CRUMBL on a whim. The cookies were so good I was instantly addicted! Never have I had a bad CRUMBL cookie. When I discovered I could have them delivered off Uber, it was a game changer. We were offered deals to add crumble deliveries to my dinner delivery. Now that was a good special the Uber offered! read more

Such friendly help. The sweetest girl helped me today. A++ on hiring her Crumbl management.
