Speed od service and friendliness is always good. Normally the food is hot and fresh but today didn't meet much expectations.

Stopped by BK drive thru and ordered a doublwhopper with bacon and a chicken sandwich fries and Dr Pepper. The service was excellent. No problems through the drive-through. The service was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our meal after a long drive. read more

Visited today no one in the drive Thu, no one in the restaurant. Ordered, went to window, paid with card and no receipt. Employee stated receipt is down, no worries. Get order and drive across town and order is W R O N G. I tried calling store and phone number is not in service. Get my order and drive back. Speak to manager and asked about phone number. She says it's off at this time. I told her what I ordered and I got something else. She says what do you want me to do about it? I told her can I get what I ordered. I watched them make my order and asked again why the phone was not working. They said we turned it off. Corporate office will be following up with Sanger Burger King. This place needs to clean up I went though drive through, and a few month ago this same problem , right next to drive way next to order screen , people shooting up drugs, so again told person in the window there was people doing drugs right in the drive through, he just laughed, gave me a cold order of fries and cold chicken nugget , what a joke read more

I work at Jack in the Box, so I understand how fast paced fast food is. There's rushes, rude customers, equipment that stops working, food that runs out, etc. I get it. I'm always extra nice at any drive thru. I stopped by around 12am, no cars, ordered 2 meals & was surprised they parked me, but I just shrugged. Was left waiting for 20min., started defending the workers to my angry bf lmao, then when our food was handed the employee didn't say one word just tossed the food at us. When we got home the mozzarella sticks were ice cold. I busted out laughing bc it seemed they were straight out of the freezer bag. The managers are horrible and have poor customer service skills. They'll never progress and be stuck in these kinds of jobs. They park to bring down their time when that's not policy and get mad when they won't. Well i was reminded today why I don't usually go to Burger King. I saw the sign in the window for two for five dollars double sausage croissant and I read the small print and it says choose your bread and choose your meat whether it be ham bacon or sausage. So I go to the window a after I order one hashbrowns and One order of the two for $5 breakfast sandwiches. I didn't think that would be hard to misunderstand.. The price was right I got my food and I came home and I get home and I open my sandwich and instead of having the two for five double sausage Sandwiches I have two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches which were cold to the touch not even warm and I don't expect fast food to be hot hot because it's breakfast and things sit there for a while.. So I just ended up struggling to eat one sandwich with it being cold and ate the hash browns. read more

Why is this place even open the manager apparently does not train the staff they never get the order right and when questions they give smart mouth responses I have tried many times and everytime my order is wrong or they don't even put the right order in the bag I was handed the wrong order it was in my car I handed back to the worker she placed on the counter and said pull up and wait I showed her my burger on the third trip out to my car because they kept forgetting items like a burger from a meal and I had barely enough Lettus to cover the meat and a small slice of tomato about the size of a silver dollar for a double whopper and the response was well I did not make it as she walked away.
