Big portions of food for a good price. Everyone said they loved their food as well! At the end of our meal, it was significantly busier than when we arrived since it was lunch rush. Our server along with other staff were busy with others so by the time we wanted to pay we had to wait a bit. No problem though considering we all had separate tabs although we really had to go back to work so there was some panic considering we were there for over an hour and a half. I went through the Sanger store drive through, and the very nice young lady tried to help, even using her own phone. But she could not figure it out. So I went into the store and saw the manager. He was pretty busy, so he turned me over to the nicest, most patient young man, Diego. Even though Diego was able to show me how to order the special offers, the app was configured to the first store. Diego said he would put in the order, and he would pay for the 2 free tacos. No way, I said. He said Jack would pay for the tacos. This was such a positive experience. We will be back much more often than we would have if this positive experience with Diego and the store had not happened. I will have to say the app is less than user-friendly. As a software developer and having written many app directions, the app needs more information as it is definitely not intuitive.

I completely understand if there are policies, but I believe they can be communicated more kindly. When I paid, I handed over my card, and it was taken quite abruptly, which felt discourteous. I also asked for my drink with no ice, but it was given to me with a lot of ice. They did replace it when I asked, but again the gesture felt unfriendly. I chose not to comment at the moment. When I received my food, it was handed over quite roughly, and the food itself was cold. The tacos were cold, the lettuce was cold, and instead of the chicken sandwich I ordered, I received a different sandwich entirely. I'm not expecting anything special, just the correct order, good condition, and respectful service. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback. Thank you for your time."

As I walked in I noticed a few tables were taken so not busy. One male worker asked me from the back if I had a to go order which I did so I responded but didn't asked me what name for my order or anything just told me it's on the table behind the counter so I said ok and just walked out wasn't asked if I needed anything else or anything mind you he never came to the front stayed in the back and was talking to me from there back. We hadn't gone to Dennys for awhile now, due to Jimmy every time we would go around 6:30pm he has all the tables on the side cause he was mopping the middle area, he told us a couple of times he was going to be taking his 30 minute break and no one else was working with him, so we would leave he turns away a lot of customers, we went last week and this week cause Monica was working service was great, she greeted us with a smile and sat us down right away, unlike Jimmy you can be right in front of him and he ignores you, don't greet you, or says hi. read more

Tonight me and my friends who are regulars at this Denny's were kicked out because one of my friends gave a bad review on a waitress named leslie. We were helped by another waitress in the beginning, and we hadn't seen Leslie the whole time we were eating but the one time she comes out from the kitchen she was hostile and rude. We had never had a problem with her but all of a sudden she became rude probably because she got in trouble for not doing her job. Had a great experience at this Denny's thanks to the awesome staff. Jimmy, the manager, runs the place really well--friendly, professional, and clearly cares about both the customers and the team. One of the older females employees decided to come into my work place and harass me while I was working because i was going on my break, i helped her out since all she had was a drink but she insisted on calling me names and hoped I got fired. Mind you, I am 8 and a half months pregnant and we were short staffed. she should know how that goes since she was saying how dennys fires people who takes their breaks when they are short staffed. read more
