This place was excellent for dinner, so quiet you can talk with your friends, open 24 hrs, the hot chocolate very tasty, my sandwich with avocado delicious and we also order lasagna, the prices very affordable. Our waiter Milo was very focused checking on us, the restroom was clean, and they had soap and hand paper towels. I'll definitely come back to this place. read more

Be aware! When woman server took order, she forced us to choose add on like: I ordered ultimate omelet she asked blueberry? Or chocolate chip? Or strawberry? (You do not have to get it! It's extra charge) she just asked without explanation also she didn't give us time to look at the menu. Whoever go i wanted to let you guys know you must ask is it included or extra charge? I ordered cheese burger too she asked seasoned fries or onion rings, BUT you gonna know that regular fries already included with burger. Seasoned fries and onion rings are extra charged! She almost made us fools. I recommend this place late night but also wanted to let you know what I experienced that right to know before ordering not before paying. read more

Denny's - Diners Near Me - Tustin, California

Overall a good experience from what you would expect for a Denny's. Good atmosphere, and staff is patient with customers. I usually go in for a protein based meal and I haven't been disappointed. Let's go Denny's Tustin! read more

The servers, food staff were great! Unfortunately I witnessed this man, who i believe to be the manager Scott, was being extremely rude to ALL staff. He was talking down to the lady cleaning tables, he repeatedly told her "Do you not understand?!" After things were not to his standard. He then continued to speak down to a server saying "Do you want me to call .. ?" multiple times. All the staff appeared to be on high alert and uncomfortable. For someone who likes to boss people around, he was sitting down the whole time and on his phone, and just watching the staff waiting to catch them make a mistake. He needs to work on his attitude or step down his position IMMEDIATELY. read more

Denny's - Manager (?) - Diners Near Me - Tustin, California

After watching LaCrosse Tournaments with out-of-state family, our athlete chose this Denny's. We were met at the door by a gracious lady, who was our hostess and our server. She took EXCELLENT care of us. Her name is Lam T. My brother ordered coffee and she brought him a small pot. She was so friendly and patient! No rush to order. The food was delivered quickly and was delicious! Plentiful! Lam checked on us often, making sure we had everything we needed. She was busy with other customers, but always coming by with a smile and friendly conversation. She brought my brother coffee to-go. Lam really made the close of a long day quite special! Denny's is so fortunate to have this amazing person! We don't live in the area, but next time we are in Tustin, we will be heading in for 9 p.m. pancakes and coffee! read more

Do not go to this Denny's restaurant and particularly do not bring children here. I went for breakfast and the manage Scott yelled at his staff and on the telephone for over 30 minutes. The worst part was that he used four letter words and the f____ word consistently. Apparently he believes he is more important than his customers. I have experienced Scott's anger and abusive character several times before. He should be terminated. This is one of the worst Denny's in the chain. read more

Denny's - Diners Near Me - Tustin, California

Excellent food and service ! Coffee is fresh and hot. Place is clean. Workers are very professional.

Our experience at Denny's in El Camino Real, Tustin is one that is very commendable. Our server, Darianny greeted us with a smile and was very patient with our requests. the same is true for the manager. Usually at this time of the night, one with expect it normal for servers to be not so friendly, but that was from the truth with Darianny and the manager. We had a grand slam and a grand experience indeed. read more

I was so disappointed today when I went for a late dinner to Denny's in Tustin. We were very hungry and ordered breakfast, unfortunately we just started eating and after more than a few bites my tongue was irritated due to the extreme salt on my eggs and hash browns. I asked the waitress Eddi for another order as it was too salty she went into a bit explanation telling me she knew it wasn't salted and I asked her again to bring me another order of hash browns she kept trying to make me understand that they are not salted. (Rude!) then on the third request for hash browns she told us that they were going to charge me for it. I told her I was not asking for free I just wanted some hash browns, she again started arguing that she had to charge us. She was raising her voice and be argumentative and then I told her to please stop and cx it. We didn't finish the eggs, hash brown due to saltiness only the pancake. Not sure why she kept arguing that she was going to have to charge me when I had also explained twice I didn't care about paying for the side, it became too complicated to understand to just get it for me. I finally just decided to give in and say "forget about it" because she just kept raising her voice and arguing that it didn't have salt. NEVER AGAIN coming to this Dennys!, oh then when we asked for day management name she acted like she didn't understand us or knew his name. read more

Food actually tasted FRESH. It also arrived FAST to our table. We ordered breakfasts this weekday morning. The food tasted great; the scrambled eggs cooked perfectly. Restaurant was still pretty quiet but got busier and louder before we finished and left at 9am. Parking was easy, plentiful and no fee. Restrooms were well stocked and clean. Dining tabletops are showing some minor wear and tear, but the entire dining area is clean. The seating is well maintained without rips or stains. There is easy access to the front door for most with any physical challenges. However, the handicapped design parking is very limited. Overall a good dining experience, but what made it great was our server Faustino! He was friendly and welcoming the moment we walked through the entry. He has a fantastic demeanor and was somehow right nearby every time we realized we needed something during our meal. We were staying at the newly refurbished small motel next door to Dennys, so I'm sure we'll return to eat a couple more times during our stay. I would recommend this Dennys if you're looking for an expedient, great breakfast today. read more

Jazmine was very great and had good recommendations worth the visit! I had the bacon avacado cheese burger.

I've been to this location a few times and it's been an okay experience but tonight we got served by Lam and she had such great energy which made this experience awesome. Who knew a late night dinner at a Dennys would turn out to be the most memorable one in 20+ years. This denny's is also one of the cleanest and better service denny's I have been to. read more

Ordered an online pick up order. I drove far just so that I can come home to have missing items. I'm not sure how big the kids meal is but my 8 year old son ate the egg in one bite. It looked like it was a joke. Missing bacons. Bad! read more

Service was on point with Patricia. Very kind and fast. Give this women a raise. By far the best service in town

Well, against my better judgment, I went back to this location. Same server, same lack of service. I had been trying to get her attention several times as she walked by and she ignored me. At one point I was getting a bit louder saying "excuse me". The other server noticed and mentioned to her that I was trying to get her attention. It took several tries for this other server to get her to understand. (My server's English is very poor.) She (my server) just kept doing whatever she was doing. I had to get up and ask for a refill on my tea. (The other server got it for me.) A customer should NEVER have to get up and get their own refill NEVER. Also when I paid I ran my cc and told her that I don't need a receipt. She looked at me and asked "do you want your receipt?" Someone needs to learn to listen. Both visits were on a Sunday. Other servers at this location are great - this one is just a poor server. I'm not even sure why I left her a tip - even if it was a small one read more

Lam is the best waitress of all time. Super nice and quick and gets everything right.

Was heading to a thrift shop and saw this Denny's. Boy am I glad I stopped by. Place was clean, staff was friendly and the best thing was the food was super delicious. My waiter Heriberto was so nice and made sure my coffee was topped off. The eggs were super runny, just the way I like them. Pancakes were so fluffy and had really good flavor. I will definitely be coming back. Everyone have a wonderful day and remember to do random acts of kindness as it will make you feel great. Happy Eating read more
