Considering this is the only McDonalds in town, I get how one would be at their mercy. However, in the recent years having been shut down, one would think at least the customer service would be up to par. Fast food or not. Walked in to pick up a mobile order since the drive thru was insane! Walked up to the register, no waiting. No one in line behind me. Had 4 crew members walking by me at various times and not one of them acknowledged my existence. I get it. Lunch time. Busy. But FOUR people and not ONE could say "hello"? Don't let the HUGE ad fool you! I pulled in to get a sweet tea. While standing in line I see the ad on the TV for shamrock shakes. That sounded better, so when it was my turn, I stepped up and ordered one. "We only have chocolate" was the instantaneous response. "So you are advertising them right there, but you're not selling them?", I said as I pointed at the TV. She turned and looked at it, then turned back and said, "We only have chocolate". I should have walked out but I ordered the tea, took the photo and left. Why has McDonald's became such a colossal failure? OK out of all the McDonald's when I order a four piece or six piece chicken nugget happy meal you can either get the chicken nuggets apples fries and a drink. They said it don't come with all that. It only comes with either a fry or apples and chicken nuggets. Do you have to pay extra for a drink. And when you order a number normally you can substitute the drink with a frappe mocha or whatever but you have to pay the difference. This place will not allow you to do that. read more

We came here while driving through town and met the most amazing person here. Her name is Carlene and she is a manager in training here. She was so kind and really patient with us. We were slow ordering and had to add a couple things after we thought we were done ordering, and she was very nice about it and didn't make us feel like she was inconvenienced or annoyed like a lot of other employees might have done at other locations. We feel that Carlene went above and beyond to make our experience the best that she could. We told her how impressed we were and she was happy for the feedback.
