Diced ham, bacon and sausage sauteed with bell peppers, onions, and home fries. Topped with scrambled eggs, Jack cheese and green onion. I chose a side of Biscuits and Gravy as I knew I would be sharing in the skillet. After about a 10-minute wait, our food was delivered. It was piping hot fresh out of the kitchen. Bex decided that she wanted a side of sourdough toast, Luke had it to us in less than two minutes, despite his bum knee. From the breakfast potatoes on the bottom to the gooey Jack cheese on top. The eggs were scrambled and seasoned well. The biscuits were super dense and really tasty. The gravy was thick and peppery. I did not need two biscuits. I only finished one. Only One biscuit with an additional ladle of gravy would have been perfect. It had been a while since our last visit to Broken Yolk.
