Really glad I finally gave this dental office a shot. I've walked by it for years, and have seen the little advertisement carts out, but I'd always think, "I'll look into them," yet forgot almost immediately. Our previous dentist was sweet, but he had visible rheumatoid arthritis (didn't notice until several bi-annual cleanings in), and after he slipped and cut my gums and stabbed one of my kids in the gums in the same family block visit, I figured it was time to find a new dentist. The hygienist I saw was thorough, thoughtful, gentle, and communicative. And the dentist who checked in at the end of the visit, Dr. Popek, answered my questions with clarity, and was also gentle, thoughtful, thorough and communicative. I suspect my filling repair next week will go well, and I'm looking forward to continuing with this new office for the foreseeable future. read more

I started coming here after my previous dentist merged with Dentist Downtown. I was a little worried at first because my old dentist was no frills but kept prices low and did an excellent job. This being in a much nicer spot and right near Amazon worried me a little. Thankfully, everything that I loved at my old dentist is still true here. I have been impressed with their transparency and truly not pushing unnecessary procedures. I have a bit of pitting in one of my back molars, but to date they have said I do not need a filling and that they'll keep monitoring it. I think that is a sign of a great practice. My teeth are the best they've been and I haven't had to have any new fillings yet. Even though I moved out of downtown, I will continue coming here because I am truly happy with the services I've received. read more

My dentist sold her practice, and I started coming here. The hygenists are excellent and Sasha at the front desk is excellent, and that's all I needed for a while. I didn't even know the random dentists' names--they're not on the website, which is generic. I had a bad toothache in August 2023, and the dentist talked about receding gum line. In January 2024, the toothache was excruciating, and a different dentist sold me expensive toothpaste. In April 2024, I called them, in agony, and a rude receptionist snapped at me and gave me an endontist referral. She condescendingly blamed me for their failure to order an x-ray, which was never offered. My tooth was so badly infected that the endontist wasn't sure he could save it and said that I'd always have problems. The endontist office told me that the main dentist was at a different location. I never met her, never knew her name. Still angry and still hurting. read more

Was travelling in the Seattle area and lost teeth retainers. Urgently needed a replacement with same day turnaround. Called about 10-15 dentists and orthodontists in Seattle and vicinity, only the team from this dental office was able to help and solve my problem. Not only they open on Saturdays but they are also willing to go above and beyond to help you. I sought their help on Saturdays. They put me in for Monday late morning, took impressions, and within 3 hours, the new set of retainers were made. Similar to some of Amazon's businesses with same day delivery promise, this dental office offers same day emergency care. The price they charged is also reasonable. Both the dental work and service quality is wonderful. This is what sets them apart from other dentists/dental offices. Truly above and beyond. The entire team from front desk staff, to office manager, to the dentist were all super cool to work with. I had Dr. Witt and she's awesome! As far as dentists go they are boring and you would hope that they stay so! I do want to commend the staff for the care they've taken in my particular case, I've been coming here for a little over 3 months (give or take a few weeks) and my smile has completely transformed. Today marks a very special day for me, one that I didn't share with the staff at the moment, but it marks the day I had the last of my amalgam fillings out. The new dentist assigned to me seemed uninterested and cold, and she recommended (with urgency) an expensive procedure, which another dentist determined was not actually necessary. I've been going here for the last year for routine cleanings and dental maintenance. They make you feel at home here and are able to recall procedures done months ago. Kalya is awesome at making a routine cleaning procedure fun. Dr Witt has a photographic memory and is able to recall specific fillings in my teeth done months ago. She even asks about comfort and is willing to adjust fillings to make them more aesthetic and comfy. Went to a different dentist in Seattle and only needed a fraction of the treatment. can't remember the dentists name but she was very rude and condescending. Office is in a basement and patient room had no windows. Office was cold and uninviting. The staff were nice but the dentist was so rude. I'll be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place. I couldn't get an appointment with my dentist who I've been seeing for over 5 years so I decided to give this office a go. The good: the receptionist and the office staff were friendly. The not so good: 1) I miss my dentists office and definitely will go back to them. The way the hygienist in my old dentists office works is she tells you what she sees , like how bad the plaque is or gingevitis is etc. here I got no such input. The hygienist just went about with a machine to clean my teeth. No comments on my overall teeth health, gum health etc. 2) the dentist came in and said without my xrays she couldn't give me any advice on my teeth and I need to come back. They had over a week to get the xrays from the other office. Why wasn't that done? 3) the dental office set up is weird. The way each patient room is set up is such that I can see who the patient is in the other room. The walls are white and you seem to be in a basement. I know this sounds overly picky. Hopefully my dentist will take me back because I do not plan on coming back to this office. read more

From the time you walk in you are greeted by the wonderful receptionist team. Dr. An is absolutely amazing. He takes his time explaining in detail each and every step that is being worked on. Dr. An goes at your pace, if you are feeling any discomfort he will stop until you are ready to begin again. I definitely found my go to Dentist. If you are looking for a Dentist please go here. First time visitor at Dentist Downtown Seattle. The office staff were welcoming, kind, and willing to help in any way they could. Dental hygienists were very kind and knowledgable. As they went through the check up, they explain what they were doing and provided helpful information to help keep my teeth cleaner. As I am told, the location used to be an art gallery and they kept some of the art gallery feel at the reception area. The area was clean and felt comfortable. I've had a number of procedures here, and have been a customer for about 2 and half years. Specifically however, I feel like Dr. Sauvage is wonderful, and she genuinely cares for her patients.
